Ingredients

chickpea flour 150 grams
warm milk 250 ml
egg s-1 1 piece
dry yeast 7 grams
soda on the tip of a knife
salt incomplete teaspoon
sugar 1 tablespoon
odorless vegetable oil 1 teaspoon + for greasing the mold

Cooking method

  • Heat the flour in a frying pan over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  • This method helps to get rid of the characteristic pea flavor.
  • After a little frying, flour has a slight nutty aroma.
  • Cool down completely. Add soda and salt. We mix.
  • Soda can help you avoid any unpleasant surprises from the digestive tract.
  • Put sugar and yeast in milk. Stir until the yeast dissolves.
  • We leave for 30 minutes.
  • Then we drive the egg and butter into the milk, stir well.
  • Pour flour into the milk-egg mixture. Knead with a whisk.
  • The dough is thick as sour cream.
  • We put a bag on the container with the dough and put it in a warm place for lifting.
  • Let the dough come up two times, each time setting it down with a whisk.
  • It took me 30-40 minutes for each climb.
  • After the second approach, add spices and stir.
  • I put in a pinch of cumin (cumin) and some dry dill.
  • Grease the form with oil.
  • We spread the dough with a spoon. We put on the bag and remove it for the approach for another 30-40 minutes.
  • We put the form carefully on a baking sheet and put it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. We bake until tender.
  • It took me an hour 10 minutes in a mold with a diameter of 18 cm.
  • Then turn off the oven and leave it off for another 15 minutes.
  • We take it out of the oven, carefully take it out of the mold and completely cool it on the wire rack.

And since there was no strength to bother with the dough, I decided to let the bread maker work. The bread turned out to be pretty. But I had Indian flour, no matter how much I fried it, still the chickpea taste remained. An interesting option for a change. Lena, thanks for the recipe.
