Ingredients

Chicken hearts 150 g
Chicken liver 150 g
Batter 200 g
Sesame 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • My giblets. We put it in the multicooker bowl, pour water so that they can only be covered, set "Baby food" - 4 minutes.
  • When it's cooled down, we take it out, fill it with marinade - I had 1 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar + 1 tbsp. l. red wine. Salt and other spices to taste.
  • Left in the marinade overnight.
  • Then we prepare the batter - it can be any, the main thing is that the consistency is not thinner than for pancakes. Add sesame seeds to the dough - for a glass of batter 2 tbsp. l. sesame seeds.
  • Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of the bowl, so that the bottom is completely covered. We turn on the "Fry".
  • A minute after the start of the regime, you can lay out the giblets - we take the giblets with a tablespoon, put them in the batter, then grab the batter with a spoon and water them, then put them in the bowl with the batter.
  • First fry on one side, then turn over. When finished, you can close the lid and leave on the heat for 5 minutes
