Tanya-Fanya, Tanya! And if you cook "long" dishes in this Panasik, the display won't fog up? Well, for example, broth, jellied meat ...
Tanya-Fanya
Olya, for example, is very active in boiling soup (well, she has set an active mode), steam comes down, and you opened the lid "out of great curiosity." But this strip is on top of the display, you can wipe it with a napkin, but I don't touch it at all. I closed the lid and the strip evaporated by itself. There is no fog inside.

Yesterday I cooked barley soup without meat in the "soup" mode, without any soaking. It was ready in 1.5 hours. The soup gently gurgled and shuddered. No steam!

Yesterday HERE we talked about Toshiba and this Panasonic mhs 181.
In Toshiba, a slight heating is provided in the lid and they write that there is no condensation at all. This morning, before work, I poured the soup into a saucepan to put it in the refrigerator, and I thought that I should write you about the condensation. Forgot (oh eclair you are my eclair) I cooked soup in the night. He turned off at one in the morning. By 8 am in the morning, there is a lot of condensation on the removable lid. There is no removable container for collecting condensate. But there is a decent groove in which everything gathers. Nothing overflows anywhere, everything is fine! This condensation does not bother me. By the way, Fillet 3060 is similarly done. First, I quickly remove the inner lid, then I take out the bowl of soup. But overnight, the soup was infused perfectly. It keeps warm, like a thermos.

When baking, there is very little condensation, because it does not stand for a long time and does not infuse.

I read it again I probably did not write about you above
The broth is cooked for a long time, so it is cooked slowly and gently, there is no steam !!!! Not at all! Therefore, nothing will fog up!

steam drifts along the open lid and gets a little on the display in the form of a fogged strip. But this strip on top of the display
Well, that's not critical, I think. From above, you can wipe it off quickly.

This is also not news to me: in all cartoons, when they turn off and stand with a ready-made dish, a decent amount of condensation forms.

But this is very good: I do not like drip pans, and not every multicooker has a deep groove in the body to collect moisture.
In short, I ordered it. I don’t know what happens - the store is new for me and somehow not entirely clear. In general, I'm waiting
Tanyusha, thank you again for the detailed answers. If I remember something else that interests me, I will ask

Tanya, are you from Voronezh? From the city itself or from the region?

Tanya-Fanya
Girls!

Happy Spring everyone! Happy March 8th!
I wish everyone a spring sunny joyful mood!

Well, as they say, "who's talking about what ...", and I'm talking about your favorite cartoon. Once we celebrate March 8, it means summer is ahead So there is even more talk about the cartoon on the trip.
The past 4 holidays we spent with our family at the tourist center, and our beloved Pani Sonya mhs 181 fed us. This time I planned the menu using the experience of girls from the theme of the 10th Panasonic. Irochka-RepeShok and Irochka-vernisag I send big and huge
They taught on that page 79 topic cool ideas for making "duets".
My 181 Pani Sonia did a great job.
one.Stewed chicken below - rice on top.
2. Stewed veal below - vegetables on top for vinaigrette.
3. Boiled vegetable soup at the bottom, on top - slices of potatoes for garnish and chicken cutlets.

Potatoes (slices and a little water, like for macaros) - below, marinated chicken fillets - above - on the touch "Buckwheat" - super! According to this principle, now I have deferred breakfasts and dinners.
While on "buckwheat" Pani Sonya was preparing dinner - "duet" we rode bicycles through the forest, we went for snowdrops.

Tanyusha, to your health!

I don’t know how much this cartoon costs, but on TV the advertisement was carried away that it is now 3990 in the M-video.
ikom
Well, again, you need to suffer, you don't need to))) There seems to be no place, but you want Panasik for that kind of money

It costs one and a half times (or even two) more in other stores. It is a pity that I did not wait for the discounts in the M-video and have already ordered. So now I can’t wait - either the holidays, or their car broke down ...
Sedne
Oh, well, I don't need her, I don't need her. It's true?
Rituslya
Quote: Sedne

nope.
At this price, you definitely need it.
I would certainly go to buy, but there is still something to do.
Olik, and paid already, right?

Yeah ... Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow must be delivered
Sedne
Damn, how difficult it is to resist I liked the baby Panasik, but the cartoons are the same, why do I need her.
Stafa
And I've been looking at this cartoon since the release, it's good for everyone, except for the volume - the bowl is just a bucket, but I don't see the edges.
Sedne
And the baking in it is good, as in the baby?
Tanya-Fanya

To be honest, I was a little disappointed in the 10th Panasonic (is he meant by the baby?). They bought it for a friend, but compared to mhs181, it's not very good.
The quality of the baked goods at mhs181 is excellent! Only the maximum time is set for 65 minutes, so for a biscuit for 5 eggs you have to add another 15 minutes, and if a biscuit with apples, then 20-25 minutes, then we also leave it on heating. A little higher, I showed Olenka-Biryusa old photos of Babischschi Rum, baked in mhs181.

With your chic "multipark", it is really worth considering whether you need it

Yeah, a small plastic bucket is 5 liters :-)
Until I started preparing "duets" in two floors, the bowl was too big for me for three. Now, on the contrary, it pleases :-)

Why is it worse? Which is better in 181?
Tanya-Fanya
In the 10th volume, it is not possible to cook milk porridge on a delay (for the morning). As soon as not experimenting. Either soup or boiled.
In mhs181, long-boiled oatmeal turns out like "in kindergarten", it stretches, the cereal is swollen, but not sprawled, it clicks pleasantly.
My pilaf at 181 is better than hers at 10.
Stafa
My sister and I have the same 10 panas, but my food tastes better than hers. My sister can see the left panas, and not that she does not know how to cook.
Sedne
Svetlana, Of course left, but what about
ikom
And I bought From the moment of release I was staring at it, but at that time there was already a freshly bought TMJ-181. In the store, the bowl was confused, it seemed smaller in diameter than in my panasik, it turned out to be an optical illusion))

Surprised, there is a smell. Strong from silicone and weaker from outside of bowl. I washed it, just boiled water, ventilate it.
Biryusa
And I finally got it! Just brought home
So pretty And the quality is super! Both the plastic and the bowl.Today there are a lot of people in the house; tomorrow I will stay alone and try it

Girls, congratulations !!!!
So I envy you, I don't want anything myself)))) I'm just sick
Tanya-Fanya
And I join in congratulations!
Inga, Olga! So that Pani Sonia works for you, and you only gave instructions from the sofa

Oh, and I congratulate myself, my company has arrived

ikom-Ingaand I'm wondering where does your multi smell come from?

Biryusa-Olenka, please go and smell yours.
Mine didn't smell .... I didn't even give her a "lemon compote", as I remember now
I was going to take a gift for a friend

Irin, I had a period of several months in the fall - well, I didn't want anything at all, not even small things. And then how flooded, how flooded ... Now I'm thinking how to stop. I have already promised myself that after this Panasa will take time out

Already, my dear I sniffed everything
The packing box itself smelled very strongly, and so clearly, frankly, gasoline (apparently, it stank in the delivery van). It's good that everything on top was wrapped in several layers of film. And the cartoon itself - no, no. I even turned it on for a few minutes to check - there is no chemical smell at all.
While poking at the buttons, I did not quite understand - but how to change the temperature on a multi-cooker? Over time, it is clear. You should probably go and read the instructions with at least one eye

Oh, thank you, Olenka, you are a real friend! And then I was already worried!

The temperature on the "multi-cook" is selected by a separate "temp" button (it seems)
First select the multi-cook mode, then select the temperature.

You are Flint, just for the sake of your promise not to stop coming here to the forum!

Olenka, apparently especially for you.
Just don’t understand what exactly you grabbed onto “Multipovar”? I said that there is only a certain temperature: 40, 70, 100 and 130 (this is from memory).

Yes, I'm not only for him, I started to grab all the buttons at once - just to check the performance. I even tried to turn on the Heating - only the side walls inside the case are heated. It's good
The condensate drain, of course, surprised with its miniature size
But on the other hand, we were pleased with the removable lid and the upper lining of the case - both made of stainless steel. Looks stylish.

And I even took it without a discount (though in another store, not in M-Video, for 4.9 tons).
Heck! I went to that store, and there my Panas costs only 3980 rubles today!

Well, okay But I already have it

- I do not like, Vasya, that you go to my wife.
- You, Petrovs, do not understand: one - like it, the other - not like it.

For the removable cover, I "buzzed", it is here with a silicone ring. He took it off, fed her with lemon and the smells were gone.
Not like in Fillet: the lid is removed, and the ring continues to "smell".

Well, for that kind of money, there is also an aesthetic pleasure - cladding
The only thing left is for you to like the way this pot cooks, otherwise "I won't blow my head away"
Rituslya
Tomorrow I'll go to the M-video too. I'll twist my nose.
I think we need to sell something. Poked, poked, but there was nothing to sell. It's all a pity.
So you have to go and buy something to have something to sell.

And I still say it now. But a groove ... could have made around the entire bowl, with sides. And then some kind of small cuvette near the lid. But since you, Tanya, say that there is not an intensive formation of condensation, then maybe this will be enough. But into the housing on the heating element and nothing will flow under it.

Outwardly - yes. It is necessary to bake something in it to understand completely. But I, in fact, did not doubt the quality of Panasonic.
It seemed to me that the coverage is completely different, not like in a small "ten"?
Tanya-Fanya
Yes, Olya, another cover. I looked in the instructions for a description of the coating - I could not find it. And in this thread on 1 page it says "diamond fluoride". Sounds tempting, but in essence? the same teflon?
I like that the bowl is sooo thick, keeps warm well.

Well, stop writing, just wasting your time. I would already have cooked something quick

Rita, Tatyana, Thank you, girls, I hope you will please the cartoon)) I have vowed until I sell something, I will not buy anything Especially since I bought DD2 not so long ago, I haven’t really got into it yet ...

The smell, probably, the silicone from the packaging has collected, after a couple of cookings it will pass, I think.

So far I put it next to Stadler for 4 liters, so Panasik looks smaller, and it has 5

Good evening everyone! Will definitely please! I also bought mine at M Video for a stock last year. I am very pleased, I like the coating, tttttt .., nothing stuck .... I was a little upset that the delayed start was not on all programs, I was not aware that I wanted to extinguish the mode. But nothing, we will survive this trouble. I constantly cook porridge in the morning, the timer is very convenient. I didn’t dare to put it on a postponement, it was the case that the ring fell off, I specially bought it.
In general, in my current life, I consider it a good buy, now one trip to the supermarket for groceries is so worth it. And that, ate and that's it. And she stands and makes me happy, works, helps ..
Tanya-Fanya
S * lena, here read (these "lessons" in more detail on page 25) - there are no problems with "extinguishing" on a delay.
Galin, thanks for the experience

Quote: Galin

... On a delayed start, in addition to the listed programs, m. B. braising is still needed, but in Panasonic this program does not have much to cook, because it is more like a slow cooker mode. Everything else on the Soup program, i.e. cabbage rolls, meatballs, bell peppers, goulash, beef stroganoff, etc., you can also cook them on the Porridge mode. For baby food, it is very good to stew on the Porridge program, especially in sour cream, the meat is very tender, just for a child, soaked in creamy sauce, and there is a delay on this program.

Quote: Galin

There are no separate recipes as such. It was me on the old Panasonic who logically conjectured that Stewing and Porridge modes are almost the same, since the cooking temperature is up to 90 degrees, only in the Porridge mode the liquid is absorbed, which makes the dish more tasty. I began to do this and really, in this mode, it is more delicious to cook all these stuffed cabbage rolls, meatballs, etc. The same chicken, fry and then smear with sour cream on the Porridge mode, well, it turns out very juicy and tender, because this is a sensory program and there is not very much liquid, then in this mode the dish is cooked very quickly.
Cook everything as usual, only choose the Porridge mode.
