You don't really need to adapt anything, only it's more convenient to use than the old Panasonic. For milk porridges, the sensory program, depending on the amount of cereal and milk, chooses the cooking time itself, here you don't even need to think. I do this to bake muffins, biscuits in this Panasonic - on Baking I set the time to 50 -55 minutes, and then, after the end of the program, I open the valve and set the time to 15-20 minutes. I do this because the baked goods feel a bit damp, and this way I get what I like. Stewing in this Panasonic is rather a slow cooker, but the Soup program replaces the Stewing program in the old one. But I really like the Soup program, I cook almost everything that requires stewing on this mode. I didn't use the Pelmeni program, I cooked it in a pressure cooker, and not so long ago I tried to make dumplings and pasta, I really liked it, I regretted that I hadn't used it before. In short, we cook the same way as in the old one, only we still use new programs.

help please can who already faced. How can you knock down a previously installed program in this model? I have already sent a request to the Panasonic support service, some "specialist" advised me to press the "STOP" button twice, then press "SELECT MENU". But in this model there is no "STOP" button, that's the sadness ...

There is a button "OFF" only on turning off the "PREHEATING", nothing more ... I think maybe you need a combination of some kind of buttons to completely cut out the previously selected program?

Yes? I tried it anyway, maybe I didn’t hold the time, I’ll try again tomorrow. Anyway, thanks a lot!

Natalya, looked at the first page - the Panasiks have a button - the top is heated, and the bottom is off. - and there is such a functional button, with which I remove any installed program, that is, act as a STOP button, and also turn on the HEATING, pressing it again, if I need it ...
for example: I put the baking for 40 minutes, and I need 20 (so as not to flip the right time several times) for frying, so 20 minutes remain on the display and I press this button - that's it, I turned off the baking program, but I need to make the frying , while I cut the potatoes into soup, so I press this button again and my eye turns on there and the cartoon keeps heating the fry ... then I put everything in a saucepan, refilled the videos from the hot pot and pressed this button again to turn it off. .. I dropped the heating, and then I set the program that I need ... for the soup - stewing ...

I will be glad if my explanation helped you

Hello everyone. I bought this multicooker for my wife on January 13 for the old new year in M. Video for 9000 rubles. And today I went to the site M. Video, and its price is 6500 rubles. This is what I got for 2500 rubles. Well, I had a discount for 1500 previous purchases. The multicooker is our first, so far I like it. True, I am not from St. Petersburg, a little further down. I bought regular yogurt in my city, without sweeteners, thickeners, fruits. A very small jar (it costs 9 rubles for us) I put it in milk, we call it "Selected" with a fat content of 4-6%. food with a capacity of 250 gr., covered with cling film and put in the multicooker bowl. At the bottom, as the experienced ones advised, I put a rag, carefully filled it with water so that the jars were up to the shoulders. I chose the "multi-cook" mode, the temperature is 40 degrees and for 8 hours. By the way, I didn't heat the water, I poured it cold. I barely waited until 8 hours had passed. The yoghurt is thick! The jar could be turned upside down, such a thick yogurt turned out. I barely mixed it when the jam added a little sugar. Next time I want to try dry sourdough and reduce the time.

The guys turned up a cartoon without a valve. Is it realistic to check her operability at home, because the valve can be expected only in March. And if suddenly something is wrong with her, this valve will just roll around like that. I would be grateful for your answer.
Nev @
NatayaStav, Thank you. I know about simple yogurt, but they write that it is without useful prebiotics. But I already bought Narine, until I tried it, I'm going to order Evitalia.
Girls, I'm not overjoyed at the new cartoon. True, life is now such that there is no time to cook at all. I only make my favorite milk porridge for the morning. But the porridge is amazing, it seems to me that it is better than in the old Panasonic 18. I am very pleased that I chose this cartoon, I chose it for 3 weeks.

lovechek, and what cannot be changed? In general, without a valve, you can check the frying, usually when frying I don't close the lid at all, and it seems like somewhere someone was making yogurt without a valve. Yes, I would have tried to cook the porridge, although I don't know what will happen.

I ask the owners of this multicooker to share their impressions of the preparation of milk porridge. Don't run away? Tasty? Especially valuable is the opinion of those who had the old Panasonic, is there a difference?
vis
Well, and I became the owner of this multi. Thanks to everyone who led me to buy Panasonic and this particular model.
First impressions are very good. Compact, neat.
So far I've only cooked rice milk porridge and zebra.
Rice porridge was cooked in milk without adding water, 1 cubic meter of rice + a liter of milk. It turned out great, in the 37501 brand I did not get such a mess.
Zebra cake was baked for 50 minutes, everything is also good.

The bowl is nice, but still, in my opinion, the coating is slightly worse than that of the brand. Both the porridge and the cake left marks on the coating, soaked it for several minutes, after which everything was easily washed. In 37501 (now phillips have such bowls, daikin cover) nothing sticks to the bowl at all, I don't grease it even when baking.
In terms of weight, a little lighter in Panasonic. But the cup is good, I like it.

Yes, there was also a terrible smell, according to my feelings from the bowl and the inner coating multi. I washed everything, it doesn't seem to smell right now.
Maybe some kind of lubricant.
The prepared dishes had no foreign odors.

The price for it is now 3990 in m-video, media market and ozone. I had points in ozone, it cost a little more than 3000, for such a price you can take two.
Despite the fact that two weeks ago it cost 6500 in all these stores.

The model is slow and underestimated. There are many negative reviews on the Yandex market, I think the intrigues of competitors. They were afraid that the Panasonic "woke up" and began to produce new models.

Well, it's only better for us, the price of 10,000 for this cartoon at the start of sales is, of course, too high.

Now I'm waiting for additional bowls, I hope they will appear on sale.
vis
Today I cooked oatmeal milk porridge. In milk without adding water. The porridge is wonderful! Very tasty! I didn't try to run away, I didn't stick to the pan.
No comparison with Brand.
Girls, thanks a lot! RepeShock, Moonlight, Stafa, Nev @. I now understand why the owners of Panasonic dearly love their multicooker, despite some of their flaws. Apparently, the firm is serious about testing and working out modes.
I needed a cartoon primarily for milk cereals, I'm very happy!

In this "thread" somewhere in the beginning they wrote what they were doing. But - as far as I remember - it was also noted there that it is more convenient after all in jars: so as not to shift it later. I personally did it in jars: it's really very convenient. I specially bought ordinary narrow jars with 250 ml twist lids. There are exactly 5 of them in the pan. A silicone stand or a cloth on the bottom, jars of fermented milk and warm (comfortable temperature for a bath, since I also don't dabble with a thermometer) water directly into the pan - to the level of milk in the jars. And all business

The point is ... I will do all these manipulations, my son eats at least 3 jars at a time, he will not be very happy that I had to tinker)) And I immediately wash it, pour it again ... So somehow I need liters))) I am now yogurt I make it in Redmond RMC-01, there is a 2-liter bowl, the yogurt is smaller, I have to re-ferment it, I don't have this function in large cartoons, so I'm thinking about buying it, the price for it in M-Video is now good.

Good day!

First of all, many thanks to everyone who shares their experience here. With your help, I made my choice.
I also got myself an assistant. I hope that I will make friends with her or agree :-) This is my first slow cooker. I read this thread several times.

I decided to start with yogurt. Did not work out. I do not despair and really hope for a collective experience.
Manna has already discussed a similar question above:

Quote: Manna

JulitWhat starter do you use? 42 ° С - not overheating yet, but already the limit. The point is - more even heating inside the jars. In the case of a dry napkin, the bottom heats up more than the middle and top.

So, here I bought Evitalia. I boiled 2 liters of "Tender Age" milk (this is milk for baby food). Has cooled to 40 degrees (specially measured). She put a linen napkin in the MV. In a separate container, she stirred the starter culture in milk, poured it into three cans of 700 ml each. These three jars fit wonderfully into the bowl. She poured water up to the shoulders of cans at the level of milk. I closed the MV lid. I set the "multi-cook" mode to 40 degrees and 6 hours.

After 6 hours, the MV switched off. I opened the lid - the jars are hot, tolerable for fingers, but not lukewarm, but hot. I took a thermometer: the water in the bowl is 45 degrees. The contents of the cans have not changed. Liquid milk.

The husband believes that this is the permissible error of the heating device. And for the leaven + the extra 3 degrees turned out to be fatal.
What to do?

Maybe not leave for all 6 hours, but only 30-40 minutes, and then turn it off so that they stand like in a thermos?

And more questions, can I?
1. In what cases should you not open the MB cover when the mode is on?
2. did not find an opinion what is "express" mode?
3. I was sold CF without a recipe book. Can I see it somewhere? Maybe it will be easier for me to understand the options for using the modes.

Thank you all very much

What to do?

Tanya-Fanya, I had the same garbage when yoghurt was fermented for not long enough. The most important thing here is to maintain the correct time (they usually write in the starter boxes how much they need; I use Good food starter cultures, there are different times for different yoghurts: from 8 to 12 hours. At 12 hours - not very convenient, because Because the cartoon agrees to set only 8 hours. Therefore, you wait for the "peak" and put it on for another 4 hours. Maybe the leaven was stored incorrectly (in the same store - before the sale). Do not despair, everything will definitely work out!

Quote: Tanya-Fanya
And more questions, can I?
- I will share my own experience:

1. I opened in any mode. Out of pure curiosity. In my opinion, this did not affect the quality of cooking.
2. I don't use the express train. It is for quick frying, for example.
3. The book will not be useful to you: it is poor, for a dozen recipes. And in principle, it is not needed: there are so many amazing recipes in this "thread" and in general on the Internet! And even with step by step pictures! You can cook any perversion!
Tanya-Fanya
Lotos N, thank you very much for your quick reply.

Did you have hot cans too? It is the temperature that bothers me, it seems to me that this is overheating of the culture, which is why I cited Manna's quote.
Thank you for your comfort. I'm going to buy another leaven. If we are "from the same sandbox", then I should be able to
Lotos N

Did you have hot cans too?

Well, the temperature also surprised me a little: as I wrote above, I don’t pervert with a thermometer, I measure it exclusively for comfort with my finger))) But taking out the cans from the multi, I still felt a slight increase in temperature. By the way, if you overexpose yogurt (and this happened to me when I did not hear the "peak" and disassembled all this economy a couple of hours after the allotted time), it will be tougher and sour. They ate, of course, do not throw it away, but it was not tasty

I think you can make yogurt in a bowl. What's the difference in which CF to do it. The main thing is to choose the temperature regime. And for the first time, start with at least 1 liter of milk, see what happens, adjust the time, the amount of sourdough, etc. If it does not work out well, as a last resort, make a dough even for pancakes, at least for bread.
And in the old Panasonic we did it on Podogrev, there the pace. high for yogurt (60-70 degrees), they just warmed up and turned off, because the temperature inside the MV lasts for a long time, it was enough to make yogurt. These are then the producers of CF, for the consumers of the Russian market they began to make the Yogurt regime.

Have you read the instructions carefully? Evitalia takes 12 hours to prepare.
This can be re-fermented from ready-made yogurt in 6 hours.
Tanya-Fanya
RepeShock, thanks!
I read more carefully here than there (in the instructions)

Here's the mistake. I did not contain the "uterine starter culture". Exactly 2 times! Instead of 12 hours she kept only 6. Therefore, the milk did not thicken a drop in the jars.

Thank you very much for analyzing my mistakes.
It immediately became more fun.

Good day!

I prepared barley with vegetables. Fried zucchini + carrots + onions + bell pepper and covered with pearl barley soaked overnight, poured water in the ratio of 2 measuring cups of cereal + 3 measuring glasses of water (according to the table from the instructions). Buckwheat mode. After the ready signal, I opened the lid.
We tasted it. It turned out a wonderful crumbly pearl barley, like pearls Beautiful blotches of red pepper, green zucchini, orange carrots The colors became brighter, like after a double boiler. Vegetables steamed after frying, became even tastier.
Now questions, can you

1. Condensation poured from the lid onto the wall of the MV. Should he be going somewhere? started wiping it ...
2. I read that it is necessary to remove the steam valve and rinse it, but somewhere else there is a moisture collector, it also needs care. Or is it only for those MVs that have it on top and removable?

Thank you!
Lotos N
Quote: Tanya-Fania
Now questions, can you

1. Yeah, condensate collects and flows)))) Wipe it with a cloth and do not bother

2. The cover is removed, the steam valve can also be removed if necessary. Probably someone does this every time. I took it off only once - when it was too much, sorry, for ... I got dirty. And so - it is quite enough to remove the inner lid "with horns", rinse, dry and insert into place.

Tanya-Fanya
Thanks, Lotos N
Hurrah! It turned out, it turned out Great yogurt

Too early I ran here to complain, because the absolutely liquid milk contents of the cans that seemed to me at first glance after 6 hours in the CF and 5 hours in the refrigerator, after standing for a total of 24 hours in the refrigerator, turned out to be a wonderful thick yogurt! My first experience with a multicooker turned out to be successful.

I was terribly upset at first. Yogurt is not fermented, so what? Of course, there is only one conclusion: I chose the wrong multicooker, scolded myself, it was necessary to choose specifically with the "yogurt" mode. It is important for me that fresh yoghurt is always ready for the child. In winter, she “wasted in manual mode”, wrapping up the jars and applying them to a warm radiator at night, creating greenhouse conditions for the leaven, but in summer, alas, it didn’t work.

But that's not all. My second experiment with making a working starter culture from Evitalia turned out to be even more successful. The working starter culture was ready in MV not in 6, but in 4.5 hours! (we give a five-year plan in three years) I looked into a miracle pot, and in the jar it stands, a wonderful thick mass does not move.

Thanks to everyone who shared here and continues to share their experience, who helps newbies (like me).

Now I can say with confidence that "Pani-Sonya" rule

I never cease to wonder to myself why for so many years I have provided myself with such pleasure as a slow cooker. Time after work has been freed up noticeably. My next delight and gratitude to everyone who shared their experience.

My miracle slow cooker cooked a wonderful pickle, without my much involvement.
In the evening after work, I put pieces of veal (medium size), washed (not soaked beforehand) barley, grated carrots, chopped onions, chopped cucumbers and pickle, cubed potatoes, spices in a pot at the same time and poured hot water from a kettle. "Quenching" 1.5 hours. Turned it off. Did not leave on heating.

Early in the morning, there was a delicious pickle in the pot, despite the fact that no components of any preparatory procedures, such as frying, stewing, and sautéing, passed. So on top of that, the soup was still hot enough!
It's fantastic I put it all together, and the exit is a miracle soup

There was a similar story with borscht.

By the way, there are no problems with yoghurts, pah, pah, pah. I have adapted to cook with store-bought baby milk. Having made sure that the MV keeps warm well from evening to early morning, in the evening I put three 0.7 ml cans on a "multi-cook" 40 g for 2 hours. I turn off and in the morning "voila" I take one can of a wonderful drink to work, the other two are insisted until evening in the refrigerator.
Children are happy to eat "evening fruit salad": I cut fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, pears, tangerines from what is available) and pour yogurt mixed with vanilla and powdered sugar

And why have I denied myself this pleasure for so long ...

Hello, dear members of the forum! I have been reading the forum for a long time, since the time of the first multi, Panas 10. And then I decided to update the cartoon at a nice price 3990, well, at the price, and according to reviews, and for my love for Panas, choose this model. At first, my husband and I were worried whether it would fit on the table instead of 10k, we don't have much space. As a result, it took up even less space than the old one. Beautiful in design, a little unusual, but it's a matter of time :)
I immediately climbed to read what is the difference between such modes as baking, frying, express. I realized that nothing is clear and it will be necessary to reach by typing). I tried my favorite recipe on Frying, which I used to make on baking for 20 + 20 minutes. Turkey in yoghurt sauce with spices: I cut the turkey fillet into small pieces, make a sauce from the usual activa, lemon juice, garlic, spices, herbs. And I put everything in the cartoon. On frying I did 15 m + 20 m. A more roasted turkey came out than before, even my husband appreciated, before he did not like pale and with juice. All the liquid has evaporated, but the meat is soft inside. I will continue to experiment on other modes :)

solli
To interfere I did this at 10, set it for 20 minutes, came in, and again set it for 20 minutes. If you do 40 at once, then you can forget to interfere. And this is clearly a lot, and even 15 + 20 is a lot ... I would probably just put it on 25 and interfere a couple of times.
At 10th my fillet remained with the sauce, but here not a drop of liquid remained

girls, owners of this model, help me make a choice. I decided to buy it today, but this model was not in the store, and the consultant in the Media Market said that the model was allegedly not in demand, "morally obsolete" and they were not buying it. What is its backwardness manifested in?
Galin
I stopped following the innovations in the multicooker market. I am quite satisfied, I do not agree that it is morally outdated. Not everyone needs sophisticated machines, many are quite satisfied with the functions that this model performs. Now there are multicooker, of course, with a much larger number of programs, which is possibly more convenient, but simple ones continue to be produced, especially since in our MV you can cook everything the same as in the heaped one. I think that such MBs are also on sale, perhaps they are available in other stores. This model suits me perfectly, and it cooks, and fries, and stews, and bakes, and bakes, it does everything with high quality and tasty.
