Oat flour

Wheat flour 400 g
Water 320 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Sunflower oil 30 g
Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Panifarin 3 tsp

Cooking method

  • A feature of this recipe is its preparation on the rye bread program, since it does not come out on the main one. It peroxides all the time and turns out to be tasty, but not beautiful. It was evident that the last batch before baking was already superfluous. And it turns out just fine.
  • Wheat and oat bread

Mode - rye.

I finally tried to bake this bread without panifarin, though I slightly increased the amount of yeast. The bread is good, only slightly lower.
