Yeast - saf-instatn, I also put it not in the dispenser, but immediately into the dough, for those considerations that according to the instructions they must be dissolved in water, and I put it overnight. I was glad that I did not use the dispenser, as already mentioned in this Temko above, because it rested against the roof, because of this, the crust was at the top with a light spot. The apple smell was present.
A lot of things still don't work out - and this cake is simply divine!

I sit and sniff. My first cake is baked in HP. It smells very fragrant. Just want to share my observation. I made 2/3 of the volume (for 300 grams of flour), since my max weight is 900 grams. In general, for some reason my kolobok was very decorated, not at all runny. I was even surprised, because I was waiting for gruel. Instead of water - milk, and so everything is according to the instructions, and put the middle apple, raisins, dried apricots (one minute before the signal xn). Yeast saf moment d / muffin was dissolved in warmed milk. It seems that everything is correct, but on my mode "Baking" it almost did not rise by the time of baking. I was surprised, upset ... I've only been using the stove for a week without a year, so I'm afraid to touch something during the program, but then my soul could not stand it, and I pressed stop. Here is pure intuition! She returned after 40 minutes - lo and behold, the dough rose 2 cm to the edge of the bucket! It turns out that my program was simply not enough for the correct proofing (the whole program is about three hours in time). In general, I pressed the baking - and the cake rose a little more, and then a little more ... now it looks out of the bucket. The roof is beautiful, seemingly even. I don’t know how the dense bun at the beginning will affect the actual test (we will check it in a couple of hours). But to everyone who has not gotten a bun, I can only advise on my own experience to increase the proving time (pause, etc.) or choose a mode for more hours. Otherwise, at first I also sinned on yeast)

The cake in the end turned out to be very tasty, it really looks like a bun, not very sweet, but additives (raisins, dried apricots, prunes) fix the problem. The pets asked to bake more, they are ready to eat every day for breakfast)) Flew away in one sitting. The smell is very pleasant, during baking it poured into the kitchen like a dope. I think it's because of the apple (I didn't put in the vanilla sugar, I didn't have it). Thanks for the recipe!

Although the author of the recipe did not recommend it, I baked with fresh cherries at my own peril and risk. The cake turned out to be excellent, tall, very fragrant. The experience was a success. You can repeat. After I took out the seeds, I washed the cherries from the juice, dried them, mixed them with flour and added on a signal. 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil replaced with butter. The cherry taste is just super, it turned out a little not sweet for me. but tea is fine. Of course, this turned out not to be cake, but a super tasty airy pastry with cherries.
