I wonder how the quality could please you. if you haven't used it and it is little known? Is this such a hidden forward-thinking advertisement for a new brand?

I put it wrong - not quality, but functionality. What kind of advertising are you talking about? I just asked who had heard what about these MVs.
Completely confused, which MV to choose now

andry, here many models are discussing, you will find something to your taste
And marriage can get caught everywhere.
For example, I am very unhappy with the models (I will not voice them), which many on the forum really like. That also happens. And, accordingly, there was a certain negative opinion about the manufacturer, like yours about Panasonic (with which I have many years of love without claims)
andry
Raspberries, despite my unsuccessful experience with this CF model, love for Panasonic continues)) I love my HB, for a year now she makes me happy every day, thanks to Panasonic) And in this CF I really liked the multi-cook mode, I cooked delicious yoghurts on it, others the models do not have a multi-cook and the preparation of yogurt in them becomes more complicated, too many problems are obtained. I don't even know what to do. Can I buy the same model again?))

mmm ... a tough choice
like Redmond has models with similar modes, maybe only with a different name, I have been looking closely at this company lately .... a multi-cook is, after all, the ability to choose the temperature and cooking time.

Same. I also looked closely at Redmond for a long time. I bought it and did not regret it)

This is what true love for Panasonic does))) I studied the multicooker market for several days and did not find any alternative for myself. I decided to give my MV one more chance, one of these days I will take it to the service, especially since the second repair is also free. Let him live!

I think they are unlikely to take it from me, offered (by phone) to repair it again. I'll be lucky, of course, I'll raise this question.
Roza_Irina
And for the protection of consumer rights, there is no such thing that if it breaks down several times in a row, the product must be replaced with a new one? In Ukraine, this is practiced, but if it breaks 3 times in a year. And the service centers are very tricky. My neighbor was running around with HP (not Panasonic), so they did not want to put stamps on her about the repair, motivating that they were just doing its adjustment. And she brought it home, the first bread is normal, and then again it does not work. All the same, she broke down with her before exchanging for a new one.

This is not a technically complex product and therefore you have the right to refuse a poor-quality item. Just write a claim to the seller and demand termination of the sales contract. And then they will repair you to carrot shit.

12. Refrigerators, freezers, washing machines and dishwashers, coffee machines, electric and combined cookers, electric and combined ovens, air conditioners, electric water heaters with an electric motor and (or) microprocessor automation
Which of this list can include a multicooker?
julia_bb
Electric water heater with microprocessor automation.
What does a microwave or multicooker essentially do? Increases the temperature of the water contained in food (or water in a special container) for cooking food.
How is the multicooker controlled? by means of a microprocessor ...

This is an electric pan and is not on the list. And to interpret it in such a way is that you are probably selling them.

And if there is baked goods, is it no longer a water heater, but a flour boiling point?

Then I don't know, it's like phones with a touch screen, they are not on the list, but they are considered a technically difficult product

Andry, what did you do with your Panas in the end?
In the end, I did not go to the service center, there was absolutely no time, but went to Mvideo, where I bought MV, fortunately, within walking distance from home. Since I do not have any acts on my hands, etc. about the previous repair of MV (then Panasonic (on Shabalovka) told me - due to the fact that there is no store seal in the warranty card and that there is nothing for them it means that they are not obliged to give me any acts on the work done ... well, at least the repair was free, thank God), I presented a cashier's receipt in the store, they started rolling barrels to Panasonic, such as their cashier's receipt and there is the document on which they carry warranty repair, they said that Panasonic had violated its obligations, because warranty repairs cannot last more than 40 days, and it lasted exactly 2 months for me, so they did not give me any certificates and did not put a mark on the repair in the coupon. As a result, the store sent a letter to Panasonic with a request to send them a scanned copy of the certificate that they replaced there during the repair. If everything turns out as I told them (about replacing the temperature sensor, board), then the store will consider my issue of refunding money for MB. Still, then it cost almost 10 pieces ((In short, now I'm waiting for Panasonic to answer Mvideo. Let's see how it ends. There is no desire to buy a new MV yet) I took out my favorite zepter from the closet and cook in it with pleasure.

Hello, please, tell me, what is the diameter of the bowl of this multicooker?

And yet, I wonder what the minimum volume of water / milk can be poured there in order to cook porridge for a child in the morning? The instructions say that in it you need to cook 1 measuring cup of cereal with 6 measuring cups of milk, and this is about a liter of milk .. It seems to me that it turns out from a liter of milk. a lot of porridge, I don't need so much)) tell me, if someone cooks smaller amounts of porridge, does the electronics work correctly? Are the porridge good made from little water / milk?

I really hope for an answer))
andry
Hello everyone! For a month now I've been running around with my broken MV. To date, the results are as follows: MVideo will agree to return the money to me if Panasonic takes CF for examination and if it turns out that the cause of the breakdown is similar to the previous one. On Saturday I took her to the Panasonic service center, I'm waiting for the results.
Stafa
Fuck, and they wrote a claim? I, if anything, usually go with a claim. And the biggest - for 21 days I was fiddled with money back. Some kind of strange mvideo you have there. According to the law, they were given 21 days for examination.
andry
As a matter of fact, I myself am to blame, during the purchase I did not control that they put a stamp in the warranty card, because of this, later, at the first breakdown, legal problems arose. Next time I'll be a scientist. I have been getting my expertise since Saturday, that is, from the moment of delivery to the service. And then according to the results. I don’t know to whom specifically. The store throws everything on Panas, that they did not give an act of first repair, and they, in turn, blame everything on the store, that they did not put a seal, because of this they are not obliged to give any act. In short, now the seal has been set, the service is conducting an examination, I am waiting for the result - an act. I wrote a written refusal to repair, which was again offered to me.
Stafa
The claim is written to the store on the day of contact in 2 copies, one is left to you with a note of acceptance. How to write - I take a sample on the OSPP website. But I have never applied to the services either, I always solve everything through the store, it’s easier for me so that they solve these problems, and not about the printed mosch.
julia_bb
As for printing in the warranty card, I won't say for sure, but the sellers told me several times that this is not necessary, the main thing is that there is a purchase receipt and the warranty card itself. I don’t know how true this is.
andry
Well, that ended my story with the multicooker .. finally !!!))) Panasonic gave me a certificate of technical condition, they wrote that repeated repairs are not shown, since there is a factory defect. I took this act together with MV to Mvideo, they accepted everything and made me a refund))) Now I’m thinking about what to spend these 9990 rubles on;)
Stafa
The new one is the same. If you like it. If the soul does not lie with her, then the choice will be difficult.

Andrey, you are just lucky! Buy the same. A shell two times in one funnel .... The chance that you will run into remarriage is now the smallest of all buyers according to the theory of probability. This time.
And secondly, you got back 10,000, and now the same MV costs 7,000 each. I don’t know about you, but in our region M-video is the most expensive store, people just fall for bonuses for future purchases. Buy and wash 3,000 well so that it works for a long time.

Thank you! Here I am, when yesterday I was moving away from the counter on which my lonely, already ex, stood, MV thought ... why not buy the same one again)) she brought so many joyful moments after all)) After all, she is good, an infection, though I drank blood)))

First impressions of CF. She stewed beef with onions, first fryed the onions in the express mode, added meat, then spices and added some water (I won't do it next time). It took about 15 minutes to fry. Then she turned on the stewing mode for 1 hour. The meat turned out to be very soft.
Cooked buckwheat: 2 ms of cereal for 3.5 ms of hot water. Cooked in 39 minutes. Loose and tasty.
Made yoghurt with Vivo sourdough 1 liter of milk 3.5% for 8 hours 40 degrees. Delicious non-acidic received

Are the additional bowls already on sale? I can't find something anywhere in i-shops.
Roza_Irina
It seems that there are no bowls yet. And what has already gone bad for someone? Or are you just interested in the convenience of two?
igorechek
For convenience, of course. And just in case ...
I think that for any CF one should always have at least 2 bowls, even if there is not one CF in the house. My old MV Panasonic has 3 bowls (though one will now go into "consumption" - it is frayed), Shteba has 1 steel and 2 Teflon ... Very convenient - no need to transfer from one dish to another.
Roza_Irina
Igor, I very much agree with you. I have spare bowls for cuckoo, staff, burning and brand with non-stick and stainless steel. I dream of a stainless steel for a Panasonic. Some soups are liked in a multicooker version, and due to the lack of a stainless steel bowl, they are too lazy to pour into a saucepan. But I am from Ukraine and we have such a girl on the forum, Polina, who helps to pick up the cups, the cup was found, I'm waiting for the receipt. So I hope that I will also "dress" Panasonic in stainless steel.

I have a question for baking connoisseurs. I really want a honey cake. According to the recipe that I always baked in the previous model in Panasonic, it turned out to be very high and even. But the pastries there are longer and more delicate, so I guess. And this cake has already passed the 3rd attempt and the middle fails. This Panasonic does not want to deal with him. I would have a proven recipe in this particular model.

Hello everybody! I joined the community: I bought myself this multicooker From the first experiences:

1. First, cooked pork tenderloin with a whole piece with potatoes (whole). I tried to do as I usually did in a cauldron: first, I fried the meat on the Multipovar at 130 degrees (without oil, dry; I previously marinated it with spices in a marinator), then I added coarsely chopped onions and carrots there, changed the mode to "stewing" and left for an hour. An hour later, the meat was already looking appetizing and juiced. I dumped the potatoes - and for another half hour. After half an hour, the meat was already fried, and the potatoes remained almost raw ... After another 15 minutes, the meat was burnt, and the potatoes turned out just right. They did, however, and in this form. I made a conclusion: it is necessary to do as the manufacturers advise: to shove everything together at once and not bother

2. Made yogurt. Regular store milk, ultra-pasteurized 3.6% fat, heated to a temperature pleasant to the finger (I didn't bother with a thermometer, I checked it - like a baby bath - by touch), poured dry yogurt starter into a part of the milk, poured it into the remaining milk, poured it into ordinary glasses, did not cover it with anything. I did, as it was advised here in the subject: a rag on the bottom of a multi, on it - glasses (just 4 pieces turned out per liter of milk), according to the level of milk in glasses - warm water directly into the pan, and on the Multi-cook mode 40 degrees for 8 hours. The result was stunning: absolutely uniform, shiny, beautiful consistency. I see it's delicious, but I haven't tried it yet: it comes in the refrigerator

3. Now I'm going to make pilaf. Rice bought specially trained "for pilaf", production of Kyrgyzstan. Some kind of brick color. How much water to take for it? I will try, as advised here, - 1: 1. If you need more - write; I think it will not be too late to top up On the results of my further tests I will definitely unsubscribe!

A wonderful topic, by the way. So many useful tips for a beginner! It is necessary to "screw up" any technique, so - thanks to everyone who generously shares their experience !!!
Lotos N
I tried yogurt - deliciously insane! But pilaf, according to the recipe from the book, did not work very well. Veal is tough (you need to take pork), 2 tsp. salt - too much, and 5 m / st of water for 2 m / st of rice - also turned out to be too much; it is necessary to take rice and water 1: 2. Otherwise - very, very much!
julia_bb
Lotos N, Welcome! With the acquisition of you))
Girls and boys, I just make pilaf with pork, rice - 1: 2, then I'll sign off what happened. Isn't it better to pour hot water?
Raspberries
julia_bb, I often pour a cold one, but from a hot cartoon it goes to the mode faster, does not waste time heating.

I don't know why - many people from the forum make rice to water 1: 2. It seems to me this is too much water - the rice turns out to be too "boiled", more for porridge. I do 1: 1.25. That is, a little more water than rice. The exceptions are unprocessed or red varieties - then yes - 1: 2.
julia_bb
igorechek, I agree 100%! My rice turned out to be too soft, I just thought that next time I would make 2ms of rice with 3ms of water, but it turns out better than 2.5ms of water. That is, visually, the water should be slightly higher (one finger) than rice.
In time, I cooked pilaf in 35 minutes. At first, she fried everything at 130 grams and then poured hot into
water and turned on the pilaf mode. I'm thinking, will the meat have time to cook if you pour less water?
Eh, in Shteba I got a great pilaf the first time ...

ABOUT! And I did it without roasting: like in a book. The rice was unprocessed: in some kind of red dust that had gone away when rinsed. Let's give details: what kind of rice did you take and what kind of pilaf did you get?

Thank you. What kind of rice do you take so that there is less water than rice? I am not an expert in rice, I like potatoes more ... So I have to do everything only on the advice of practitioners.
julia_bb
Lotos N, I take white rice, round-grain Krasnodar, rinse in cold water until the water becomes clear.
The rice in the pilaf came out very soft due to the large amount of water, next time I will put as Igor advises 1: 1.25 rice to water (and not vice versa, apparently the little player was mistaken)
