Ingredients

Chicken liver 340gr.
bulb onions 140gr.
egg 3 pcs.
cream (15%) 80 ml.
flour 60gr.
baking powder 5gr.
butter 10gr.
salt, spices.

Cooking method

  • Rinse the liver, pass through a blender along with onions, add eggs, flour, baking powder, cream, salt, spices to the minced meat and mix until smooth, grease a cup of the pressure cooker with butter, put the resulting mass, close the lid. "Baking" mode, cooking time 45 minutes, after the end of the mode leave the soufflé in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes without opening the lid.
  • Take out the soufflé and let it cool. Delicate and delicious.
