Stone is optional for Bosch) The glass is slightly warm, the temperature is constant due to the temperature sensor
I repeat once again .... if you plan to constantly make baking, an electric oven is like a gas

I have a stove Kaiser HGG 64521 KR, 🔗... I have been using it since August. I am very pleased, the oven is excellent, everything that I try to bake: baked goods, meat, casseroles, everything turns out great. The only thing that I tried to make pies on their own baking sheet, the bottom was already fried, the top was all white, but the pies were baked. I just bake in my baking trays, molds that I've tested over the years.

I last year, when I bought the Kaiser gas stove, with Rose_Iroy I also talked with Sandy about the fried bottom in pies, it was torment - both the silicone mat and the water - they burn and that's it! it turns out that everything is really in a baking sheet, it was not necessary on an enameled stove - this stove also has an aluminum one, here the pies are gorgeous on it, at the 3rd level and with gas supply at the number "5"
... maybe useful to someone ...
ledi
There was a sticker on my stove on an enameled baking sheet that it could not be used for baking. And the instructions describe why it cannot be used for baking, since it is large and will not allow the temperature to rise and because of this, the bottom will burn, and the top will not be baked, that this baking sheet is only for stewing. But aluminum does not suit me at all, it is very small. The point then was to buy a large stove. Now I'm baking a loaf, so as not to stick to the walls of the oven
Anna1957
Virgo, I have been living in houses with electric stoves for two years, but in the near future I will have to live in an apartment with a gas boiler - accordingly, I will have to switch to a gas stove. I am planning to buy dominoes, but I started thinking about the oven. All my devices are electric, they do not fit only Nordic forms, they cover all my other needs. Maybe Nordic muffins can be baked in a gas oven? Well calm me down
Although, probably not worth looking in this direction. Everyone scolds them, and for this price you can buy a microwave with an oven function.

Yes, probably.

But about how much electricity the electric stove winds, there is, of course, the power is written in the instructions, but this is probably the maximum that it eats - when the oven is heated to a given temperature + convection turned on. But she doesn't fuck like that all the time. When it has warmed up to the desired temperature, it turns off and then turns on only for heating. For example, I do not plan to use convection. How much then you need to approximately subtract from what is stated in the instructions in order to calculate the real expenses. I'll say it again: I'm interested in real spending without the use of convection. Heating only (top + bottom) and maintaining the temperature during cooking.
NatalyTeo
Anna1957, the problems of gas ovens are uneven heat and it is impossible to accurately set the temperature, it burns, then it bakes, so it was necessary to adapt earlier - the pan to the bottom, twirl pies, etc. And it's better to cook on gas, tastier. Ideal gas surface and electric oven.
Anna1957
When I had a gas stove with a spit 10 years ago (progress at that time) - everything was baked in it normally. In today's electro - Kandy Trio - you have to turn for even baking. Apparently, you will have to dwell on an electric oven with a micro function or a micro with convection. I found an inexpensive one on Amazon, only when I get to Finka ... And on the bus - a rather heavy and large box. Now, if I could put together a company from St. Petersburg for a trip
KL_A
Dear forum users
now there is a choice before buying a stove, maybe we will live in a gasified house, then the stove is gas accordingly. I love to bake, but I bake for the family (so sometimes it’s not too beautiful: oops: the main thing is delicious). For money we can allocate up to 30 (no more)
I'm thinking of buying a mora, here are 3 models to choose from:
PS 213 MI1
PS 213 MI
PS 143 MI
they are similar in parameters, and I don't understand why the price is so different
Help me figure it out: cray: if others have a better look, please tell me
Alex100
Prices for Mora's plates sometimes really differ, although there can be no differences
Just one newer model, another previous
But the most interesting thing is how stores revalue, sometimes it's hard to understand
Sometimes the older model gets more expensive

if you order in one store, ask in detail
It happens that they paint the enamel coating, but in fact it is stainless steel and vice versa
Ask about the bars
Cheap models may have thin steel grilles
KL_A
Alex100, Thank you
so you can take it cheaper: D don't chase new products
I will look at the grates, you need strong ones and to wash them well (otherwise, some family members always run away from coffee)
Alex100
KL_A, cast iron grates are excellent at Mora, dishes of any size stand on them very steadily

Can't you tell me an excellent stove? I was already knocked down in search. I have gas at home. We really need the best and most convenient oven. And so that the door does not heat up much, maybe it's small. At a price I look up to 28 thousand.

Good evening, needlewomen))) I have such a problem: when baking a cake, the top grasps very quickly and the cake is not baked and does not rise. the oven heats immediately both from above and from below. how to make the biscuit bake normally ?? ARDO plate, metallic color (maybe someone has one)

gas stove DeLonghi CR 5406

Good day! I really need urgent advice. After the renovation, there are no new buildings for the new building.
There is an opportunity for N-time to take for 11 thousand DeLonghi CR 5406 gas stove, used in good condition, the former owner praises her. I looked in the internet, realized that the model is old-fashioned, there will be problems with repair, it is probably a little expensive for this model.
In doubts .... take it for an indefinite time, which may drag on ... a gas stove without bells and whistles would greatly facilitate my cooking or add and while buying a new gas hob (you can bake in AG, the multicooker is already barely alive) and ... for a long time save for email oven.

Advice on choosing a temporary inexpensive gas stove and hob is very welcome !!!

Hello!
Who has the GI 52339 RW gas stove?
Or just any Combustion. Please share the temperature measurements.
Angora
I share my first impressions of the new acquisition. GEFEST 6100-04 Gas "table", gas oven with gas grill. In this combination, it is the most feature-rich Hephaestus product. Enamel, white - this is my fundamental decision - the easiest to care for.

Benefits:
- very reliable two-piece cast iron grate.
- the biggest comfort is the most powerful.
- electric ignition (automatic, near table burners and in the oven)
- double lighting in the oven
- gas grill in the oven, barbecue and skewer
- gas control of burners and oven
- large drawer for dishes
- wire guides that can be easily removed (we remove during baking of meat so that they get less dirty.
- (and most of all) - an electronic timer, it is also a control. It allows you to set just a timer that rings after the end of the time, and to program at least one, at least all the burners and the oven at once - that is, it turns off after the end of the set time.
... And the stove itself turns off the burners after three hours - if you suddenly forgot about them.

We have already tried to bake meat twice on a spit, sausages on a barbecue grill, baked quiches, yeast pie and shortbread with berries and meringues. Bakes exactly. I set a timer, programmed, and cooked, of course. It is very (!) Easy to program. Everything is clear, no problem. The timer sound has three levels of volume. The maximum is slightly quieter than the mechanical one in the old stove. But I already ordered a separate timer-in-the-cat-form for myself)) To take it into the room when you leave the kitchen. Well, with the shutdown function, this is also not so scary.

There are some troubles with electric ignition - you need to press the handles quite hard to grab it, but it burns evenly. I read in the reviews beforehand that the electric ignition was unsuccessful, it seizes poorly, even the masters said that it was necessary to hold it for up to 10 seconds. But in fact, just press harder and drown the handle. The oven light is very convenient.

Now about the little things-shortcomings. Due to the protruding timer control buttons, it is not very convenient to wash the front panel, but if you do not start ... (I give myself this setting))))
In my previous Hephaestus, with the same dimensions, there was a larger oven volume. Decently so - 8 liters. Apparently, the thermal insulation system in this one is better - more thickness went to it. But this also has one small plus: pizzas and pies will now be smaller in size - we will crack flour less))
The only thing that has not yet adapted to the oven. There is no built-in thermometer, in theory, the temperature is set by itself - by a thermostat. It seems to me that it does not warm up to the set values. I tried to check with a digital laser thermometer - it shows more than it is exposed. I will not say that this is a big problem for me. In the previous one, I have exhibited by eye for many years, here I will also get used to it.And you need to get used to any oven, try, drive on different dishes. But nothing will burn)))

Allow me, and I will speak about the Hephaestus slab.
Well, I'll put in my five cents. During our life together, my wife and I had only one King gas stove (we sold it almost immediately, it was already in a new apartment) and one hob with a built-in email. oven from Wash. Well, of course, beautiful, stylish. I honestly didn’t cook it personally, but my woman began to complain about baking. Then after some time, they decided to sell the apartment and build a house in the suburbs. That's when we already ordered the kitchen and went to see something new in size 60 * 60 we saw Hephaestus 6300-02. There was a good discount on it. Yes, there is a stove without unnecessary bells and whistles, there is a gas grill, a gas oven, (we often turn off the light, a young microdistrict: sometimes they connect, then they cut the cable in general, again in bad weather it constantly cuts it down.), And with this construction it turned out to be very beautiful and budget option. So, we decided to use it, in a year we will buy something more perfect, but the wife does not want now, she is very happy with the oven, and she is satisfied with the oven in leaving. She is the hostess in the kitchen for her to decide. As he says, so be it.
ledi
A little over a year, I also bought Gefest 6100-02, I am very pleased! The oven bakes well, just like my old Brest. But I set the temperature more, it does not correspond to what is indicated on the handle. of course the thermometer is not enough, well, it's a trifle.

Rada-dms,
I also watch this, but not budget, however

I also have to switch from an electric stove to a gas one in the near future, I choose, my wishes: 1. electric ignition 2. control b oven gas and hotplates 3. cast iron grates of two halves 4. hotplates from smallest to largest, i.e. all four different sizes 5. gas grill 6. convection 6. digital or electronic display for heating the oven. Maybe someone has a gas stove with such parameters? And how much are my Wishlist approximately.
I was staying with my son, he is a dough-eater, I had to bake a lot of different things, he has Gorene, the hob is just a miracle (I wrote off my Wishlist from it), but the oven is continuous dances with tambourines. And I was a fan of this brand, they were all electric, but somehow everything was not budgetary, with electronic control, maybe this is the essence of the problem, in budget options a priori there cannot be a good oven.
Rada-dms
tati-ana, I found a good stove at an average price ... But there are no reviews, and so good equipment!
Bosch HGD74W325 with triple crown torch! But I'm looking for a dacha, so the enamel is white.
Although again she began to lean towards a good Electrolux oven with steam and a temperature probe and a gas panel.
Panels, after carefully reading the reviews, I choose from these.

tati-ana, but I want the top to be gas, and the oven is electric, all the same, the quality of baking in electric is better, and there are more opportunities ...
In Goreniya, everyone unanimously writes that because of gas control it takes a very long time to light the burners, and I'm not very patient, I need to "zip", and then do something ...
tati-ana
So a good oven is my priority when choosing a stove. And on what resources do you read reviews? I can't find something, all the replies are somehow.

Added Saturday 24 Dec 2016 05:29 PM

The second one is more functional, from my experience - the largest burner was used the least of all, mostly the smallest and smallest. But maybe this is all individual and depends on the composition of the family, there are not many of us.
Gorene specializes in electric stoves, there they have no equal, but they have no gas stoves, oh, I also lean towards Electrolux. In an electric oven, I would advise you to watch the independent inclusion of the upper and lower heating, it is very convenient and economical.
Rada-dms
Something in the second is incomprehensible to me the device of the very base for the burners. It seems that not only the cast-iron gratings are removed there, but also the two panels under them. But what's down there? If it flows inward along the edge? I haven’t looked for videos on this company yet.
We love dishes on the Voka, I cook jam in basins, all sorts of pilafs, so a big one will be used, all the more I dream of grill gas. I only doubt that it is possible to put a little heat on it ... After all, jam does not require a lot of fire!

Very handy for pastries, casseroles. You do not need to preheat the oven, you put and turn on first the bottom, and then the top
, baked quickly and evenly. Once a friend's oven burned out on the eve of her birthday and she asked to bake in mine, and was very surprised, according to her, the biscuit never rose so high in her oven. And convection is good for two levels at the same time, and so why drive. Well, again, I come from my family.

tysia, I do not have much experience in cooking on a gas stove in adulthood, so I cannot advise on models, but recently, choosing options for a country house, thinking and reading reviews for a long time, I decided for myself that the oven should be electric. That is, you can buy a combined stove - the top panel is gas, and the oven is electric. Nevertheless, baking and baking are better obtained in an electric oven, as they have repeatedly written on the site. And I was convinced from my own experience, using a gas oven here in the countryside for two months.
Maybe you should also consider this option?

Peace be with you bakers!

Rada-dms, I would be glad to buy a stove with an electric oven, but I'm afraid the wiring in the dashboard will not stand up ... recently it sparked there, called an electrician, said that the dashboard was all rotten, the house is 45 years old ... that's why I sunk into this stove, there is convection I have ... I don’t plan to use the grill yet, until the problem with electricity is solved.
shade, Anatoly, and there is no spit, but I don't need it ... it is in my current stove, I used it a couple of times at most until the drive burned out ...

Forum users! The media today flashes information about the recall of almost thirty thousand Bosch gas stoves sold from 2005 to 2015. Try to contact the company for your safety.

I quote the LOOK:
The company "BSH Bytovye Pribory" (Bosch) has agreed on a program of voluntary recall of 29 thousand 647 gas stoves in connection with the possibility of an explosion, according to the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart).
It is reported that slabs sold in Russia from 2006 to 2015 are subject to recall. We are talking about both free-standing combined gas stoves and built-in gas hobs of the Bosch brand, according to the website of Rosstandart.

The reason is the possibility of cracks or breakage of adapters (fittings) that are connected to the gas pipeline or a source of liquefied gas. In addition, the plug for the unused adapter plug could be damaged, which could result in gas leakage and sometimes a gas explosion.

It is noted that the manufacturer's representative, LLC BSH Bytovye Pribory, will provide notification to the owners of gas stoves and hobs that are subject to the review via the media, the Internet, or by answering consumer questions by calling the hotline: .

Consumers are also advised to stop using these Bosch-branded gas stoves and submit a request on the website or report via the hotline. According to Rosstandart, new, serviceable parts will be sent and it is recommended to call a service organization to replace damaged parts. The costs will be covered by the manufacturer's representative
