Curd Pie Oksanka

Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Margarine 1 pack
Egg 1 PC.
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon acid
+ 1h l. soda
+ 1h l. flour = mix
0.5 tsp
Filling:
Grind cottage cheese in a blender,
through a sieve or twist
on a fine mesh grinder
1 kg
Egg 4 things.
Sugar taste
Butter 200-300 g
Semolina 4-5 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • Mix the filling thoroughly.
  • On a baking sheet, grate 1/2 dough on a coarse grater. Lay out the curd filling.
  • Then rub a little dough, and sprinkle chopped nuts on it.
  • Rub the remaining dough on top, tighten the pie a little with your hands, both on top and on the sides.
  • Bake until tender, chop cold.
  • R.S I tried to bake with baking powder instead of a mixture of baking soda and citric acid, but I realized that this was not the case. The whole relish is that the cake is obtained with acid crystals and due to this, the cake is not cloying at all

I just took it out of the oven, went very high.
These are 2 molds - just half of the recipe plus with vanilla.
There is no strength to wait until it cools down, eyes stick together, so we will try in the morning
