Creamy coffee panna cotta

Ingredients

Ready coffee * 100 ml
Gelatin 12 g
Milk 50 ml
Cream 35% 350 g
Cream 11% 100 ml
Sugar 150 g
Vanillin pinch
Caramel topping optional
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in milk and leave to swell for 30 minutes, then melt without bringing to a boil. I melted in the microwave for 30 seconds at a power of 750 watts.
  • Brew coffee in a convenient way for you, but a little harder than you usually drink, and let it cool.
  • In a saucepan, heat, stirring, until hot (but do not boil) 2 types of cream and sugar - it should completely dissolve. Remove from stove. Add coffee, vanillin, melted gelatin. Stir and pour into molds, put on a board and oiled with vegetable oil.
  • Creamy coffee panna cotta
  • Put in the refrigerator to solidify for 2 hours. Then turn over onto the board, gently pulling back the edges of the molds. Decorate as desired. I used caramel topping.
  • Creamy coffee panna cotta

The dish is designed for

9 pieces

Time for preparing:

З5 minutes + 2 hours for hardening

Cooking program:

Stove + microwave + refrigerator

Note

* Cooked in your usual way, but slightly stronger than you usually drink

It turned out very tasty. The coffee was made from grain, strong. The son ate straight from the silicone molds. Said don't put it on your plate, it's tastier
galchonok

Polina_Lek
great dessert, but I think it would be cool to replace caramel topping with something with citrus notes, for example, some orange syrup
galchonok
Pauline, thanks for stopping by!

but caramel topping I think it would be cool to replace
: girl_wink: So in my recipe it is indicated-caramel topping-Optional! You can use any, according to your taste and desire!
Forgetting
why mix two types of cream?
galchonok
Forgetting, yes everything is explained simply ... According to the original recipe, only 35% cream is used, and I decided to replace some of this cream in my recipe by 11% in order to reduce the fat content of the finished dessert
