I report, I was in the "Three Whales", I bought a white, deep-flowered Fissman 28cm 1725 rubles. I wanted 26cm, but at a price they have a difference of 25 rubles, and in size - the bottom is the same, but the difference is in the height of the side.

I did not see the lagoon. I saw this:

Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids for them)
4591 FISSMAN Casserole LAZURITE 24x9 cm 3.4 L with glass lid with induction bottom (with ceramic non-stick coating) 1953 rub.

Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids for them)
4585 FISSMAN Casserole ASSORTY 24 cm with glass lid 5.4 l. (cast aluminum with ceramic coating) 2386 rub. (although it seemed there was written on the label 4.4 liters.)

Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids for them)
4081 FISSMAN SUNLIGHT frying pan with two spouts and auxiliary handle 26x5.5 cm (yellow enameled cast iron) 1200rub.

The pots are too light for me, not impressive. The coating inside is just smooth.

Here's a current 28cm.

4535 FISSMAN Frying pan OLYMPIC 26 cm deep (extruded aluminum with ceramic non-stick coating)

Tomorrow I want to fry potatoes.

It's a shame just that the pans in diameter 26 and 28 differ little, I mean the bottom .. I would like 28 to have a bottom more .. and so 28 differs from 26 really in the height of the walls ..
It really is. I was surprised too .. But I really didn’t see ordinary pans .. I have something deep. By the way, that they are different, I realized at home when I started looking through the catalog.

Divna I have 2 pancake pans Neva-metal, I bought them in Auchan - I like them very much I took 2 at once to speed up the process - pancakes are fried on them very quickly and very evenly, so be sure to buy yourself The price is really 2 times cheaper
Margit
nut-Irina And what do you have, and how long do they serve? I saw two types in Auchan, 1,100 each and the second about 700r. I also want to buy a ladle with two spouts in the same place, I saw there are also Neva metal. Sometimes it is very necessary to boil milk, boil cream or caramel. I would like of course the Woll company, but they are very expensive.

oh Ira and don’t say I’ve been thinking about her all day .. I never had a pancake pan ... I baked all conscious zhist in ordinary ones ..... in the morning with a measuring tape I went to the old pan to measure the bottom ... it turned out that 22 cm .. and when I saw a pancake there is a diameter of 24 cm. and it seemed to me a little !!! will not be enough (s) ...Well, I think to go tomorrow if it means mine! .. she was alone at 24 ... then at 22 and 26 cm .. hung ... but for me this is exactly this ponra .... and I also saw that her bottom is so smooth and heavy ... it means will not "walk" on the stove ... and the price is 1100 rubles .. this is considered a small wholesale store .. in it prices are 20% lower than ordinary stores ...

26 cm for pancakes - large. I bought myself a ceramic pancake, but I regretted that I did not take 24 cm, and 22 would be even better, since pancake pans are flat and they make pancakes more than in pans with rims.

And I have a pancake 22 cm, so little for me. The simplest of Auchan with a non-stick coating, I am very happy with it. I regret that at the time of purchase there was no larger diameter, only the price tag was hanging. Nothing, I'll buy another one, it's still more convenient to fry on two

Girls, now I have measured it - 22cm along the bottom, pancakes in size are just right for me, no more Ritochka, I bought + - 2 years ago (Neva-Metal), the coating is normal, it was not scratched anywhere, I remember that I paid about 700r for 2pcs (my friend also went to Auchan on my tip) I don’t know how much they cost now, maybe 700r pcs.

And I am with updates today
Pots, pans, woks, saucepans, roasting pans are the items we usually use for many years. Therefore, the main criterion for evaluating the quality of kitchenware for Barazzoni S.p.a is its durability.
Each design element of cookware under the Barazzoni S.p.a brand name contains not only a decorative component, but above all the necessary functionality. That is why Barazzoni S.p.a kitchenware fits the definition “beauty without a single superfluous detail”.
Behind each series of this popular all over the world tableware is primarily a person. The designer and technologist create new collections of tableware, investing in them their skills and their individual talent, so each series is unique and recognizable.

The SILICON PRO CERAMICO collection of cookware from the famous Italian manufacturer Barazzoni S.p.a represents a new generation of cookware for home cooking. The series was designed by Claudio Bellini.
All SILICON PRO CERAMICO models are made of high quality aluminum alloy and covered with a ceramic layer on the inside. Ceramics was chosen as the coating as arguably the most environmentally friendly material. Ceramic crockery is environmentally friendly as the CO2 emissions are minimal. Ceramics does not contain substances harmful to human health and does not deteriorate during use.
The handles of the models from the SILICON PRO CERAMICO series are covered with silicone, which provides a comfortable and secure grip and makes the dishes suitable for use in the oven.

The diameter of both the stewpan and frying pans is 24. I have already tried the stewpan - I fried homemade sausage! I like it!
But the covers were not bought by relatives. The manager said that they don’t even order lids from this company, because they are almost as expensive as pans, there is no demand.

They teased me with frying pans. Apparently the milestones will give women on the eve of March 8 aggravation of "frying pan". Yesterday I was in Auchan, in the Fissman department - I felt everything, asked around ... and didn't buy anything ... but I got pleasure. I try to order through and-no shops and kidstaff - it is always cheaper there than in a simple store.

On the way, yes, it is

The week before last, when I didn’t even read this topic, I caught myself thinking that I’m standing for some unknown reason and twirling a heavy Sillit frying pan in my hands - crazy German quality for big money - UAH 1700 = 210 dollars
and I think - is it non-stick for this money or not
Omela
Well ... I went to buy silicone molds ... in "Lares" at 4-Magistralnaya, building 3. And there there are 50% discounts.

I could not pass by ... I bought this. 1150 rub.

Yes, I myself am the same ... I bought frying pans, forms ... and there seems to be a lot of space .... but there is still no "necessary" cabinet ... ... Every time there is the largest Winzer's frying pan (there is nowhere for it no, but it is voluminous) take it out of the oven back and forth ..... And generally keep quiet about the forms ..... They are folded in a huge box in my box .... I get the "wealth" ... I choose ... and again I pack the whole box ...
But the cauldron Laguna Fissmanovskogo 28 cm is still not enough .... I can not find it at a reasonable price with us.

Girls who bought such a thing for themselves: Bergner BG 6118. What I saw in the pictures is a complete copy of the Fissmanovska Laguna. The reviews are contradictory, it is declared as cast iron - but they write that it is not ... they say it is very light ...
Scorpio
I choose cast iron pans. Productions "siton", Dnepropetrovsk. I was completely tortured and tortured my husband. I want everything at once. Either I can't decide on the size, then I won't put it in the oven with a handle, take it with or without a lid, it seems like a huge brazier, I want a pancake. And when I think about it, you can fry pancakes in a simple frying pan, and not spend money on a pancake.

Girls, who uses the pancake pan? Do you need it or is it a waste of money?
Pilgrim73
Scorpio, pay attention to the cast iron pans from Ikea. They look more decent than Seaton. Outside they are enameled and the handle is unscrewed, so you can put it in the oven and dishwasher. I have a 26.28 cm, square brazier and fondue. It is very good to bake bread in them.
Scorpio
Pilgrim73Do they have some kind of coating inside?
Pilgrim73
A cast-iron skillet can only have cast iron inside.
Scorpio
Pilgrim73, why am I asking, the siton has enamel inside, non-stick, but there is just heat treatment.

Pilgrim73, but does it really stick or not? I’m like this Ikeevskaya, but I’m looking closely at the square grill (on the website), but there’s no way to touch it. Are they really cast iron and heavy?
Pilgrim73
They are really cast iron pans and very heavy. About sticking, at first I was very nervous, because everything was sticky for me! But my husband taught me to cook with them. First, you need to heat the frying pan strongly (it will stick to a warm one for sure), then put the product. It will first grab, but after a while, when a crust forms, it easily turns over. Square I don't use a noisy grill pan, only my husband fries chops on it, and I have to clean it. IMHO, I would not buy it, but my husband likes it. Juice from meat flows into these grooves and it is inconvenient to clean it, you have to pant.

I use!!! and I really like it !!!! Here HERE showed her frying pan in action. The pan must be very hot, with a drop of oil in the middle, then spread this oil with a brush over the entire pan.

Ikeevskaya I also have d28cm. This is not very convenient for me, because the combs are narrow and because of this, the bottom heats up unevenly.

Cast iron has already been discussed many times. Relevant topic HERE.

Are you sure you want a pancake cast iron? Pancakes are perfectly baked in the simplest and lightest pancake pan. I would not be able to fry pancakes on a cast iron - how many times do you need to raise it?
And I have an ordinary cast-iron frying pan Seaton 28 cm. At first everything was good, but now the cutlets are trying to stick and potato pancakes too. Looks like she wants special care for cast iron, but I don't really want to mess with her

They don't look for goodness from goodness. Taste and color - try to find it too.
I am very happy with the usual 22 or 24 cm thin pancake pan (I can't remember exactly). Nothing burns and I don't feel it in my hand. And I barely bring my large cast-iron one to the sink to wash it. Looks like the handles are very tender
Scorpio
Sofim, I want not only a cast-iron pancake, but also a frying pan, and a saucepan with a cast-iron lid, and a saucepan, and a brazier, and a grill pan. To date, this is the most environmentally friendly dishes + durable. It is a pleasure to cook on it, and the food is very tasty. Yes, it requires careful maintenance, but it's worth it, and the pancakes on it are a fairy tale

Although it has its drawbacks. This is the weight and the impossibility of washing in the PMM. But there are many more advantages.

And enamelled cast-iron dishes are not practical, enamel is enamel. Any coating will peel off sooner or later.
Scorpio
Pilgrim73, I have not yet penetrated it, but in my opinion there are no stores from IKEA in Ukraine?

I tell and show ...
Yesterday I warmed it up in a saucepan with my beloved, borscht for dinner, poured it, and about 1/3 of a glass of liquid remained at the bottom. I left the pot standing on the stove, along with the ladle, covered it with a lid - I'll wash it after lunch.

Then ... things got distracted.
Then I smelled a smell ... but I thought that nothing could burn with me, dinner was over, everyone had gone ...
Then mom comes and says: you have something burning ...
Then I went to see what was burning - and saw my favorite saucepan in this form:

Cooking utensils (pots, pans, lids for them)

After lunch, about 1.5 hours passed, and all this time the pan stood on the fire, albeit the smallest one, and boiled away, fried ...

I immediately poured warm water into the pan, the film at the bottom instantly bounced off, cracked into pieces. I added dish detergent, more water and left to ferment.
Then, after 1.5-2 hours, she drained the water, washed the pan with a simple sponge, hard side, and added a detergent for washing teflon coatings, rinsed under clean water. I didn't have to make any efforts - everything cleared up very quickly, at once.

I was looking after myself a new pancake pan, and just looked at the chu4gunny pan. And I pick it up by about 24 cm, and the cast iron stood somewhere at 15-18 cm. She picked it up and quickly put it back. Chesslovo, pull this fool Noooo, I'd rather keep changing pans once a year and a half
balbesik
And I don't really like the cast-iron pan (Sitonovskaya) ...
While the new one was like everything was fine, it didn't stick, it didn't burn, and then the impression was that the coating began to peel off (although what kind of coating can there be on cast iron ???)
When I fry cutlets or cheese cakes, and just carcass vegetables, then there are some black specks on the products (they reach the size of a match head).
My husband said at first that it was probably some old carbon deposit, but I seem to take care of it according to all the rules, my, dry it on fire and grease it with oil.
Moreover, if you look at a dry frying pan (before greasing), you can see that the bottom and bottom along the sides are slightly lighter, and the sides on top (where they do not come into contact with food) are almost black.
It turns out that after all there was some kind of covering, because now without it everything will burn out with terrible force!
For pancakes I use Tefal pancake, bought 5-6 years ago, when I was still a fan of non-stick coatings. The frying pan was expensive at that time with some kind of super reinforced coating, so far everything is in order with it (pah-pah-pah), sometimes even insolently except for pancakes I fry steaks or fried eggs on it ... But if you don't make pancakes , and pancakes (I love yogurt), it’s not the same.
They come out better and tastier in an old Soviet frying pan, I don't know what it was made of, obviously not cast iron, judging by the weight, the bottom is not smooth, but lattice, if you scrub it very hard, then this lattice becomes almost white, probably aluminum.
I recently bought a Rondell steel frying pan. For vegetables, it's just super, steaks - every other time, I read somewhere that you need to put on a very hot one, then they don't stick. Probably it is, because I fried salmon for two days in a row, the first time it stuck, I had to help with a spatula, the next day I heated the oil almost to smoke (just kidding), so the steak just flew in the pan.
Now I'm thinking of buying a ceramic one to minimize the use of oil, can someone share personal experience (or poke where to read?)
Kalmykova
About ceramics: My mom slightly spoiled the coin - now it sometimes sticks. And recently I bought a Biol with ceramics - there is a thicker piece of iron. While we are very satisfied, the pancakes were fried here.

My husband bought (a long time ago - about 12 years ago) a 24cm pancake pan, French, from some kind of alloy.Heavy! When I was looking for pans, I re-read the entire branch and, in passing, also drew attention to the gourmet dishes. Cool saucepans. But we don't have it in Ukraine. We do not have Ikea either.

Girls from Ukraine, who will advise what. Has anyone bought from an online store? Kinte the link pliz where to look. Rondel has a good stamped-sealed bottom, but there is silicone on the handles and lid, I read somewhere that it stinks terribly. Winzer doesn't have bad saucepans. Now, if you could hold them in your hands. And everything is beautiful in the picture. I would like a good quality pan with a thickened bottom, with metal handles (non-heating). The capsule bottom may fall off over time, which is why I drew attention to the sealed bottom.
kava
I use a Vinzer frying pan with porcelain stoneware. For me, so far this is the best thing I have used (including rondels, bergofs, etc.). A very good quality pot came across Maestro, also with EXCILON ® CERAMIC COATING non-stick coating. I love to cook in it. Even if something has managed to stick, then after a while (when it cools down) all the sticking byaka is removed with a "pancake". I took it in regular stores and via the Internet. In the second case, of course, it is cheaper, but the quality and packaging are identical.
Pogremushka
Krosh, tat-63 and other owners of gourmet dishes, have you tried cooking vegetables in it, in particular potatoes, without fat, water and salt? So they cook in Zepter, it turns out delicious. But their price tag is inadequate, and, moreover, they could not answer the question about the fundamental differences between the Zepter and any other high-quality stainless steel with a multilayer bottom.
