Arrabiata sauce (from Italian.arrabbiata) (Vitek VT-2620 soup blender)

Ingredients

Fleshy tomato (I have Cherry) 1-2 pcs (12 pcs)
Tomatoes in their own juice (I have cut ones) 1 can = 400 grams
Small onion 1 PC
Garlic 2 teeth
Chili pepper (mine) 1 piece (tip at 3mm)
Olive oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
Basal (I have parsley) Half beam
Dry red wine 30 ml
Italian Herb Blend Taste
Salt and sugar Taste

Cooking method

  • This is my variation on the Italian sauce Arrabiata (Arrabiata).
  • In this case, I significantly reduced the chili pepper and replaced the basal with parsley, since the sauce was served for a children's lunch.
  • But for adults, I recommend making a basil sauce - it's very tasty!
  • Even non-Italian fans will appreciate the sauce.
  • And so, we will cook in the Vitek VT-2620 soup blender.
  • Peel the onion and garlic.
  • Remove the skin from the tomatoes. To do this, make cross-shaped cuts on the peel and lower the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute.
  • Place the garlic, onion (cut into 2–4 pieces), chili pepper (remove the stalk and seeds) and tomatoes into the bowl of the soup cooker.
  • Grind on Blender mode, speed 3 - 1 minute.
  • Add olive oil to the bowl.
  • Put the tomatoes in their own juice.
  • (If the tomatoes are not cut like mine but whole, then turn on the Blender mode again for 1 minute.)
  • Turn on High Heat for 7 minutes.
  • When the contents of the bowl boil, and this is after about 2 minutes, add wine, salt, sugar, Italian herbs through the loading window.
  • Every minute I turn on the Stir mode for 3 seconds so that the contents mix and do not burn.
  • After the signal, add basal (parsley) to the sauce and chop again for 30 seconds so that the greens remain in pieces.
  • Pour your favorite pasta with hot sauce and serve.
