Ingredients

Tomatoes 800 gr.
Red bulg. pepper 1 large
Sour green apple 1 small
Carrot 1 average
Garlic 1 head
Red pod. pepper 1-2 pcs.
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) handful
Salt 2 teaspoons flat
Ground black pepper pinch

Cooking method

  • Cut the carrots into small cubes. Peel the capsicum and cut into half rings. Chop tomatoes, bell peppers, apples and greens at random.
  • Adjika in the Profi Cook multi-blender
  • Put carrots, garlic and paprika into the blender jar. Turn on the first speed and grind. It turns out like this:
