You can cook without pressure in the Simmering and Heating modes. There you can set any temperature from 30 * C to 150 * C with a very small step of 1 degree (in the DD2 model). That is, you can cook yogurt / sour milk and use it as a sous vide or slow cooker and fry / bake, etc.! Great opportunities! For me, this is the best MV / SV!
