Peter Push
Tanya-Fanya, Thank you so much! And on the "soup" for this there is enough given time to add more? Yesterday I cooked borsch with meat according to your technology: I fried everything, put everything in, 10 minutes. gurgled, once again "express" - 20 min. gurgled, then "multi-cook" -1.5 hours for 70 gr. Everything is very good.
Tanya-Fanya
Yes, that's enough, on Soup the minimum time is 1 hour. But I think the time depends on the size of the piece of meat. If you take the edges or brisket, then 1 hour is more than enough.
Peter Push
Tanya-Fanya, thanks again! You are an ambulance!
Tanya-Fanya
Peter Push, made fun
When I bought the cartoon, they also helped me here.
By the way, did you know that the "Buckwheat" mode produces wonderful macaroons? Poured, poured some water, slightly covering them, a little oil and salt and free. Ira-RepeShok laid out a separate recipe for the younger Panasik. Slightly dried pasta is obtained, not overcooked.
Peter Push
Tanya-Fanya, have you tried to cook sous vide in our cartoon?
Tanya-Fanya
Oh, I haven't gotten to su-vid yet. If you master it, then be sure to brag!
Peter Push
Tanya-Fanya, I also did not reach the sous-vide ... Tell me how you cook cold in a cartoon?
Tanya-Fanya
Cold? What's this? Jelly? I haven't cooked for a long time, I won't tell you. Probably in the recipes on the first page.

Here you can see recipes and execution Jellied meat, jelly, aspic (from meat, fish)

Admin, Thank you! I would also like to find out on which program to cook it, I think about 7 hours on "Quenching", in the evening and until I wake up.
Tanya-Fanya
Of course on "Putting out". Time would be selected depending on the type of meat. Try it and don't forget to report back :-)

Put on EXTINGUISH, the time can be set even 7 hours - but perhaps 5 will be enough, check the readiness after the fact.
As a rule, this time is enough. The meat is very boiled, and the residues on the spoon become sticky when you taste the broth between your fingers to the touch, or with your lips - you feel good stickiness. This collagen has boiled down, jelly has formed - what is needed for jellied meat.

And in mv 18, which is without a multi-cook, I cook jellied meat in 3 hours. From a beef tail, one hoof and 1.5 liters of water.
Extinguishing.

Tanya-Fanya, I'm with a report. Last night I cooked jellied meat. Meat - the lower part of the pork leg - 1 pc .; pork homilka 1 pc .; the fourth part of the domestic cockerel; 2 beef tail joints; medium carrot; medium onion whole in the undershirt. Water is approximately 1.5 liters. Salt, 25 black peppercorns, bay leaf. The meat was previously soaked for 8 hours in the cold. water, changed it three times. I set the extinguishing mode for 6.5 hours, it turned out to be not enough, I set it for another 2 hours. Next time I will exhibit 8 hours. The water was poured up to mark 4, boiled down somewhere by half a meter. The broth is transparent, rich and fragrant. Already froze and tried. 5 s +.
Tanya-Fanya
Whoa! As much as 8 hours!
The main thing is the result! Thanks for the report!
How many fit into your pot. And what is a gomilka? What part of the mascara is it?
It's about the most delicious New Year's holidays, your report is very even in time. Thank you!
I really like our stewing mode, recently stewed veal. 1.5 hours and you can eat with your lips :)
Peter Push
Yes, I myself was surprised - 8 hours, but after 6.5 - the bones were badly separated, well, not quite bad, and not as I wanted. Gomilka is also a part of a pork leg, in general, the whole leg went from hooves to ham, in short, from which we prepare the shank. I myself did not expect how many will go into the pot. I am very pleased with the result. I laid it all down and went to bed, I had to skim off the foam, run around to see if it was boiling and gurgling, etc.

Tanya Happy Holidays !!!! Success, health and happiness !!!!

Girls, ay, respond! Did anyone make baked milk in our cartoon? Admin advises a program extinguishing, time 6 hours, but as I understand it is not for our multi, and maybe in ours it is possible. I have doubts because my observations showed - after 10 minutes. large air bubbles are formed on the bottom, and after another 2 min. the water boils, gently boils and subsides, after a while it will boil again and again subside ... and so the whole first hour, in the second hour there was no boiling, or I did not catch him. I experimented on water for 2 hours.
Tanya-Fanya
Peter Push, good day! Sorry, I haven't visited my favorite forum for several days and haven't seen the question.
In this cartoon, I definitely did not make baked milk, because I often stew meat in it. From the point of view of hygiene, I don't like this combination. There is no spare pot. It was a lyrical digression.

I was preparing baked milk in another slow cooker, in the corresponding branch I found my report
Quote: Tanya-Fanya
"Manual" 90 gr 6 hours and then auto heating. Nothing was seething, clearly not boiling. The bubbles just sat quietly on the surface. I didn't even see the foam. I was very afraid of "escape from the chicken coop" and for the first 3 hours I walked like a fox around, clapping and clapping the lid ...

If I were now setting to heat milk in Panasonic, I would put it on 70 grams and observe as much as the heat is enough. Although the first impulse is, of course, "Quenching". Can you take a chance? On the "extinguishing" put no more than 2 liters, so that there is something for him to use and go down, but not run away. If, of course, time allows you to observe. After all, herculean porridge running on milk does not run away. And all why? Because the lid is non-boiling, it is smart.

Good luck!

Thank you for your congratulations! And all the very best to you! Good luck in mastering new gadgets :-)

I'm playing with the dishwasher right now, yes! I have a new assistant :-) This is such a thrill ... Cartoons are cooking, the dishwasher washes, the washing machine is washing, and I have a free minute, apparently not alone, to look at my favorite site
Peter Push
Yesterday night I put milk (1l) in store pasteurized, mode extinguishing, time 6 hours. In the morning it turned out - the milk wanted to "run away", but since there was not enough of it, it only slightly sprayed the lid from the outside, and the inside - very strongly, and the valve was covered in milk. The finished milk was less than 0.5 liters, very thick, but I did not like the taste at all, strong acidity, and the crust was wood-rubber. I think you can't make baked milk on this program in our cartoon, although you can reduce the time. Here I put 2 liters from the barrel, first on express, boiled and on multi-cook 70 degrees, but the time there is only 2 hours, for our work - it's about nothing. It will still have to be extended. I'm afraid that we have melted milk - I poured it, pressed the buttons, left - it won't work. I'll do it the old way: I boiled it in a thermos overnight.

Tanya-Fanya! With the new assistant, let you serve for a long, long time, faithfully and faithfully and only please the hostess!
Tanya-Fanya
Peter Push, I would not keep it in a thermos, but leave it in the cartoon, it keeps warm well. But this is not baked milk.
During the heating process, it should be evaporated.
Do you have another multi? - :)
Peter Push
Tanya-Fanya!, I have no other multi, something my soul did not lie with them, straight from the series "I have not read, but I condemn." Now I'm thinking about something else, in the long run, so far, in the kitchen and there is no place for all my wishes.

***
Today's results - put 2 liters from a farm barrel, first on express, boiled and on multi-cook at 70 degrees, the time is 2 hours, then another 2, and so my milk stood and did not stop, white and with a yellowish crust. I put on again extinguishing for 3 hours, she herself was in the kitchen for an hour (at least she cleared a little), now it has been standing for 1 hour 10 minutes, I looked in - it boils actively, there are no traces of escape, I think after 3 hours I will decide - either on heating until morning or I will put it on extinguishing... I regret that I did not set 4 or even 5 hours, because under supervision, you can always turn it off.

extinguishing mode, time 6 hours
I would set the "Milk porridge" mode for 4 hours, and then on heating. More precisely, at night, I would choose the porridge mode, and let it stand on the Preheat until morning (6 hours or so). In any case, in the old Panasonic they did this, it turned out beautiful baked milk, even brownish.
Peter Push
Galin, on my mode porridge time is not set (for pilaf and buckwheat too), there just before the end of the countdown. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Teach, pliz.
Galin
I was mistaken, I confused the time with another slow cooker. Just for Milk porridge and for the night on the Heating. It took me about 8-10 hours. The longer, the darker the color. The milk did not run anywhere, the lid did not splash, the taste was correct.
Peter Push
Galin, thank you. Now I'll wait for the signal, if I'm not happy with the result, I'll put it porridge... I will report the result tomorrow. Galin, what kind of milk and how much do you use?
Galin
I haven’t made baked milk for a long time, but I remember very well that I specially bought for it the ultra-pasteurized Savushkin Product from Belarus. It was then of very good quality and the ghee was delicious. And now this brand has become much worse in quality, so I do not recommend it. Well, in connection with my son's departure from me, I don’t buy milk at all, because I don’t even know what good milk can be bought now. If there is "Myasnov" nearby, try their milk, which seems to be of good quality. I didn't make a lot of milk, usually one bag or one and a half.
Peter Push
Yes! Yes! YES! In our cartoon, I did baked milk on the third try. On prescription Admin - farm milk, 2l, mode extinguishing 6 hours and 3 on heating, the first half hour of the program I controlled the process, and not in vain, I prevented an attempt to escape (I think I will continue to boil milk and only then lukewarm in a cartoon). Liked the milk. I will do the following by Galin - porridge and heated for an hour 10.

Girls, Happy New Year and Merry Christmas to you !!! All the best and most joyful!
Tanya-Fanya
Peter Push, congratulations, after all, you tamed Pani Sonya and achieved the desired result from her
Galin
Well, that's great. Sometimes you also want baked milk, but you can't cook it for yourself, but suddenly something changes and you need baked milk. Thanks for the experiment, one more plus point of our multicooker.
Peter Push
Tonight my paniSonya cooked jelly for me. Pork shank + pork hooves + 2 joints of a beef tail + a quarter of a home-made cockerel + whole onion in a husk + whole medium carrots + 30 pcs. black peppercorns + bay leaf (5 large pieces) + salt - laid everything at once and poured it with settled water at room temperature. The water reached the bottom line L, and for 8 hours in the mode EXTINGUISHING - this is not much, because only after 1 hour and 17 minutes. the water was about to boil. The jellied meat is amazing, the broth is transparent !!! Already froze. She carefully removed the fat from the cooled broth with a spoon, poured the broth into the container over the meat through a strainer with gauze.

Happy holidays
Galin
I was not going to cook jellied meat, but then my son called to congratulate and asked to cook jellied meat for them. I immediately have in my head what to cook, I thought that probably in Panasonic, and here the recipe is ready. Thank you very in time. I'll cook on Monday or Tuesday.
All happy holidays and all the best
Tanya-Fanya

Girls, did anyone buy a spare bowl for this multi? The coating has already deteriorated, and there are no new ones anywhere ... maybe someone bought analogs from the same Redmond?
