Ingredients

Kefir 250g.
Soda 1 \ 2h. l.
Salt 1 \ 2h. l.
Sugar 1h l.
Cheese 250g.
Wheat flour (I have 1 grade) 300g.
Any filling at will (ham, meat, feta cheese)

Cooking method

  • Add soda, salt, sugar to kefir, mix and leave for 10 minutes until bubbles appear.
  • Add cheese, stir. Add flour and knead the dough.

I did it according to this option and realized that Shaw was wrong. The dough is sticky and not elastic. What do we end up with? Or rather we don't, because we ate everything instantly!

But, the dough turned out to be somewhat dense. On a break or on a bite, it seems that there is even nostriliness, but if you cut it with a knife, then the cut is absolutely smooth and even shiny, like a slice of cheese. Unfortunately, there are no photos.

You need to fry on low heat under the lid, it is better for a longer time. It is better to make flat cakes in shape.
