How I love all kinds of stuffed cakes! Karin, I’ll help you a little more today, okay? Because tomorrow I'm going to bake. I only have two questions: 1) Judging by the photo, the oil in the pan is purely formal, right? That is, I want to say that it is not enough and it is needed only in order to brown the cake, but not make it very greasy. Did I think right? 2) How many cakes are made from a given amount of dough?
* Karina *
I poured the oil really purely formally, they were not greasy at all. It seems to me that if there is a lot of oil, they will not be very good. I got 12 pieces, but I made them not very large, medium. It all depends on the size of mine, I cut it in half, they turned out in the shape of both pasties and it is convenient to eat.
Bon Appetit !

cooked in a dry frying pan. after frying on both sides, laid out on a plate, greasing with sour cream or butter
filling - cheese; cheese with potatoes; cheese with herbs; offal; boiled pumpkin; beans

Karinkaaaaa! It is something!!! Such a charm turned out, words cannot convey. Yes, in fact, you yourself know. Who am I telling? And the most important thing for which I want to praise you is for the accurate calculation of the ratio of dough and filling. It turned out exactly 12 pieces with a normal amount of filler. The recipe is just class! Smart girl! Special thanks to you from my husband, who stole the cake directly from the pan, burned all over, but was terribly pleased with the result! Keep the report:

Disana, in this recipe, oil is a must. At least half a teaspoon for one cake.Otherwise, they look like Armenian lavash, that is, pale, with brown toasted specks, and a little dryish, despite the fair amount of cheese in the dough. Moreover, the taste changes quite a lot. In the beginning, I tried to grease the pan with oil using a silicone brush. Few! Not beautiful and not the same taste. Namely, like Karinka's - golden, slightly toasted suns - the most delicious! They are obtained like this only in oil (even a little bit, but nevertheless). And, of course, bake on low heat!

Exactly, Mash, yanykh! Reminded! And I, after Disana's comment, broke my head and wondered where did I come across something like that. Exactly, these are Tatar pasties in a dry frying pan. Thank you, dear Manyunechka, I saved you from a headache. Well, until I remember ..... - I'm just making myself a plague!

Delicious tortillas!
I cooked it with pumpkin and mozzarella: they could do it in one sitting!
I used to do similar ones, but on the water. on kefir is softer. I will definitely repeat and experiment with the filling
Karina, thank you!

Helen, Disana, Lakshmi thank you very much, I am glad that you liked it very much, I forgot to write that I spray the pan so conveniently, I also tried it with a silicone brush, I didn’t like it, but the Tescoma dispenser was just enough! Filled Cheese Tortilla

Thank you, I tried!
Oh, it's good that you reminded me of the spray dispenser, I have long been going to buy it for the grill. Now it's useful for cakes too!

Karina, hello!
The question is a little off topic: how does the Teskomovsky dispenser behave for
oil? Not clogged? How do you look after him?
And the cakes are cool and cook quickly!

Yes Yes! I also join the question!

The girls bought a dispenser for a long time, it was lying with me until I bought a BBK grill here, it came in handy for me, it behaves well, it does not clog, only one small drawback - oil residue after spraying flows down the bottle, but I immediately wipe it with a paper towel. In general, I really like it, at first I thought of putting it under balsamic vinegar, but I liked another device for vinegarFilled Cheese Tortilla

Karinochka, are these not Ossetian pies? I have long wanted to learn how to cook them.
* Karina *
Irisha, I think not, yeast is added to the Ossetian pies in the dough and in a flat cake without yeast. Yes, the cooking method is similar, only the dough is different!

Maybe I'm not an expert. I just heard that they were cut in this way. And, in general, for me, so, there are no tasteless pies!
Disana
no, these are not Ossetian pies. these are Balkar / Karachai khychins

Very tasty!

Thank you for adding a piece of cheese

The dough turned out to be liquid, I added flour three times, it still stuck,
here on the forum there is a similar recipe, but there are 2 glasses of flour for 1 glass of kefir,
it seems like one and a half more than in this recipe.

Dear Karinochka! Today I prepared these purring cakes !!! Old sour cream has accumulated in the house. I diluted it with water and made this dough. Simply amazing. Well, just WOW !!! In the filling I mixed salt, greens, boiled potatoes, cheese and cottage cheese. I liked that the dough did not burst and that a lot of filling could be applied. DELICIOUS! One question. How can you store them? The portion is large. You can't eat fresh right away. Such dough cannot be stored. How do you save the cakes?
eta-007
The dough is also watery. She used to cook with a mistletoe recipe. There were no problems. For 200 g of kefir, 300 g of flour
