Sour cream 20% 250 g
Frozen butter 80 g
Corn starch 50 g
Powdered sugar 170 g
Soda 0.5 tsp
Nutmeg (not used) 0.5 tsp

Sweet tea, jam, lubricating syrup

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, starch, soda, nutmeg, cardamom, salt.
