Pay attention to the oven switch so that the temperature is written! It was like that in Hefest, it's more convenient than 1,2,3

Today I was in Eldorado, in terms of the oven they said that Gorene is better.
They bake great.
My old Burning (gas) was shamelessly burning all the baked goods. The bottom is always burnt! Therefore, I got rid of it with joy, switched to a combined stove with an electric oven.
Gorenje is praised and advised by all consultants, but it seems to me that this is the kind of aggressive advertising the company has.
Real reviews on the net are much worse.

Of the minuses - the paint is erased, where the gradation of the fire level is. It was erased in almost two years, I had to finish painting and scrubbing with a knife, because the paint from the marker was erased. And without gradation, do not set the temperature in the oven.
Absolutely bad thermostat. The fire ignites with terrible force, it is worth opening the oven a little to check the baked goods. Therefore, there was no need to wait for a stable temperature. She escaped only with a tray below, filled with water, so that the baked goods would not burn.
The oven door broke quickly enough. As a result, the oven lost its tightness and "heated" my kitchen.

Now I enjoy the convenience of a Bosch stove with an electric oven.
They say that Gorenje combined cookers are now doing better, but the gas ones have remained at the same level.

Well .... I now have gas burning, I have adapted, I hold a large tile on the pan, it redistributes the temperature, bread, biscuit, pies, meat-norms, but meringue is problematic, there is no such low temperature, but if you open the door, burner knobs are frying, but generally tolerable

Well, in general, I can look after the combined stove, the electrician gave the go-ahead!

Lenusya, this is great !!!

I am from my combi the third year straight food-food, and I do not stop thanking the girl, God grant her health, who persuaded me to use the combi ...

somewhere in the subconscious it is spinning that my oven would soon be kirdyknutsya to buy already with a gas top and electric inside.
Well, it has been 2.5 years since I wrote this and this moment came, once long-awaited and my gas burning, apparently, covered with a copper basin. Rather, as if it will be clear on the 13th, a master from the Gorenie service will come.
In general, in 6.5 years of operation I tamed the stove with a baking canal, it baked often and excellently. I used to bake bread a couple of times a week, recently I started to bake honey cakes for sale. And a few days ago I baked bread, then began to turn it off, and the knob turned halfway and further - not in any. I had to close the valve on the pipe, because the eternal flame turned out instead of the oven. The service said that they could come no earlier than on the 13th, they had to call a horseman (as it turned out) from Gorgaz. In general, the flame used to be controlled by a knob, but not turned off. The "master" fiddled all day, then admitted that for the first time he saw such a stove in his eyes (by the way, the cheapest Goreny, no bells and whistles), left, and the next day he came with a friend who was repairing a couple of Gorniyes. He looked without touching, said that the thermostat had flown and needed to be changed, sent us to the service. After their visit, the oven turns on and off with grief in half, but from 1 to 8 the flame is not regulated, it burns at any division, as in 8.
In the service, I called, they said that there were no supplies to us now in Donetsk, and they did not have passes across the border to bring them. I found another service, they said that this part, if ordered, will cost about 200 euros. In general, I was in quiet shock. And he said that it would be possible to somehow try to restore it, but it was not necessary to let anyone from Gorgaz to the stove. Usually, in his experience, after their visit, the stove cannot be repaired. We agreed that he would still come on the 13th and look, and suddenly a miracle would happen and could be corrected, although I'm 95% sure that it’s unlikely.
Therefore, the question has arisen: what to buy, although the choice here is very limited, it is also impossible to order through online stores, no carriers come to us. There are some in stores, but the choice is sooo limited. I would at least decide what to take - with a gas or electric oven, given that the oven is in operation for about 1 hour every day, mainly at 180 degrees, without using convection. How many in this hour she will reel electricians under such conditions. Can someone even name an approximate figure? The slab will be 50 * 60 cm wide.
Until recently, I was very happy with my gas burning, both the top and the gas oven. The earthen pizza dish stone solved the problem of scorching the bottom and white top completely. And at the same time - gas. That is, almost cost-free. Therefore, most likely, I will again tend to buy a stove with a gas oven, tell me which ones are more or less now, so that all the handles, buttons work reliably, it is not fragile and not loose. Moreover, it is urgently needed, I have orders, while my mother will have to bake. And I don’t have a powerful outlet for electricity, I have to get an electrician, although, in principle, this is not a problem. In general, at a loss, who will advise what on both gas and electricity.
V-tina
I have a built-in Zanussi gas oven, it is with convection, very inexpensive and I really like how it bakes, but I don’t know if there is something like that in the stoves where the bottom-top gas

I'm afraid to say that the infa has not been checked, the spouse said that the electric oven is 5000 kW / h, and that not only a powerful socket is needed for the electric stove, but also separate wiring, and automatic plugs, and they say he has more than one melted socket from I changed the electric stoves ...
Probably lying. Saves on me.
V-tina
There are electric ovens of different power .. I looked at myself the same Zanussi at 2400 kW, for such an opportunity, special wisdom is not needed. In general, when we changed the wiring in the house, the masters brought out separate lines to all powerful devices, plus we made a ground loop and yes, there are difavtomats on them
Mona1

3.5 kW maximum for everyone so practically
yes, it is necessary to output the outlet separately ... I have separate branches made on the stove and the washer, so you can turn everything on at the same time
in general, there will be time, maybe we will create a topic about safety and voltage drops

In the process of choosing (I decided to take it again with a gas oven), a question arose. In my current stove in the oven - the gas and the grill are also gas. And you can't turn it on at the same time. But if the oven is gas, and the grill in it is electric. Is that possible at the same time? And for such stoves you do not need a powerful outlet, if the electric only grill and electric ignition?
V-tina
At the same time, you cannot turn on the electric grill and gas, I first turn on the bottom - gas, bake quickly, then turn on the grill so that the top is browned

Mona1, it seems there are no such - with an electric grill, with an electric ignition, there are many. But I agree with the opinion of my own: when there is gas, you need to put gas in the oven. We have such a wiring, a kettle with a washing machine in a pair does not work, only one by one, otherwise the counter immediately cuts out. Although the washer is on a dedicated line. If the wiring in the house is not powerful, you will not increase much in the apartment either. And it's dangerous to do that. A 3.5 kW oven is not a little, moreover, the oven will not fry for 2 minutes, not a kettle!

In the process of choosing (I decided to take it again with a gas oven),
Mona1, I also had an Ariston gas oven, and for many years an Ariston electric oven, and the hob was gas (also Ariston). Buy an electric oven, believe me, this is a completely different level of comfort. Convection, top and bottom heating, grilling - there are so many possibilities - any baking turns out to be perfect, sausages (slow simmering from 60 to 80 grams), meat, - believe me, the cost of electricity will eventually be justified by the quality of food and your good mood. Now we are completing the house, there is gas, the heating will be gas, but the oven is only electric, I also want an induction hob, (maybe we will only put a 2-burner stove in addition in case the light is turned off, but we think maybe we won't, they don't turn it off so often shine). I got tired of washing a glass hood, kitchen cabinets from soot and dirt from gas, I can compare, my friends have an electric stove.
Mona1
Loksa, there are gas with electric grill, Hansa, for example
🔗

elka34of course I agree that electro is better. BUT I bake a lot, the electrician will cost a lot. And in our city now it is tense with cash, and it is not known how everything will develop further, maybe there will be power outages. We have my children in our families, and my mother has electric ovens. I can't have electro too. Because if the light is suddenly cut off, then everyone will cook for me. And if there is no gas, they will have me. Gas in winter and you can warm up, as a last resort.
But in general, I really hope that my oven will still be able to reanimate. The day after tomorrow the brand master will come. The burners on top are excellent and the oven grill is excellent too. I’m thinking, if this thermoregulatory mechanism is completely spoiled, then is it possible to simply put a valve from ordinary gas stoves instead of all this Gorenievskaya dregs. Well, there will be no thermostat, well, okay, I will twist it myself as much as necessary. I will measure the temperature, put pictures on the handle, where there is 180 or 200 degrees and that's it.
elka34
Mona1, Tanechka, let's hope that everything will work out for you and nothing will be turned off for you, and Donetsk will again become beautiful and green, the way I remember it.

Girls! To re-read a lot of pages. I'd like to know a review about the Fresh plate. In one source I found that it was produced by Georgia, in another by Russia. I didn't find any reviews on the Internet at all. Maybe someone has it? How does the oven bake? This is the most important thing for me. Please respond!
Alex100
ledi, these plates are produced in Georgia (Kutaisi) under the license of an Egyptian company
Reviews are really few, but who has ovens are praised
And the plate weighs in the region of 43 kg, which speaks of good and high-quality metal.
ledi
Alex100, Thank you very much! Something I fell in love with this stove. Very suitable for the price and size 60cm. Such as my old one. and an oven volume of 63 liters. I think whether to take or not to take. I have to wait for my husband. And what will the husband say ...
ledi
Something I'm completely confused. how is that? The stove is smaller and the oven is larger. And vice versa. Can this be?
ledi

My old gas. the Brest stove was 20 years old, but it already contained gas. the control
I still have it, and how does he torment me, the gas turns off by itself, something works
Alex100
ledi, everything depends on the manufacturer
When I looked at the stoves burning, there are generally small ovens
Because the inner side walls are more curved
ledi
So far I stopped at this option 🔗 ... Maybe someone has one? I would like to know the reviews! Or who knows better in this matter than I do, please respond, otherwise I'm completely confused.Of course, I'm not very happy that the oven is a little smaller than my old one. In the old one it is 65 litas, but here it is 52. But if you count it by cm, then the difference is not very significant. I would like to adapt the old baking sheet
Alex100
ledi, already wrote that in modern slabs the inner walls are too convex, therefore the volume is less
+ there is also a grill burner on top of this stove
I watched such a stove in a store, the quality is, in principle, not bad

I found a photo of the oven, see for yourself
Choosing a gas stove

about adapting an old baking sheet, it's hard to say you need to measure
Taia
ledi, it seems to me that there is something confused in the characteristics. Slab Hephaestus 60 cm wide and its volume is 52 liters.
And next to the stove ELECTROLUX EKG 51153 OW - she has width 50 cm, and oven volume 53 l.
Some kind of inconsistency.
ledi
Alex100, Thank you very much! I looked. It turns out there the grill is put in the wire grooves? There are plates of this company with an oven of 65 litas, but very simple. I would like to buy a little more modern.

Vera, an ordinary stove. There is nothing modern at all.
The choice of free-standing slabs with a width of 60 cm is small.
V-tina
ledi, Vera, if Hephaestus, and there is at least some choice, then look at this link - there are plates and reviews 🔗
  • = gefest & type_cooking_pan = gas & number_konforok [from] = 4 & width_ [from] = 60 & width_ [to] = 60 & is_actual = 1

Well, at least there is an ignition of the burners, a timer, a grill. And in those there is nothing at all, you need to light a match or buy a lighter. Of course, I doubt that these functions will work for a long time, but still
Taia
Vera, but do not consider the combined stove as an option? Gas top and electric oven?
ledi
Girls and boys, I look forward to your advice and suggestions. This model is out of stock and may not be available anymore. What is unlucky and how to deal with it. Rather, they are, the remnants of some stores, but I'm not ready to overpay 2-3 thousand hryvnias
ledi

Vera, and do not consider the combined stove as an option? Gas top and electric oven?
Taya, I do not consider it because it is expensive for me to pay for electricity. I bake to order. Although now our gas is 7gr 20kop cube, but it was 72kop. But I also have a small electric oven, if according to the norms I do not fit in with gas in the winter, then I will get my baby.

Or, of course, you need to sit down and calculate everything.
Alex100
Vera, there are many options, but after all something to advise, it is necessary that there was
An electric oven is certainly better in terms of baking. I have an Italian gas and electric oven Bosch (German)
Bosch is certainly out of competition

As an option, you can take the hob for an inexpensive and good installation of an electric oven
V-tina
Vera, you like Zanussi sell .. How do you like this option? 🔗

Mmmmm ... I disagree. Apparently, my mother had a brown stove and a hood, in the morning you wipe the dust off, leave the house, return - a thin thin layer ..At the same time, there is a dark laminate on the floor - it was enough to fly once a day - and cleanliness .. It is illogical, but true.
