The recipe in the studio!
It's that simple! on the Porridge mode: 1 multi-glass of millet and 6 multi-glasses of milk (you can half water and milk, it also turns out deliciously) sugar, salt to taste, add cinnamon (I really love it, so I sprinkle it as I like), raisins, or prunes (with it softer, it boils down and gives an extraordinary taste), at the end I put butter. A delicious, hearty breakfast is ready!

My CF burned out yesterday, a pungent smell and a little smoke went out during operation, it turned off and did not want to turn on again. Today I took it to the Panasonic service center, they said they would sort it out, promised to return it in working order. I asked, it turned out that this was the first contact with this MB model. As a result, my happiness lasted 3 months. I really hope that it will be repaired. I don't want to be disappointed in Panasonic.
Oleg
andry - I sincerely sympathize with you, let's hope that your cartoon can be reanimated. And today my Panasonic C 785 microwave burned out.

It's a shame. And you ask in the service center what is broken there and if it is not difficult, tell us.
For me, t. T. T. All Panasonic equipment works well and reliably. The only thing, a couple of years ago, a magnetron flew in the microwave. But she was already 15 years old of intensive use and even violence from her wife and flew because of problems with tension. Not with tal to repair only because of obsolescence.

I will definitely share all the info after the renovation. I cooked on the "Pelmeni" mode
YULIYA
Day / evening good to everyone! For the second week I have been studying the forums and websites of manufacturers ... I decided to stop this agony - the choice fell on the latest Panasonic, so the question is for the connoisseurs of your group), having called 3 online stores in Minsk, I found out that they can bring Panasonic, the manufacturer of which is China ... my confidence was shaken .... I understand that China is different ....) I would not want to pay for an empty Brand ...... Dear members of the forum, bread-roll-charlotte-peks! Are your multi produced the same in this mysterious country?
YULIYA
while I was looking through 7 pages of your topic, all the tasty things you posted on the photo were already in the plans .... like a capricious child I WANT this mulvark right now ..... but China alerted me .... can it really turn on the search mode again ?!
Oleg
YULIYA - my multicooker is definitely made in china. And my Panasonic bread machines are also made in the same place, the older ones are 5 years old, and they work great.
So decide, the choice is yours! Good luck to you!
Roza_Irina
Julia, the multicooker is worthy! Of course, time will tell. Now almost all equipment is made in China, it all depends on how the quality is controlled. She is faster than her predecessors. Perfectly bakes charlottes, bread, and baked goods. I've already tried most of the modes. All OK!
Oleg
I baked a slow cooker for me today, just such a cottage cheese casserole
Multicooker with multi-cooker Panasonic SR-MHS181
While I was taking it out, it sagged a little. Well, okay, the most important thing is that it turned out delicious.
YULIYA
Good evening / night, gentlemen).
I am reporting: you were right - you should not be afraid of China. Everything works well, there were no questions about assembly or functions. We were surprised and touched by the size of the cartoons - I expected something more cumbersome and inconvenient). There were no questions about the length of the wire, since making repairs. set a task for electricians around the entire perimeter of the slave. zones to make sockets, so that there are no problems with 90 cm.

From what I had already cooked, they failed: the first bread, a grandmother of potatoes, rolls with a fruit mix .... I came to the conclusion that this is not the fault of technology or "club hand", you just need to get used to it ....

and one more conclusion .... certainly purely individual and not claiming to be true))) - rave reviews of food cooked in a cartoon are the reaction of those who do not get a drive from traditional cooking well ... or just not given, they do not know how to cook ... do not throw tomatoes, but neither I nor my homemade SPECIAL differences from the dishes that I cooked before on the stove, and now in the cartoon, did not feel ...)))

PLUS, which is undeniable, and only for this you need to buy this technique - a timer! how I felt it when I didn't have to jump up and cook breakfast for my children and my husband !!!! In the evening I voiced the "algorithm" of their morning actions and with a clear conscience turned off the alarm))))

The second PLUS - finally, our menu will have homemade cakes made of shivers. dough))) I did it according to the recipe from the site "buns" - everything rose, baked and softened in the evening))) I found out that during these days the container for flour, which was always enough for a couple of weeks earlier, was empty - I started baking.

A recipe book is, to put it mildly, more like a promotional booklet than helpful instructions. BUT!!! possessing logic and minimal knowledge in the art of cooking, can have practical application.

I will not bore you, I will round off)) I met the expectations of the cartoon by 80%, I do not regret buying, there will be interesting results - I will definitely share. )))

Thank you again for your support at the stage of reflection and decision-making!

Have you already cooked pilaf? And the cottage cheese casserole? And the fish in the tomato? And long-lasting milk porridge (corn, for example)? All these dishes can certainly be cooked on the stove, but it will be, firstly, dancing with a tambourine around the pan, and, secondly, the result will not always be guaranteed to be expected, and in a multicooker - no special effort and always (take a tried and tested recipe) 100% result
YULIYA

and in a multicooker - no special effort and always (take a tried and tested recipe) 100% result

undoubtedly! this is another PLUS. I just talked about something else)) - about the taste!
You are right, I did not cook pilaf .... my Tatar friend taught me how to cook ... or rather, she cooked and I watched .... "meat in large pieces and onions are fried in a cauldron in boiling oil until the onions dissolve. ... "- I can't imagine this stage in a multicooker .... I will definitely try an alternative option
Roza_Irina
Julia, congratulations on your new assistant! Let it please with goodies!
About pilaf in a cauldron in boiling oil: it's very fatty as for me. It seems to me that in a multicooker it is still more dietary and tastes no worse.
YULIYA
Ir. rice absorbs all the fat ... I didn't expect it myself, so all the "pilafs" (after the "Tatar") were perceived (are) by me no more than "rice porridge with meat" .... maybe here I am categorical - but the name should correspond to the essence ... Something like this ... I am not against improvisation and "abgraded" dishes ... BUT !!! the classics must remain ... so that our great-grandchildren do not think that a rice mess with Chinese mushrooms / meat / fish is "pilaf" ... that dumplings are butter cakes with meat, etc. ...... that Belarusian potato pancakes are a mix of vegetables and flour .... (((((
today I bought some nice pork on a mosquito ... I'm thinking ... how not to spoil it ... I decided to try pilaf, as you advised me ... tomorrow I will do ... (for the night yogurt chatted with an apple and lingonberry Vologda)))) + in the fridge wait for my verdict 4 sausages "lingual ham" (I added pork ears through a blender all the same)))
Roza_Irina
Julia, and I have not yet gotten a mess in any multicooker or pressure cooker. If the program is sensory and the proportions are observed, then there will be no smearing. This can still happen on automatic programs.
YULIYA
You were right .... the pilaf really turned out ... the only departure from the book's recipe - the meat was fried with onions in a pan, and then "fried" with carrots in a cartoon .... very pleased with the cooking time! In such a short period of time, my previous "dances with tambourines" around pilaf did not end))). She eliminated her skepticism - the multicooker is preparing REAL pilaf!

I was also pleased with the opportunity to make yogurt .... Great help in the preparation of creams, and by itself it leaves with a bang.

Something Temka has calmed down))

When MV is normal and works well, all topics are not loud)))

Yes, I agree) I would like to read more reviews, I think to get myself))
Zlatovlaska
I have been using CF for a month now, most of all I like porridge with vegetables for children, I make such a dietary pilaf / buckwheat, and potatoes with vegetables. Most often I use the Pilaf mode. Pts. happy.
And today I finally decided to bake a simple biscuit - let's see what happens
I also cooked soup \ borsch \ broth - very good. But with barley so far it has not worked out, I will still try, I probably need to soak the cereals a little longer ...

I took this model because I wanted a large bowl, well, and more functions.
Zlatovlaska
Biscuit MV baked from 4 eggs, 120g flour and 120g sugar.
It turned out to be 4 cm, it was necessary to take 6 eggs. The top seems to be not so pale, my oven bakes almost the same way, only I bake in a form of a smaller diameter and the biscuit itself will be higher.
I haven't cut it yet, I'll cut it in the evening and look.

bottom: Multicooker with multi-cooker Panasonic SR-MHS181 and the top: Multicooker with multi-cooker Panasonic SR-MHS181

Roza_Irina
Maybe you whipped badly? I bake for 5 eggs and the height is 8 cm.
Oleg
Anastasia - try adding flour and sugar, I bake a biscuit from 4 large eggs, 250 sugar and 200 - 225 g flour, + baking powder, the biscuit turns out to be 8-9 cm in height. Good luck to you!
Roza_Irina
Oleg, if the mixer whips perfectly, then you don't need baking powder or soda in the biscuit. Try it!
Oleg
Irina - thank you for your advice, I will definitely try.
Mistress
Lovers of porridge, tell me, please, what is the minimum amount of porridge in this model?

There was a suspicion that the squirrels should have risen to the floor of the bowl of the combine, but rose by hardly a third. But the combine is probably already letting me down. I need to buy a mixer ...
on the trail. I'll try again this week ... thanks for participating
And, by the way, when MV baked a biscuit, it smelled very much like an omelet and not a biscuit, so I didn't take the proteins well?
Roza_Irina
You found the error yourself! I never separate the whites, beat whole eggs.

Well, it seems like you're trying, but it turns out that in vain, that is, you first beat the eggs, then add sugar and beat again, and then gently stir in the flour and that's it?
Quote: Roza_Irina

I bake for 5 eggs and the height is 8 cm.
and for 5 eggs take 150 grams of sugar and 150 grams of flour?
and you lubricate the drain on the MB form. butter and then sprinkle with semolina?
Zlatovlaska
Oleg, I have already found so many biscuit recipes here on HP yesterday, my head is spinning, I decided to test the baking on the simplest recipe, otherwise I haven't baked anything yet.her until yesterday
I will try different ones over time and your version too, thanks!

Lovers of porridge, tell me, please, what is the minimum amount of porridge in this model?
according to the instructions for the 'porridge' program (as I understand it for dairy), the minimum is 1 multi-glass (approximately 160-180 ml), and for other modes (pilaf and buckwheat), at least 2 multi-glasses are indicated.

I don't cook dairy products, I haven't tested them in practice.
in buckwheat mode I prepared 1 time barley 1 multi-glass, but the result was not the same as I wanted, I will try again.
in pilaf mode I cooked 1 multi-glass and 2 and 3. everything turned out ok.
Roza_Irina
Zlatovlaska, Sponge cake: immediately beat 5 eggs at high speed with sugar (it turns out that it is already white, such a fluffy mass), then added flour and at low speed literally a minute to stir the flour. I did not weigh flour and sugar. I take 2 cups of each ingredient.
I grease the cold bowl with butter from the refrigerator (not melted), do not sprinkle with anything. Lubricate while whipping. Then she quickly poured it out, closed it and baked for 65 minutes, turned it over and another 20 minutes. I also do with apples, I never had any punctures.
Zlatovlaska
Roza_Irina, ok and I'll try this
and when you turn a hot sponge cake (to hold it for another 20 minutes on the baking), does it not wrinkle? Or is there a secret to put it neatly in the MV bowl?
Roza_Irina
I take it out like everyone else: first on a steam plate, then on a plate, cover the plate with a bowl and turn it back into the bowl. Everything works out great.
Oleg
Irina - baked a biscuit without soda (baking powder). From 4 eggs, 7 cm came out in height.

Well! Quite another matter! Congratulations! You see, everything worked out and there is no need to eat it again (baking powder).

Oleg! The biscuit is just beautiful!
I also need to catch up with you
Oleg
Anastasia - be sure to pull yourself up, the most important thing, as Irina wrote, is to beat eggs with sugar well.
Vladim
Good evening, welcome the new owner into your ranks. )))
Misunderstandings are obtained on yogurt.
The first time I did it on Activia, MODE -40 DEGREES, COOKING TIME -8 HOURS. Milk -3.2%. He poured water between the glasses. 2 tablespoons of sugar. It turned out as if unchanged and a little sour and thickish.
The second time I did it on Actimel at 40 degrees, 8 hours, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 3.2% milk - without water, I stirred it with a mixer for a longer time. The same turned out.
The third time I did it on Activia Fruit at 40 degrees, 8 hours, 8 tablespoons of sugar, milk 2.5%. It turned out thinner, tastier, not sour, but still something is not right.
I measured the temperature of the water for testing at 40 degrees with three thermometers - 42-43 degrees.
Actually the question is
1. Do you need to put the whole package of Activia in 1 liter of milk or can you reduce it to make the yogurt more liquid?
2. Is it possible to reduce the cooking time, and not 8 hours - for the same purpose and so that there is no sourness. And what is the minimum allowed cooking time for yogurt,
Roza_Irina
Vladimir, congratulations on your purchase and welcome!
I also experimented with making yoghurt on activation, but not in Panasonic. Also sour. In general, it is recommended not to put sugar at all, but to add it immediately before use. I always make it with dry sourdough, I use it only once (I don’t do it again with homemade yogurt, it’s sour). And milk 6%, 8 hours. Always great yoghurt.
Elena Bo
Vladim, if you cook on ready-made yogurt as a starter culture, then 6 hours is enough (in cold milk). No more. It is overexposure that gives sourness. And for the yogurt to have a good consistency, always pour water (cold from the tap) into the bowl between the cups. Enough up to half the height. The temperature is more uniform and the result is better.
Vladim
Girls, thanks. We will continue to experiment)))
Vladim
I forgot to ask - how much do you need different types of starter cultures for 1 liter of milk, well, though roughly - by weight, by volume?
Roza_Irina
In this Temka I laid out how I made yogurt: I put it on a steam plate on legs from another pressure cooker, and tap water on the bottom of the bowl. What I didn't like was a lot of condensation on the lid of the multicooker after opening. Why so many did not understand him. When I do it in a cuckoo, there is not a single drop. Therefore, I stopped the experiments here, I just melt the yeast dough in this mode.
The girls seemed to take a bottle of activity for 1 liter of milk. Even after 6 hours I felt sour on her. It was not possible to solve the problem, and the child with sourness refused to eat. Therefore, I switched to dry leaven. Connoisseurs, I think it is better to tell how much to take for fermentation.
Vladim
So, we figured out the activity))). Now for dry sourdough - where is it sold, how is it mixed with milk, and in what ratio?
Aren't you using a cooking notebook? For every fireman, I download it from Rutrecker, then I'll figure it out))
Vladim
Something wrong was inserted

Again, the link is not completely inserted ((
Roza_Irina
I have such a leaven and such Belarusian milk. The sourdough is sold either in the pharmacy or in supermarkets on the shelves with milk. Heat the milk in a saucepan until lukewarm and pour in one sachet of sourdough. Stirred and poured into jars.

Today we bought Evitalia dry starter culture in a bottle in a pharmacy, it was not in bags, it costs 73 rubles. Written enough for 3 weeks. The cooking method that went with the leaven did not suit me, I found this one -
🔗
But it shouldn't turn out yogurt, but like kefir, but as written in the recipe - very, very, very useful)))))))))))))).
Has anyone used such a leaven?
