I started preparing the filling. Since my cottage cheese was pasty, I first mixed the cottage cheese with an egg - the filling turned out to be liquid, so I decided not to add milk and sour cream. But I added a little sugar to the curd. because I decided to make pita with apples.

I lubricated the layers of dough with the filling, rubbed a quarter of an apple on top of a coarse grater, and all this was already rolled up into a rose and put in a multi bowl.
From cottage cheese and eggs, I had a little liquid filling after all the roses were made. Therefore, the leftovers were poured on top of the formed roses.

I didn’t like that the top was pale, so I sent the top to the "Pastry" for another 20 minutes.

It's good that I didn't add greens to the filling. Had to make sweet pita. All the packaging left me for 8 roses, which were placed in the center of the princess, and there was a lot of space around. It is good that it was, because the pit has grown, filling everything around, all 30 cm of the stove diameter. My mistake was also that I poured the rest of the filling on the pita too early, fried the pita on top of the lid. Well, these are such trifles compared to the taste of chocolate pita.
