Naty777, congratulations, you have such an interesting recipe, let the grill serve for a long time and not upset, I am also happy with Steba (although I have it for a week), and I like that you can buy additional plates. I have a sandwich maker Mulinex, so after less than a year the sandwich maker peeled off, everything sticks, but I can't buy it separately - they don't sell it.
And I'll try your recipe in my waffle iron

I corrected the time and regime. Three is better and less time.
Try it - my husband is not an allergic person, and then he ducked with pleasure)))

Good evening everyone. They are tormented by choosing between 95 and 4.4. Please tell me which way to go ...

Straight, just straight!
I do not presume to advise. I have 4.4, very happy.
Belka13
LisaNeAlisa, I have both. 95th love more.
Olka D
LisaNeAlisa, and Shteby has 2 more contact grills 70 and 56, they are all interesting in their own way. Each has its own zest, I really, really like 95 and when I received it - I was absolutely not disappointed - just a handsome man.
LisaNeAlisa
So I also look at 95, but I'm trying to understand why 4.4 is more expensive
Olka D
95 - assembly China, 4.3, 4.4 - Germany, it seems three years ago, on the contrary, 95 was more expensive. 4.3 has a larger size
Belka13
I like the 95th better. The pallet is large. Flat plate included. It is more square, the handle is higher. And the area like 4.4 is larger.
Totosha
Girls, tell me, please, the better / easier it is to clean the pallet, it is more difficult to clean after a year of use. Happy everyone!

Does the Chinese assembly strongly affect it? We do not have it anywhere, just order ... I would not want a surprise.

try a melamine sponge, I have a similar tray in the oven and I decided to clean it long ago with an oven cleaner (such as Shumanit) and it became covered with dark spots, now covered with foil (so as not to annoy)
Anastasenok
LisaNeAlisa, and what kind of pallet is there? The 56 has a small, deep plastic container. It washes well in the dishwasher
Olka D
oops, I thought it was the pallet that 95 has? So aluminum? No, isn't he?
Totosha
Yes, aluminum
liliya72
A pallet from 95 is perfectly washed in the PMM, if not, you can try with a steam generator.
Totosha
Yes, aluminum

Ceramic in general I do not know how this will lead.
What do you think?
It is better not to mess with ceramics, it can be heated higher than Teflon, but it has a problem - when the temperature drops, it becomes covered with micro cracks. Therefore, after you put a cold steak or frozen cutlet on it 5-10 times, everything will begin to stick to the coating, although it looks perfect and shiny.

Quote: Sedne
Does the FG 56 grill well? Doesn't float? Yes, I'm so for fun
I don't have such a grill. But in the design, just like in the 95, I immediately see a problem - the grill has no slope and where will the fat drain? I faced such a problem on the GF-220, although the slope may be small, but it looks even. Yes, and for such models the maximum temperature is declared 230 in total, of course this is enough, but the question is how quickly the grill heats up to this temperature. the GF220 has an electronic regulator and it heats up for about 10 minutes with a cutlet placed on it. Tefal GC3060 fries the same cutlet perfectly.

I went to see if they fixed the problem with the coating in 4.4 and until I realized, I handed over my grill, I bought the grill because I wanted a flat panel. It is also convenient to fry an egg and heat a toast on it.For breakfast I turned on the grill, laid out bacon, toast bread on a flat surface, broke an egg and breakfast is ready. You can try to make an egg roll, in general, there are many scenarios for using a flat panel. And 4.4 itself is quite heavy and the top cover flattens them a lot when making sandwiches. For waffles, it seems to me that many people once used and forgot.
liusia
I have 56, yes, he does not have a slope, so I substitute a small chopping board with a wooden board, and everything flows into the pallet. Yesterday I grilled chicken wings, but I didn't really like something, I finished it in the airfryer, although the drumsticks turned out to be very tasty. I made trout steaks in a silicone mat for 10 minutes. I liked it, delicious, and not dry. Heats up pretty quickly. But my grill is the first and there is nothing to compare with. I like to dry bread very much.
Olguny @
I read all the pages. But I still can't choose. Twitching between all models (4.4, 95, 56)
Tell experienced users. Initially I wanted pg 4.4, but this horror, which is universal for everyone with plates at such a high cost and German assembly, scares away. After all, it's not a fact that I'm lucky ... but from the rest, the reviews about the upper Pts heavy cover are embarrassing. I want to grill butters and Quesadiah will he crush them? But the main thing, of course, is meat and fish and cutlets and koliuas and chicken. So for meat, and in particular for a perfect steak, beef medium will be enough for fg 56 model and fg 95?
And I don’t have a waffle maker at all, but isn’t it the same if round pancakes with strips instead of squares are fried on grill plates?
In general, if I want to cook and bake everything (pancakes, pancakes, potato pancakes), but the perfect beef steak is important, will fg 56 or fg 95 be enough for me? The fact that pancakes and pancakes will be corrugated in the case of choosing the 56 model does not bother. Does it make sense to overpay for pg 4.4?

And about fat dripping, an important question for me. I didn’t quite understand why in 56 and 95 it didn’t drain into the intended tray? Need to artificially tilt? And as in 4.4 it is carried out, I did not catch it. I read so much about them, my head is already spinning
Belka13
Olguny @, in 4.4, you need to substitute a container for dripping fat. And in '95, the fat flows into the tray. I did not notice any problems during use. The 56th model of the girl was very praised, especially since the price for it is very pleasant.
Olguny @
Thank you, I also remembered 4.4 at the very beginning of the photo with a plate where the fat flows
Masinen
Now the 4.4 grill is equipped with two trays for collecting fat, which are substituted.
Olguny @
It seems to me that it doesn't matter whether there is a plate or a tray) I understand you preferred 4.4 after 95? What are the main advantages and disadvantages for your taste and opinion? Why did you like this model more and fit? And tell me about the smell, nothing gets on the ten and does it not smoke? Does 95 smoke?
liusia
I really like my Stepushka 56. It takes up little space, but everything that is conceived, it does everything for 5+. And he will fry the cutlets, and the fish, and he will dry the bread deliciously, and I think the sandwich will also do well. So I use it. And it’s a pleasure to wash it, I’ll clean it up with a paper towel, and wipe it with a cloth and shine my handsome boy like new. And the fact that you have to lay a board is not critical, our walls are not even, and the floor wants better, maybe there is a slope in the wrong direction. This is how our high-rise buildings are built.
Olguny @
And from beef they fried thick 2-3cm? Like in restaurants they do with blood, without blood. How are they obtained? Enough power?
liusia
I haven't fried beef on my 56 yet.
Uliana
I have Shteba 95 - a wonderful grill, he has no problems with fat dripping into the tray. I wrap the tray itself with foil, just remove and discard it after each use of the grill. The grill heats up quickly enough and the coating is good. Here, however, I did not cook fish on it, but chicken, pork, vegetables (especially zucchini, eggplants, peppers), mushrooms (champignons) are great. I have been using it for over a year, often. Thanks to everyone who shares their impressions and recipes in this thread.
Anastasenok
56 also has no problem with dripping fat.The tray for it is small and deep, it is convenient to wash in the PMM
liusia
If the kitchen area allows, and there is where to attach the grill, then of course 95, and if the area is small, like mine, then 56. Both grills are good. I chose the grill on the condition that I did not have to run around with it like a written sack, not knowing where to attach it.
Olguny @
Thank you, who responded, tell me another 95 smoke or not? 4.4 I understand it does not smoke. Right.

Does 95 smoke or not?
Well he has no hood. I don't smoke
Olguny @
I meant that fat gets through the hole on the plates on the heating element and from this stylish smoke. It seems that not all grills have a lot of smoke.
I ordered on the Internet as many as 3 to choose from staff 4.4 and 95 and rommelbacher kg 2020. Can someone tell me where to look for information on rommelbacher, also a German and registered company, but we have no information at all. Analogous in terms of characteristics and appearance.

I'm afraid to fly with the 4.4 staff, although they promised to check the release date before buying, but I just met a review that the purchase was December 16 and after a week the plates were stuck

Posted on Friday 13 January 2017 12:43 pm

And still no one otaleit, 4.4 strongly flatters sandwiches? Shawarma? Quesadia? Cutlets? I saw in Maria's reviews that you can cook in the raclette mode from minced meat, sausages, but I want to immediately, without turning it over.
Natusya
And why not consider the 70 model Such a grill is great! I have been using it for more than 6 months. 4-5 times a week. I bought additional plates to it, since it was equipped with flat and corrugated plates (I wanted to have 2 corrugated ones). It won't cover anything. Fries perfectly!
Sedne
Olguny @, I would not buy 4.4, the grill is good, it fries just fine, but the plates stick, 95 and 56 have no such problems. And judging by the reviews, all Steba's grills are fried just fine. I myself think a little later to buy myself a 95 or 56, or maybe a Shteba will come out with a display that is so similar to Bork

Spastbo for the response. Personally, I do not consider it only because the body is metal with plastic, I'm afraid that it will start to melt

Sedne, thank you, I would also take a new one and would even wait, but I urgently need to replace the iron that was presented to me on ng, but I don't need it ... that's why I decided to choose the grill promptly. They promised to bring me in a week, to suffer and think, think all week.

So far everything is fine, has not melted. We fry at full power!

Olguny @, in 95 tens are protected from fat, I'm from a tablet - it's inconvenient to insert a photo

Electric grills contact Steba here you can see the grooves under which the ten ... somehow loaded, but it turned out to be a flat plate, but the ribbed one also
Olguny @
Business, Thank you! The Germans came up with a cool idea I tend to this grill, I also like the fact that, unlike other firms, if after years the plates start to deteriorate or you spoil them, then you can buy new ones.
Business
Olguny @, you will definitely not regret it! By the way, I took mine here - from the girls!

And today they brought me the 95th !!! Outwardly very even !! The timer ticks strangely. I have a broken gf150 - he has a timer, like a watch, time has passed - the grill is off. Let's try !!

Good evening) I read everything)) huh) 113 p. I have 95th. I bought it for the first time, it was brought with a defect, which I noticed only in the process of frying. Temperature graduation scale did not match the switch. They did not stand evenly relative to each other. She offered her husband to fix it, he did not dare, it is necessary to unscrew a lot. Ozone (I was stunned how they grew from the times when I sometimes bought books there) changed me without any problems in a couple of days. Super service, really satisfied. I already imagined in paints how they would dynamite me, but no. And call center and couriers. In general, the post is not about ozone))

The grill is fine, all the fat drips into the holes in the tray. This is my first grill, I wanted for a long time, but there is not enough space in the kitchen. Still put it and let it stand there constantly) I cooked pork chops (meat, beaten off already), marinated in oil and spices for grilling. First, I fried it for a couple of minutes at maximum, then reduced the temperature and until cooked. The whole process takes about 12 minutes. Very tasty and juicy. Chicken breasts, marinade the same, but did not beat off the breasts and cut them lengthwise into 2 parts. Delicious. I ate the first day just like that, on the second I used this chicken in shawarma. The shawarma turned out super, delicious. And sausages (ready-made, miratorg). Skinless, boneless chicken thighs turned out well too. I liked everything very much.

I have questions on the merits, I hope you will help me, members of the forum. Question 1: The photo shows the cover fixing on the right side. I do not understand why this pimple, its meaning? It snaps into place and snaps out with a slight effort of the hand. The outermost chrome strip, this is the plate frame, is irrelevant.

2. Do I need to press on the lid while cooking, for a while or not? if so, in what cases.

3. Do cutlets with an overhanging lid? or 90 degrees. And the recipe, whether you need an egg, a roll, etc.)

4. temperature probe (never used. Do we stick it directly into the meat at the beginning? Or pierce it in the middle? And where is it better to stick it?)) And does the grill cover interfere?

I probably forgot to ask something else.
redleafa
Sasiska, congratulations on your purchase!
I have this 4th grill, there are similar pimples on everyone, since there is, it means nada !!!
I would like to push the lid - push, who does not allow?
Cutlets do not fall through the wire rack. But if you put in bread, it's for juiciness, right? Then put on a smooth plate.
I never use a probe.

Added on Tuesday 24 Jan 2017 03:07 PM

And the grill is really good! None of mine has such coverage! Fries well, but delicately! A large pan for draining the fat, if making several tabs is important. Happy
Sasiska
Thank you for your attention) about the cutlets - I asked about the top cover) yes it is gorgeous!)
Masinen
Sasiska, cook cutlets as you like, those are your favorite recipe.
It is better not to press them with a lid, as all the juice will be squeezed out of them. But at the end of cooking, you can lower the lid on them.

This pin, I no longer remember why, I also had such a grill.
The temperature probe must be stuck into the thickness of the meat, those into the thickest place. It is advisable from the very beginning of frying, they stick parallel to the grill plate, then it does not interfere with the lid.
Sasiska
Masinen, Thank you! and at the expense of pressing down tell me? if I want to fry meat (beef tenderloin) do I just need to close the lid or press down and hold for half a minute?
Masinen
Sasiska, no, no need to press down.
Olguny @
Hello everyone! I took the grill today) I suffered for a long time and decided to take 95 anyway. Today I will try pork steaks, thank you all for the advice
