Pork with barley (Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Pearl barley 2 m / st
Water 3 m / st
Pork 500 g
Carrot 0.5 medium carrots
Spices, salt taste
Oil for frying meat

Cooking method

  • Rinse the barley well, cut the pork into pieces ~ 1.5x1.5 cm, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  • We set the mode Roasting by default on 15 minutes, pour oil.
  • When the oil warms up, add the pork, fry, stirring, after 10 minutes add the carrots, spices, salt to the meat and fry until the end of the program (all the meat juice has evaporated).

I just started cooking in a slow cooker, this is the third time I have turned it on. Apparently I have not yet spoiled myself with delicious food, and when I tried this barley, I thought that I had died. The taste is divine, and the meat melted in my mouth.
From spices I can recommend turmeric (0.5 tsp), barberry (5 pcs.), Allspice (2 pinches).
The recipe from the Brand 6050 multicooker-pressure cooker section was taken as a basis. Barley with chicken ventricles.
