Ingredients

cream 33-35% 450 g
mascarpone 200-250 g
condensed milk with sugar 150 g
vanilla sugar 10 g

Cooking method

  • Combine cream, mascapone, condensed milk and vanilla sugar in a blender bowl. Beat with a blender for a couple of minutes until smooth.
  • Ice cream (Brand 3812 ice cream maker)
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze. My ice cream was ready in 35 minutes.
  • Transfer the ice cream to a storage container and put it in the freezer for one and a half to two hours.
  • Serve with fresh fruit or your favorite topping.
