Almond pie with plums (Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker)

Ingredients

almond shavings 220 g
butter 100 g
eggs (large) 3 pcs
flour 50 g
corn starch 25 g
powdered sugar 75 g
light honey (liquid) 100 g
baking powder 1.5 h l
juice and zest of half a lime
fresh plums 200 g
cinnamon and powdered sugar for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix flour with cornstarch, baking powder and lime zest. Separate the whites from the yolks. Cut the plums into quarters.
  • 2. Beat the softened butter with powdered sugar into a fluffy mass, add the yolks one by one and beat until creamy.
  • 3. Grind the almond shavings with a blender as small as possible, practically into flour. Combine with egg whites, honey and lime juice. Beat everything together with an immersion blender until thick semolina.

  • 4. Add almond "porridge" to the butter-yolk mixture in two or three steps and beat it all together for 3-5 minutes until fluffy. Then gradually add flour, mix until smooth and put the finished dough in the multicooker bowl (lightly grease with butter). Place pieces of plums on top.
  • 5. Turn on the "Baking" mode, time 65 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the bowl and cool on the wire rack.

Note

The pie turns out to be tender, airy, moderately sweet. For the specified time, it manages to bake "to dry skewer"
Reading the description of the preparation of this cake, there is a great temptation to simplify it and simply add ground almonds to the dough. But I assure you, by doing this, you will get a completely different texture of the cake.
