Ingredients

lentils (I have green) 2 mst
onion 1-2 pcs
carrot 1 PC. big
mushrooms (I have champignons) 200 g
eggplant 2 pcs.
tomato 3 pcs
Tom. paste 1 tbsp. l.
garlic 0.5 heads
salt, pepper, seasonings taste

Cooking method

  • Soak the lentils (I got 10 hours). Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots, cut the mushrooms into slices, the eggplant cubes. I put the Frying mode for 10 minutes. As soon as Stebik signaled, she threw an onion at him, a couple of minutes later a carrot, and a couple of minutes later mushrooms. At the end of the regimen, everything else fell asleep - eggplants, lentils, seasonings, tomatoes, pasta, garlic. Added 1 cartoon. a glass of boiling water. Turn on the Vegetables mode for 10 minutes. pressure 0.7 bar.

Note

The result is a very tender and fragrant lentil.

If you put the lentils not for 10 minutes, but for less, will the eggplants have time to reach with the lentils. And it should be even tastier with red.
