It is normal to wiggle the motor unit. So I filmed the process of such wiggling in 3811
Volodya_A
The temperature rather quickly (by the twentieth minute somewhere) dropped to -17 on the sensor
The minimum temperature showed -19, the blade stopped (I don't know, forcibly or according to the program), when there was still time left
Recipe made - kiwi sorbet
It was evident that everything inside the glass is as liquid as in the beginning.
And what do we have at the end?
The glass is a little cold, inside is a little cold mixture ...
What am I doing wrong?
I put a plastic glass in a tin glass, did everything right?
Maybe the tin glass should have been taken out?
There is frost on a tin glass, it's really cold
Did I do something wrong?
Volodya_A
Manna, Thanks for the answer
I threw in more questions there =)

Why did you put the plastic bucket? It's for yogurt. Ice cream is made in an aluminum bucket. Install an aluminum bucket with the mixture in the case, close the lid, install the block and prepare ice cream. In a plastic bucket ferment yogurt.
Volodya_A
Well =)
And I shoved
Therefore, the blade did not spin well, it seems =)
Okay, second try =)
Thank you so much!
Volodya_A
Eh, I didn't even wash this bucket, so I rubbed it from the inside
And now I poured the mixture into it ...
Well, as they say, you look and blow it =)

Whoa! I have never seen my temperature below -8 when making ice cream, even though the spatula has already stopped rotating. Because of this, it always seems that the ice cream has not "grabbed" enough.
Manna
Man, so, he had a bucket in a bucket. It is not yet known what the temperature will be with the mixture in the correct bucket.
Volodya_A
25 minutes have passed
-9
Only the sorbet (almost) is already adhered to the blades ...
Maybe because I didn't put in enough ingredients?
600 grams turned out about ...
Volodya_A
So it jumped -9-10
I turned off after 40 minutes
It turned out to be an awesome thing, thanks to everyone!
And dietary - according to the calorizer - only 78 kcal per 100 grams
Wife demands strawberry sorbet tomorrow
And I want to cook dairy according to GOST =)
What I liked was the texture
Really similar to the same Movenpick sorbet
No pieces of ice or anything like that ...
A fairy tale, as I dreamed straight =)
Volodya_A
Question to the masters about the amount of ingredients
About maximum load - understandable
But about the minimum?
As I wrote above, the sorbet is mostly just "frozen" on the shoulder
This did not affect its taste in any way, however.
At least I really liked the first experience, but maybe it can taste better =)
I got about 600 grams of ingredients
So much sorbet we eat, no question
But with milk ice cream / sundae - I foresee problems
There are three of us in the family, we all monitor the weight, so no one will eat 200 grams of ice cream
Maximum - 100 each
And how, if you load 300 grams of "raw material" - will you get something worthwhile?
I don't want to download it "for future use", I want fresh ice cream =)
Manna
Volodya_A, I made ice cream in 3811 from 500 ml of mixture, from 300 ml. And what are your doubts about the volume? The main thing is not more than 1kg.
Volodya_A
Manna,
thanks for the answer
Doubts - I voiced them - it seems that the whole mass sticks to the blade and does not mix, but just quietly freezes on them
But for a pleasant texture it is important that ice crystals do not form inside, which is achieved by stirring
But it does not happen - the whole mass is stuck!
Volodya_A
By the way, I just made a kiwi sorbet - I just blended it into an ice cream maker
For strawberry sorbet, for some reason, in most recipes, it is suggested to cook the mass beforehand
Is it related to something?
Manna
Quote: Volodya_A
the whole mass is stuck
So you yourself wrote that there were no crystals. During the period when they can form, the mass is still being mixed. When it is stuck, no crystals can form anymore - everything is frozen.
Volodya_A
Manna,
Thank you, but what about the recipe for strawberry sorbet?
Or share, be kind, your, verified =)
Volodya_A
Yes, and another question
And to turn off the device during the cooking cycle - do we just press the "power" button?
Manna
Volodya_A, so in this section there are many recipes, choose any

For example,

Ice cream "Strawberry with cream" (Brand 3812 ice cream maker) (Sonadora)

Ice cream maker Brand 3812
Or this

Raspberry ice cream (Brand 3812 ice cream maker) (Sonadora)

Ice cream maker Brand 3812

Quote: Volodya_A
to switch off the appliance during a cooking cycle
To "Start / Stop". And then turn it off altogether, then "Power".
Volodya_A
Manna, so she does not have "start / stop", only "start" =)
Therefore, I turned off the power button and turned it off =)
About recipes - I'm looking for sorbet
And at the same time, a way to add strawberries to the "dairy according to GOST"
In a year, I will share / brag, lost 48 kilograms (and still weigh 89 so far), but I still want sweet, so I look at low-calorie desserts =)
Frozen yogurt still attracts (I make yogurt myself)
And the above recipes, alas, are extremely high in calories =)

Volodya_A, take a look at RECIPES Alexandra.
Volodya_A
Sonadora, thanks, I'll drop by now
Made a strawberry sorbet
585 strawberry
55 sugar
25 lemon juice
Calorie content - only 61 kcal per 100 grams!
I didn't cook anything - in a blender and in an ice cream maker
Fantasy!
Sweet and sour taste at the same time
But another question arose
Yesterday, and even more today, such an effect was expressed
Since the blades do not touch the walls, sorbet sticks to the blades, it is not so cold in the end
But on the walls 2-3 millimeters of ice is formed.
This is normal?
Something tells me that with fat-containing mixtures such stratification will be less.
Right?

Yes. Right.
Volodya_A
Made frozen yogurt for two days in a row
The first day - I had my own yoghurt, from Evitalia sourdough and milk 4%
My yoghurt is quite dense
440 grams of yogurt (how much there was)
300 grams of frozen black currant
75 grams of sugar (of which 10 grams of vanilla)
It turned out very tasty
A few notes:
1. There is nothing to translate vanilla sugar into this recipe, you still can't feel the taste
2. Berries can be smaller, otherwise they completely clog the taste of yogurt
3. Sugar as little as possible

The next day they didn't make their yoghurt, bought Activia
490 grams of Activia
300 grams of frozen strawberries
55 grams of sugar
Activia, although written at 3.5% fat, is much more liquid than homemade yogurt
But it turned out very tasty too
But sugar can be even less =)

I also want an ice cream maker. The first time I came across this forum for a long time and just read it. And then I decided that I was buying and it was Brand, but now I cannot decide which one !!! 3812 - everyone likes it, functionality, volume, but the story with the temperature scares, like the declared -18 - 35, but it shows less and in some on the forum I saw the temperature over time stops below -4, 3811 - the bowl is too small, I will be with my ice cream absorbers living in the kitchen, 3813 - it seems that everything is fine with the temperature and the volume of the bowl is good, but on the forum they write about a plastic gizmo in the junction near the bucket that can break, but it will break for me, I know my happiness. How to choose !!! Maybe someone will advise something smart?
Manna
Julikoif you can afford 3813, take it.She is the most equipped. And the fact that she has "some kind of plastic contraption", then in any device there are some parts that may fail. I don’t remember we were talking about "plastic things". It was about the drive (and only in theory - I had not read a single case of its breakdown in two years). All bread makers have it. If it broke down so often, then no one would have bought the baked goods for a long time. Are you catching my thought?
nut
I have an ice cream maker 3812 - I am very happy, I make a lot of ice cream at once and differently, 4 containers per 2 liters each to the eyeballs and into the freezer. Temp. when the ice cream maker is working, it goes down + - 17 *, I practically do not allow it to such a pace, I stop it forcibly, otherwise the ice cream cannot be picked out of the can, it might have dropped even lower, but I don't need
Juliko
Girls thank you very much for the advice !!! I can now afford any of the models, they promised me her as a gift, I wanted her for so long that now when they gave me money and told me to go buy, I can't decide to choose which one
Lilida
Juliko, I have Brand 3813. And what kind of troubles there may be - I mixed everything, chose the time, the only thing, I don't have enough time 60 minutes, I add another 10 minutes, then the ice cream for transferring to the container is not very soft. But the aggregates of the slegonets may differ. Look for where it is a little cheaper - and place an order of Good Luck.
Alexandr Br
Juliko, don't worry if something breaks, although I'm sure it won't.
All our devices have a guarantee, our technicians will repair the malfunction for you free of charge.
Juliko
Thank you all for the advice! I allowed myself it !!!!!!
Look !!!
🔗
Trying to buzz !!!!
I thought, thought, decided that although I also need a yogurt maker, I don't like MFPs for some reason. So I'm stomping about 3813
Manna
Juliko, Congratulations! Only a topic about 3813 HERE Yeah, I already saw that you were there and stomped.
OksanaMak
Good night all! I bought this wonderful miracle, poured the mixture, at first the ice cream maker worked fine, and then there was some creaking ?? What could it be? And another question, I'm probably completely armless, but I poked around for a long time so that the hole at the top of the blade coincided with the iron pin of the motor !!
OksanaMak
OH! And in general for 40 minutes -5 shows !!!!!

The girls read the instructions 10 times, and did not understand what the "cooling" mode means? Here, for example, 1 worked in the "ice cream" mode, turned off, does it turn on itself for cooling? Automatically?

Here is: Ice cream maker Brand 3812
ksenia_br
marlanca, good day!
The "Cooling" function is activated automatically immediately after the "Ice Cream" mode. If this function is not necessary, then it can be disabled with the "Start / Stop" button
marlanca
ksenia_br,
Does it turn on after some time, after the end of the "ice cream" regime? Because, as IMMEDIATELY it does not turn on automatically, I tried to wait 2-3 minutes ..., silence ...
ksenia_br
marlanca, the "Cooling" function will turn on 10 minutes after the end of the "Ice Cream" mode, if you do not turn off the ice cream maker
marlanca
ksenia_br,
Thank you very much, I didn't wait so long ...
ksenia_br
marlanca, not at all!
Stafa
In 3811, an embarrassment happened after the cooling function had been worked out - I could not get the bucket out of the ice cream maker, it froze there completely, turned off the ice cream maker and then waited for about 20 minutes, when it was possible to move the bucket and the spatula in the bucket, so now I do not use the function.
marlanca
Stafa,
Svetik, thank you ... I'll be on guard ...

The second day I make ice cream from watermelon (250g), cream (200ml) and 2 tbsp of sugar. It turns out very tasty.
julia_bb
After the end of the competition "Foods and drinks for hot weather" I began to think about an automatic ice cream maker. Which one to choose 3813 or 3812, I'm sitting in thought
ksenia_br
julia_bb, the Brand 3812 ice cream maker is more functional, in it you can prepare not only ice cream, but also natural homemade yoghurt. If you are an ice cream lover, the 3813 has a bowl volume of 2 liters (for 3812 - 1.5 liters)
julia_bb
ksenia_br, so I would like to have 2 liters and a multifunctional one. Yeah ...
Manna
Yulia, I would choose the 13th. It is more agile to use. And yogurt can be prepared in a yogurt maker, a slow cooker, and a thermos.
julia_bb
Manna, while the price stops, although I know that there is also more expensive
