I sin all - so on the ring - the pressure cooker is 2 years old and the ring has grown
GALLAKTIC
Perhaps, although I use a ring from the "deceased" Vitesski in this pressure cooker, and he is already 4 years old, and everything is fine, the only thing is that he refused to work with the NEC bowl (with a recess along the rim), but it does not seal, it hovers, but with the native bowl, everything is fine.
Natali73
Hello girls, maybe you know where to buy a sealing ring and a bowl for our pressure cooker in Russia?
GALLAKTIC
Natali73, if still relevant, then I ordered a bowl (stainless steel) in the "Robopovar" online store. There are ceramic and Teflon ones on our Field, and there are also rings there. Enter the name of the store in any search engine.
Natalie@
Girls and boys, your help is urgently needed. After cleaning the valves on the cover, the valve that is set to "pressure" mode does not hold pressure. That is, the valve rises and steam starts from the "pressure" valve. No matter how you twist it - zero sense. I also noticed that after cleaning it began to spin on the lid, which was not there before. Can I somehow untwist it, clean it, or what does it need to do?
sveta.khm
Natalie@You are my sister in misfortune.
In my case, this valve spun off and it was torn off.
Found on the Internet how to disassemble it on the site 🔗
I took it apart and assembled it. But I have another problem: I don’t know where the silicone and metal gaskets should be (when the valve was torn off, everything flew in different directions). After assembly, it still poses steam.
Maybe someone can see on their own how to assemble correctly, if not difficult
Natali73
Galaxy, thanks for your answer, I have a question for you: Do porridge or pilaf burn in a stainless bowl? What do you cook in it? I just cook in my only porridge. Another question did you take the sealing ring with a rim, or without a rim, it says on the site that both fit.
GALLAKTIC
Natali73, I took a stainless bowl exclusively for broths-jellies-soups, and besides this I don't cook anything else in it, this is my second pressure cooker and the second stainless bowl, (The first ones were of a different company). If for porridge-pilaf-baking, then, of course, it is better to take Teflon after all. And the rings there are of both types with sides, can be seen below in the photo, where they show the measurement with a ruler. On one ring, the rim is 5 mm thick, on the second 7 mm. I have a 5 mm side on all the rings, both relatives and purchased ones (I went to measure it), so I can't compare the difference and advise which one is better
Natalie@
sveta.khm, I yesterday on the internet looked at pictures of how to disassemble and assemble, now everything works fine. going like this:
1.Place an iron ring on a metal pin
2.insert this pin into the hole so that the thread goes inside the cover, and the pin itself goes inside the valve
3.Pull the silicone ring onto the thread to the very cover
4. then put on a ring with three antennae so that they are not looking at the lid but at you, and then tighten the nut and snap on the protective cap.
Here is the link on which I spied all this. It turned out that like yours, the whole system was unraveled: 🔗

Girls, I lost my silicone ring, and steam was pouring out, bought from ours Paulie.
Pressure cooker Polaris PPC 0305AD (reviews)

Natalie@, Oh thanks . And then I fastened these rings together, then from the inside of the lid, then from the outside. I haven't tried it yet. I'll come in the evening, I'll put it right. And for some reason my pictures do not open, probably, there is no program on my computer.
Mandrake
This is the third New Year, and how he plows in the kitchen and actively helps Paul. By the way, there is still Christmas ahead, if necessary, I share the technology of cooking compote.Since the pressure cooker boils fruits into rags instantly, but cooks dried fruits wonderfully, I do this: I soak dried fruits a little in warm water, rinse them. I throw the washed drying into the bowl, then optionally: a couple of slices of lemon and / or orange, a couple of hibiscus buds, a couple of cloves, a piece of cinnamon sticks, allspice-pea, cardamom (box), a little nutmeg, a pinch of salt. You can have an apple and any fruit, berries, fresh or frozen. I always have sliced apples in my freezer, this year I have also frozen strawberries. And in supermarkets, compote sets are also sold - berries and fruits, so this is just a couple of berries (slices. The jam is cooked nemeryano, so instead of sugar I put two or three tablespoons. You can also add sugar or honey, in the case of honey, at the end of cooking when everything is ready.
When everything is in order, I fill it with water, close the valve and set the “warm up” for ten minutes. I usually turn it off earlier, you can hear it when it starts gurgling. Let it cool in a bowl, and it comes. Delicious awesome, amazing flavor. Such a complicated uzvar, but citrus and fruits are still bought, and the bouquet enriches perfectly. An alternative to purchased soda and juice.
Valyushechka_ya
And in the Field I cook kampot from dried fruits, washed it without soaking and in a pressure cooker for steam for 5 minutes. Amazing Uzvar.

Right now, there is no bowl (stainless steel, Teflon, ceramics) for our Field, but they often receive receipts (about a couple of times a month), I know, because I constantly check, since I also plan to order Teflon, so I monitor availability-prices.

and which one is better to take?
I took a stainless steel, because I like to cook soups-broths-jellied meat-vegetables in a uniform, mashed potatoes, I can't imagine life without a stainless steel bowl, you can play around with a metal spoon, not be afraid. ... But everything else: milk porridge, pilaf, roast, bread, pastries and much, much more I cook in Teflon, it will not burn 100%. Many people get by only with Teflon (it turns out to be universal). About stainless steel, I can say that the quality is excellent, I have been using it for 4 months every day, or even several times a day and the bowl is like new. I bought stainless steel from Redmond to the previous pressure cooker, there is something to compare
Teflon from the manufacturer LandLife, the girls were praised in this topic, and in other topics about cartoons, I met reviews that the quality is very good.
But I can’t say anything about ceramic, and I don’t plan to buy it myself, because I came to the conclusion that ceramics is more capricious than Teflon (judging by my pans), and I don’t like dancing with tambourines.
On the good, and I think many girls (and boys) will agree with me, you need to have two cups: stainless steel and Teflon. But, if, as we, unfortunately, often happens, "not to fat", and you can afford only one, then Teflon is better - it is universal.
And by the way, I also want to note that the presence of a stainless steel bowl definitely prolongs the service life of a Teflon bowl: my previous pressure cooker "died" in the 4th year, and her own bowl remained in excellent condition.

In, I wrote a whole novel. But I ... it's all on business, huh !?
And since I signed here, there is also a question for the knowledgeable hostesses:

I still won't be able to do a sous-vide, because again I don't want to dance with tambourines at the stove. The staff with its temperature control is still in distant dreams. But is it possible somehow to make a sous-vide in Paul? Maybe someone already did it? I haven't checked it purposefully yet, but it seemed to me that even the heating was close to boiling.
mowgli
Galya, thank you very much, I will order two for myself, I was exhausted with my own cup. I really like our pressure cooker. And bones for broth, carcass in it, I also liked the lids for covering there. In general, the biggest thanks!
Valyushechka_ya
Galya, here I am wondering about the sous vid. Everything in my own bowl already sticks very well, even when I cook soup ... I bought a spare teflon one from our Polina, very good, so I take care of it. So the lid was also a gift as a gift.

Not at all, Natasha, glad to help!

By the way, yes, I had such a nylon cap attached to the Redmond stainless steel, now I use it on the bowls for Paulie, it's very convenient.

I have the same story ... it was almost immediately like that ((here you cook soup, and then at least cry, although somehow I made stew from vegetables, they didn't bother. Then she bought a bowl from Liberty (or Leiberton?) better, but not much. Then in Foxtrot bowls appeared for our Poli (somehow very temporarily), this one is already the best. I even managed to scratch a new Foxtrot one a little, although I didn't seem to cook bones as such (

I do not fry and bake in the cartoon often, but for this case I took a Redmond cup, because the lid can not be closed tightly and there is no pressure in these programs. It's just a fairy tale. If anything, I have 1 more cartoon under this cup, so it will not disappear

Girls, in "Robopovar" bowls have already appeared on our Field. Who needs it, take a look.

The problem with the pressure cooker appeared. I worked without problems for a little over a year. Now it happens spontaneously turns on heating. It looks like this: it gives a signal as if the program was turned on. The ten starts to heat up to max. power, the display shows 00:00. After disconnecting from the network, you can sometimes use the programs normally. Maybe someone had this? Please help.
Alisa_t
I always disconnect the SCR from the network, therefore, such a problem simply cannot arise
egil32
Alisa_t, This problem occurs immediately after turning on the network, and after the execution of programs and in standby mode. Unpredictable.

No, it is out of the question. I examined the boards carefully and checked the contacts. By the way, the build quality of the pressure cooker is good.

inka_kot,
It is more convenient not on foil, but on an ordinary deep plate or saucepan. then the juice does not escape anywhere. Pour the garnish on them. mmmm yum

When I put it on the grate, and when I put it directly into the water, spreading a paper towel so as not to scratch the bowl

I also want to buy either ceramic or stainless steel, and to this the question: I want a deep fryer, but my wife, therefore, did anyone use their pot for deep fat and what mode?

I mean, like a slow cooker? This is the cartoon!
Select a baking mode. He has no set of pressure.
Remove the whistle finally.

On baked goods, countdown without pressure build-up
MarinaRas
Good day everyone! I am to you for advice. This assistant has been working for me for the third year. There is only one problem - plastic began to crumble in the grooves on the lid, and turned yellow near the "whistle". Apparently from the high temperature (quite often used forced descent of steam). I began to worry that I would soon have to change, and just recently my sister gave me two new bowls and an O-ring. The new bowls are from the Lend Laif pressure cooker. I looked at other models in the net, but it seems that I do not fit into them with my bowls. Can you say anything comforting?
leoalla
MarinaRas, well .. my plastic has also turned yellow and starts to crumble in the same place that you write.
It's been two years now. But I don't see any progress. I'm not fuming yet. And my whistle is finally cracked along the entire length of the plastic. The daughter dropped it on the tiles. Also for 2 years. Works. The condition is not aggravated.
The only thing is, I cover the shore and wash it by hand. I don't put it in the dishwasher. You never know.
So use it and don't worry.

Pysy. I use my polyushka both in the tail and in the mane. Sooo active. 2 different cycles per day, minimum.
And I also use fast pressure relief. And what can you do. It is necessary.

About bowls, there are multi with our bowl parameters and sealing ring. There is. I don't remember exactly the models, but there are. When I was looking for an additional cup, I found it. The cup sellers know this, ask them about compatibility. So model look at a new pressure cooker.
MarinaRas
Thanks for the answer. I will not take a steam bath.) Let it work and please. I am very pleased with her. and the stove was much less frequently used.
leoalla
MarinaRas, I don't use the stove at all.
Electric kettle, coffee maker. Cartoon food. Bread maker for jam. Ate. Oven - for sterilizing cans. Ate. boiler with hot water. All. Yesterday I learned from a neighbor that we have not had gas for 2 days. Planned rem. work.
But when there is no light, that's it. Kapets. The end of the film.

No. lied. sweets and creams for cakes I cook on gas.

Virgin, good afternoon, tell me, does the valve of this multicooker hold up if the lid is turned over?
Shelena
Ksenia, good evening! If the cover is turned over or placed vertically, the valve does not fall out.
kartepenok
Girls, give some advice. What is better to buy a cartoon or a cartoon pressure cooker, I understand that the disadvantages are there and there, but what would you choose?
Shelena
kartepenok, many on our forum have both multi-cookers and pressure cookers (for example, I have 3 multi-cookers and 1 pressure cooker). And the answers to your question will be different for everyone. We have a special topic about the choice, I highly recommend:

kartepenok, I have both a cartoon and a pressure cooker - I definitely like the pressure cooker. The following things are fundamental for me. 1 auto-heating off (yoghurt is cooked at 40 degrees - auto-heating 60, if you didn't get the yoghurt right away at the signal - it curled up on the heating. 2. multi-cook - if there is one, then many programs are not needed - set the temperature to the pressure and cook whatever you want 3. step of multipovor (step of temperature and time - I love sous-vide and for me step 5 degrees is a lot) 4. replaceability of the bowl my own bowl at my pressure cooker with handles, cover byak, bought a bowl without handles from another company - I'm glad. 6. preset modes if there are a lot of them and they are correct, probably good and convenient (I don’t like porridge in my own, the feeling of undercooking, and jellied meat and yogurt food from delight, for the first time in 3 years the pressure cooker cooked mega macaroshes conveniently, the legumes program is somehow not impressed, she fries slowly). I love my polaris tenderly. And soups in pressure cooker mode are not the same as on the stove, I think I digest them or something. In general, good luck to you
kartepenok
Shelena, I understand, the answer will not be the same. But, for example, leaving on vacation, what cartoon would you take with you?
Thank you, I'm reading the topic.I just liked this one, which is in the subject, the cartoon, I would not like to be mistaken, the budget is small and there is only space in the kitchen for one device. And another question, do you leave Polaris for a delayed start, or is it not worth it because of working with pressure?

KetsalAnd all these 6 points are present in polaris?

Girls, thanks for answering. I read Temka, but not all the answers to the questions are completely clear.

This is the function I do not use in a pressure cooker. Afraid. For morning porridge, I use multicooker.
kartepenok, in more detail about the choice between a pressure cooker and a multicooker, we can talk to you in a personal. Write, ask. I don't want to clog the topic here.

Olga, Polaris 0305 does not have all those functions that you consider the most valuable, alas. You probably have a more advanced model. kartepenok chooses between SV Polaris 0305 and a multicooker.
Ketsal
I have PPC 0605 AD, the price is 3990

Valyushechka_ya, and I make yogurt in glass jars from jam and 0.5 liter. I sterilize the jars and lids, then heat the milk in a separate saucepan, let the sourdough stand there for 5 minutes and put the jars under the lid. In the cartoon, a napkin, pour jars and water on the napkin, turn on the program, look after 6 hours
