Cream soup with forest mushrooms in the Profi Cook multi-blender

Ingredients

Forest mushrooms 350 gr.
Potato 4 average
Carrot 1 average
Onion 1 average
Cream 20% 150 ml.
Butter 20 gr.
Salt pepper taste
Boiling water

Cooking method

  • Yesterday I thought that I don’t like mashed soups. Naive! Today I received my Proficus and made mushroom soup.
  • Actually, there is no special recipe. I thought about what happened. I just really liked the result. So, if anyone needs it, you are welcome!
  • Throw mushrooms into the blender bowl (I have frozen ones: porcini, boletus and mushrooms), not coarsely chopped potatoes and the same carrot. Season with salt, pepper, pour boiling water up to 1400 ml (Soup) and turn on the cooking: 100C for 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a small skillet in butter, fry the chopped onion until golden brown. As it is fried, we throw it into the blender through the hole in the lid.
  • After 10 minutes from the beginning of cooking, blender our soup "Pulse" a couple of times. Add cream 5 minutes before the end of cooking. When the program is over, try it with salt, add more, if necessary, and beat the cream soup thoroughly at speed 4.
  • Actually, that's all. Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

5 min. (Preparation) + 25 min. (Cooking)

Note

Girls, if my soup hits a 100% match with someone else's recipe, whistle and I'll delete. There was simply no time to look for the same!

Len, with the purchase of you, Supchi got ready quickly. How do you master? I understand it's too early to ask, but it's so interesting ... Did you like it, is it convenient? Why did you take it in the first place and where did you order it?
Elena Tim
Thank you, Larochka! Yes, I am mastering it slowly. So far I like it very much. The only thing that pisses me off is that the jug cannot be washed in the dishwasher. I hate washing dishes. So far I have prepared only fruit and berry drinks, and mushroom soup. Sooo convenient and fast.
Well, it's a joy to the eyes. I walk - I admire! Look, what a swell:

Tsatsa is good,. did you put it on the windowsill? Yesterday I looked at the market, but there is only 1 review about the device. really good
And I don’t like to wash the dishes even in the dishwasher and then I try to hang everything on my daughter ...

you put it on the windowsill
Yes, my windowsills are wide - 53cm. Therefore, the mixer Borchik also settled there. There was a place for everyone.
And there are a lot of reviews in the "Profi Cook Multiblender" topic. There, the girls cook so much! They seduced me!
Elena Tim
Oh, Lar, I completely forgot. Well you asked where you ordered it. Here is:

As far as I understand, this is the cheapest option. Together with the delivery, it turned out 6184r.

Len, it's easier for you to live with such window sills. You can buy something else
Elena Tim
You know, they, as it turned out, are not rubber either! I was soooo surprised And despite the fact that I have two of these in the kitchen, there is no more room! There is one thing left, but it is worth its weight in gold and if I decide to put something there, it must be something stunning! You know, so that he would go into the kitchen and faint -bryak!

Lenochka - do not delete, let it be, we have a similar one in this section, but not the same

And I also cooked mushroom today too
I cook almost the same way, only without carrots and + add about 1/2 teaspoon of ground parsley and celery roots, when serving, I definitely give sour cream to it! This is not a soup - this is something!
Elena Tim
And don't tell, Yul! Simple as three kopecks, but delicious, I can't even believe that I didn't have to do anything. I also add sour cream, I really like mushroom soups with sour cream. And special thanks for the parsley and herring! I'll try next time!
