I get used to the DD2 XL Staff for a week. Your recipes and advice are very helpful. She baked, however, in porridge, in a ceramic saucepan, but it turned out excellently. The color was white, very lush, but after cooling, it fell a little. It never came out like that in the oven, it's not new with me, it's not easy to guess the temperature.

Now I prepared everything according to the recipe (only kefir replaced water + sour cream, maybe there was nothing else, not even milk), immersed it in a bowl and thought: maybe now put it in the refrigerator and start the program in the morning to have a lukewarm breakfast for breakfast ... Do you think I won't spoil it? Or is it still better to bake it now and warm it up in the morning?

Still, I put the bowl in the refrigerator overnight, got up at 6 in the morning, took out a saucepan, and was relieved to find that nothing had peeled off overnight, the consistency had not changed. I set the Kasha regime for 1 hour 10 minutes and went to sleep further. When we woke up, a wonderful casserole was waiting for us for breakfast! And it really looks like a soufflé, very tender, airy and tasty! I made it today, at the Shteba DD in a stainless bowl, putting a silicone mold inside. Well, of course not rosy. and white, but very tender and tasty. Next time I'll try to pour water around the mold so that the heat is better conducted, in theory it will turn out in the style of English pudding on a water bath. You can then add berries to the curd. And, I think, if done in a plug-in form, then the cooking time can be raised up to 2 hours.

I prepared it. The casserole did not rise. How much curd mass was laid, it remained the same in height. In the oven, the above always works. Baked for 1 hour 10 minutes, porridge, pressure 3, the valve was open, then another 15 minutes on heating, then the lid on its side, waited for it to cool, then completely removed the lid and gently turned it over.




Monkey took half a multi-glass. Everything is strictly according to the recipe.




What didn't rise is my fault. The mixer is dead ... You need to buy a new one. We managed to beat the whites, but not to stable peaks.




Thanks for the recipe. It turned out delicious. Especially with berry jam ;-) Next time I'll try to add dried fruits.

It is unlikely that it will work in stainless steel ... I bought a separate bowl for Shteba DD2, with a Teflon coating. I bake in it.




I jumped out of shape easily. The mold was pre-greased with butter.

Spotted on top due to parchment. I put it on the bottom of the bowl. The first time (without parchment) it was an even ruddy color. Baked for 1 hour 10 minutes, kept for 15 minutes on heating. Very tender.
