Ingredients

for filling: apples 4 things
sugar 220 mg
water 3 tbsp. l.
butter 20 g
for casserole: eggs 3 pcs
cottage cheese 500 g
semolina 3 tbsp. l.
sugar 0.5 st
baking powder 1 tsp
sour cream 20% 2 tbsp. l.
vanillin on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Cut the apples into slices, put in a multi pot, pre-oiled. Pour in syrup. I made the syrup in the microwave. 220 gr. saahara, water and some plums. mix oils and heat to boiling (1.5 min). turn on the cartoon for 10 minutes in casserole mode. Beat the dough with a blender. First, eggs with sugar, then added cottage cheese, vanillin, semolina and baking powder. I added sour cream, because the cottage cheese was dry. You can do without it. I poured the dough over the apples and turned on the casserole mode again for 40 minutes. the lid was not opened for at least 30 minutes after the end of the program. I put apples up on a plate! The casserole has settled a little, but it turned out very tasty !!!
