Thin lavash 5-6 sheets

Sunflower oil

Cooking method

  • 1. Rub the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
  • 2. Turn on the oven to warm up for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • 3. Lay out a sheet of pita bread, grease it with sunflower oil (I grease it well with my palm). It is better to take homemade oil, with a smell, with refined oil it turns out not so fragrant.
  • 4. We make grated pumpkin, sprinkle with sugar on top.

  • 5. Roll up the roll loosely and put it on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil.
  • 6. Do the same with the rest of the pita bread sheets.

  • 7. Grease the entire structure on a baking sheet with sunflower oil and send it to bake for half an hour at about 180 degrees. before browning.
  • It can be consumed both hot and cold. Delicious ))

Note

This dish is ideally prepared not with pita bread, but with filo dough.
