Milk cocktail in Zauber MAX-550

Ingredients

Milk 1L
Ice cream sundae 250-30g
Syrup (any to taste, I have caramel) 30-50ml
You can use bananas, then the cocktail will become even thicker

Cooking method

  • I don’t know "cow" from me not "cow" I bought as a multicooker-blender. I wanted to make cocoa and milk semolina, but something is not going well yet.
  • Soups and all kinds of vegetable sauces are great. But a milkshake is generally something super tasty, straight from childhood.
  • I made this cocktail in this thing.
  • We place all products in a bowl and beat for 3-5 minutes on the Cocktail (whipping) program without heating.
  • Milk cocktail in Zauber MAX-550

Masinen
Tanya, my drool started flowing! But the cows are dumb))
I think you can do this in the thermomix.
Tanyulya
Probably, Mash, I adore milkshake, in blenders for some reason it doesn't work out that way, but with this knife it's just suuper.

Tanya, what an interesting unit! And the cocktail is just in time, otherwise I have all the cocoa and cocoa - I have already drunk the annual rate!

Marisha, thanks. Vkuuusnoo Although we love the same kakava. I'm looking for a shaitan machine for kakava.
Mar_k
Good luck searching!
mur_myau
Thank you! And it will turn out like that cocktail from childhood? (Soviet was sold in an ice cream parlor, sooooo delicious)
Lenny
Oh, we love cocktails. I get the same foam in a glass blender, which is like a Kenwood attachment. Girls, instead of ice cream and syrup (so as not to run to the boutiques), you can add frost from strawberries, cherries, apricots to milk, well, what else was frozen there. It turns out a thick smoothie. But with a banana, I did not work out, the cocktail turns out to be an ugly gray, albeit tasty.
AlenaT
Lenathanks for the hint!
I'll try to do it in a glass from Kenwood.
Beautiful photo!)))
Mar_k
In general, I wanted such a unit! After all, it's better than to constantly climb behind a blender ... What volume is it, Tatyana, and where is this sold? I went to look for something!

It's not difficult for me. Kesha stands on the working surface, the attachments are all in an easily accessible place. The volume is immediately 3 glasses. And if I had to carry a separate unit, then I probably would not have either. Although, if you do not often, then you can make a fuss.
Mar_k
So I read about this unit! So this is also a 1.6 liter Soup Cooker!
Here's an immediate question, is it possible to make almond or soy milk in it the same as in ShuMakher?

Yes, Lena, exactly that taste from childhood.

I still can't do this in Kesh, there are lower knives in the same place, maybe because of this. In childhood, the same cocktail was made with the top whisk in cafes.
From banana yes, color is not ah, but delicious, banana as a thickener goes.

Marish, ElenaM bought me and sent it by mail. I didn’t make milk ... I didn’t even think about this topic, then when the girls began to discuss "cows", I realized that the principle is the same.

the cocktail was made the same with top beaters in cafes.

The beaters were downstairs. This was pushed (attached) the bowl to the pin on which the beater was located at the bottom.

And in modern cocktail blenders, the whisk is underneath.

Tanya, well, yes, it goes down to the bottom, but it's in the lid ... that's right, I remember such things were there, so a glass of this thing was pripendyurili delicious. We now sell only cocktails of the Miracle type, by the way, they are whipped with something like that.
And in most blenders, the knives are lower, so I can't get such a cocktail there.

Tanyush, I wrote a recipe for delicious milkshakes. Exactly the same taste as previously sold, even tastier, thicker.
Here I wrote:

Look at how thick cocktails are. And we will do without different bananas there, by the way, which I do not like.
Tanyulya
Tan, thanks for the link, I'll "drive" see if we love this business.

Eh ... and I have many years of nostalgia for Soviet cocktails for 10 kopecks, then 11 kopecks. No matter how much I tried to do the same, it does not come out so thick and that's it! And there everything worked out without bananas. So what was the thickener? There was that Mozhaisk milk, ice cream and syrup. ALL!!!! Why doesn't it come out then? Maybe there was some magic syrup, not syrup at all, but something else?

try as Tatiana gave the link above, just on frozen milk, no thickeners are needed, the cocktail turns out thick.

Duc he's just apparently whipped ice crumbs. Perhaps delicious, but I just like that (Soviet) one.

No. In her "soy cow" I whipped frozen milk according to the recipe, and there were no crystals. The cocktail was thick.

At the same time, milk was not powdered, ice cream with real cream. I remember I liked to lick soft milk bags, there was cream in my finger. Eeeeeh, but now ... I can't even believe that once everything was natural.

Not no apparently just a crumb of ice is whipped. By the way, we do not bring the state of milk to ice crumbs, but only snow. Ice should never be present.
You can even make it in an ice cream maker.

Well, if you haven't tried it, then why should you tune yourself that way, which is delicious, but completely different from the Soviet one. Yes, yes ... just like that (Soviet). Only a little bit thicker, because, in principle, in its composition (in my recipe) only ice cream is present (milk frozen exactly to the state of snow (ice cream, not ice)). And in the store they whipped ice cream with milk. They probably saved ... That's why it turned out not so thick.
And if you add plum syrup, you get a 100% Soviet cocktail.
Ilona
Need to try! What is Soy Cow?

Class !!! It seems I needed one more unit in the house ... how to push the walls of the kitchen in a panel house with all load-bearing walls ...

Girls, have you looked at Auchan? I think the assortment is similar in all cities. A week ago in Auchan I bought 580 eko for 2300.
Tanyulya
Sasha, happy birthday. In Auchan, Koshatnitsa looked, no, And so 2300 of course is fabulous.
Sasha55
About the birthday this is probably a mistake. I have January 2. I'll go and look in profile. And Sauber is cool. A milkshake made from 1 liter of milk, a couple of frozen bananas, 1 portion of shop ice cream and 100g of sugar was poured into the top five. Delicious and thick.
Ilona
With bananas and no ice cream in a regular blender, it turns out thick and cool. Take current milk fatter and there will be happiness! And while I'm thinking about the miracle technique, I'll crawl to our Ashan, maybe I won't have to strain anyone, maybe he's standing there, waiting for me? Unsubscribe then)

Well, nothing ... with the past
I can imagine a delicious cocktail.
I'm making a cocktail at 550, it's great.

You can, an extended review of the 580th, thanks :)

In Auchan there were supplies for promotions, but to drain at such a price .... I'll go to Auchan to make sure. There will be questions for the supplier.
