I prepared a steak, smeared the meat with a brush with vegetable oil before laying it out.
The bottom plate is perfect, everything sticks to the top.
It's strange.
Even when washing on the bottom plate, it is enough to simply hold it tightly with a sponge several times after a little soaking, and from the top, the fat is not washed off if you do not rub and roll it with your finger. And then, after drying, it is clear that the coating in those places where food adhered (in the middle corrugated part), differ in texture and shine from those places where it did not burn (at the edges). The bottom plate is good - food debris is washed off immediately, the coating remains even over the entire surface.

Later I tried to cook shashlik (on the ribbed bottom) and rösti (on the second smooth bottom). Everything is the same - everything is OK with the bottom panel, the top one sticks.
