So the screen backlight for all Saturiks goes out, not only for yours. In this, of course, the Chinese have not finalized something.

Girls, tell me when it goes to heating (well, or you turn it on), what is written on the screen?
Or in another way: When "warm" is written, I press the "start" button, zeros are displayed on the screen. Now you have to click on "+" to set the heating time? If yes, then when I click on "+" nothing happens, that is, the time is not added. Or is there simply no time setting?
albina1966
Julia, the dish itself goes to heating at the end of cooking and is highlighted like "BB" (I'm already a blind man). If you press the button in the middle below between the plus and minus, you turn it off this way. And then, in theory, I really didn't do that, if you press this button again, you put the dish on heating again. You cannot set the heating time. Either on or off.
I'm not sure if you understand me.
+ or - only to add (subtract) time when setting programs.

Very understandable. I assumed something like that. Thank you.

I cooked mushroom soup yesterday. But not as usual - I didn't fry anything. I put potatoes, mushrooms, chopped onions, carrots (on a grater), salt there, poured boiling water over the "soup" for 10 minutes. I blew off the pressure manually, added grated cream cheese, chasnok and green stuff, poked at the first button that came across (rice), boiled, off. and held min. 5 closed lid, soup. Then I cooked milk porridge with rice and tavern for prog. "porridge" 15 minutes, the pressure did not release, the porridge is also delicious. In short, you can't overeat in the evening after work. But I didn't stop there either, I decided to cook something else: I chopped up cabbage, onions, carrots, the remnants of mushrooms, put it in the cartoon (Perfezza) for a program for cooking pilaf with a delay of 8 hours, and for Saturik I stuffed potatoes in the refrigerator , got up in the morning, the cabbage was stewed, and in the meantime, I threw the prepared potatoes into the SCV, added onions, mayonnaise, herbs-herbs-ants and 25 minutes for baking. (I always cook this particular potato in this way - including the program, the time counting on it goes right away, there olia, onion, a little fried. And I add everything else, just while it warms up, it gains pressure, min. 8 remains), and went to wash - collect, then you can combine the contents of the pots to get a stew, or you can individually, too, very tasty. In general, what you do not cook in these wonderful pots, it turns out yum.

By the way, I was reminded of the vinaigrette, I have to cook it. And the other day I was cooking Olivier - I put potatoes, eggs, water on a double boiler to cover the bottom and for 8 minutes. I cut everything with Nayser and a bowl of Olivier is ready in a matter of minutes.
Grypana
Lyudmila, everything is so tasty and described in detail Just like I had breakfast at your place

I, too, did not eat the vinaigrette. I will continue today

Good day to you all.
Please tell me, I bought my mom SATURN ST-MC9181 🔗 It seems like a complete analogue of yours, only in my 6 l. saucepan and 1000W. So the question is: are they the same and can you use the recipes and advice of your branch for cooking? I mastered 10 pages of your branch, I found many interesting recipes, but I don't have time anymore, my mother really wants to test the pressure cooker.
A couple more questions - we love boiled pork baked in foil, how to do it in a pressure cooker and is it possible? and whether spare pots and steamers are available for sale.
Excuse me, please, if these questions were raised, I just don't have time to read everything yet, but I swear to read it to the end and try not to ask stupid questions anymore.
A BIG THANKS in advance and gratitude for the coffin of life !!!
albina1966
massusek! A great gift for mom!
I have the same pressure cooker. Ours differ from the local saturchik 84s only in displacement (1 liter more) and power (100 watts more) and that's it! Feel free to take recipes from here and cook for health.
As for the borage, I think it is possible, but be sure to add some water. Rather, it will turn out not baked, but steamed. I didn't cook it myself, I don't know.
There are spare parts in the form of stainless pans https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=162308.0, but they are temporarily out of stock .. There are no steamers, if there is a cartoon Dex 60, then the lower steamer is perfect from it.
Good luck!

So all the same, how to cook that? I pour the potatoes completely, as in an ordinary saucepan and on the "soup" mode, the same cooking, roughly speaking, and 7 minutes, my wife cooked a beet, it seems like the same only the time is longer, I don't remember exactly. The potatoes were large and in 7 minutes they slightly burst from the sides. I'm just wondering how to cook eggs. It turns out that you do not need to fill in completely? I bought a steamer submersible silicone, green, there was a screenshot somewhere, I cook meat on a sharp bone for borscht. Can I cook eggs and potatoes in such a double boiler? Water is only poured to the bottom and that's it? It's just not clear that some have 25-30 minutes of cooking, others have 7-8 minutes.
Ukka
For eggs in a pressure cooker, 4-5 minutes is enough. If with potatoes at the same time, then set the time for 5-8 minutes, it is quite enough for potatoes, I do this.
albina1966
It seems to me that Saturkas have different dispositions. I got it, softer, or something.
Today I cooked spiral macaros on rice for 5 minutes, the pressure itself blew off. They were cooked so close to taste that one could easily cook a couple more minutes. And everywhere they write that 5 minutes. enough.
I have potatoes in 8 minutes. it will definitely not cook, at least 12 minutes, and cut into 4 parts, small beetroots are ready in exactly half an hour.
Ukka
Albin, call me, sho stared into your hut, how are you doing with the voltage in the network?
albina1966
Ol, come to us more often, glad to see you.
Kanesha tension, as in all private homes. But we don't know how this thing is correctly called - a rectifier (normalizer). Micra works as expected. And before, without this thing, you could warm up for 10 minutes and everything was cold. And the cartoon works fine.
I don’t think it’s connected with stress. Although...
oriana
Yes, Albinka ... it takes a long time for your Saturnia to cook pasta ..for me in 5 minutes they turn into trash, into a sort of pasta porridge ... stuck together ..
Maybe it depends on the type of pasta, well, what are they made of?
albina1966
Well, maybe the macaroons are to blame.
Do you cook skoki beets?
Ukka
Albino, well, what can I say here ... Maybe you really got the quiet ...
My Brand itself is racing, plus the sponge even in winter does not fall below 230 ...

Nope, I have no Saturka. If I have a small one in 30 minutes. ready, then as much larger as you, I will cook.
What I thought about the macaroshki, I probably didn’t flop enough water, they were ready in places, and where they didn’t have enough water, they were not cooked.

Girls, potatoes are different too! One of me burst in 8 minutes, and the other was cooked and whole for 15 minutes, in general it was not boiled. A small beet was steamed in 15 minutes. So figure out how many minutes to exhibit for what.

I always cook beets for 30 minutes on the Legumes - I buy not small, mediocre beets - 4 pieces are placed end-to-end on a Dex steamer.

Are you going to cook for a couple? A glass and a half is enough.

and I immediately take it out after releasing the pressure and splash into the cold water - while it was not raw, and with the advent of the pressure cooker I have already digested a lot of beets
oriana
Irishik, you believe, I always plop her too ... but she did not cook with me, she was solid, and, frankly, I plopped her into the pressure cooker for another 20 minutes, and then plopped into the cold water too ... then everything happened ok!
irysska
Marish, well, it means - this is such a beet. When I buy, I choose one that is not as hard as a stone, but rather a little bit quite soft. Usually, if the beets are very hard, then they are inside and boiled hard.
By the way, I mostly buy beets at ATB.
Grypana
Devulki, I do not remember exactly where and who first wrote. I always steamed beets in a slow cooker, only wrapped them in foil. In a pressure cooker, I didn't remember how to cook like that. And I really liked the beets in foil. It will be necessary to try in SV.
irysska
Natal, and how will it differ, wrapped or not - to taste or is it faster to cook?
Grypana
Irinka, she seems to be like:
not watery
easier to clean (much easier),
does not stain neighboring vegetables and the steamer,
and richer taste. - this is from advice
But I, of course, and yesterday's delicious.

Irisha! I repent, it will be faster in foil, but chivo, I don't know
And faq you all after boiling it in cold water. I do not know this.

Maybe everyone is doing this, but I will bring to the masses what I learned about Redmond in the next thread. When the pressure cooker is already beginning to emit signs of life, such as a slight hiss, when the pressure is about to build up, it’s hard on the lid and the lid will immediately lock. I always do this now, especially when the SLE is filled to capacity or vice versa, there is less water than the patchport provides.
Grypana
Albinka, why hrying? A few extra minutes - the pressure cooker lives longer. Or do you shorten the cooking time like that?
rusja
I always bake in foil in the oven, with the shiny side inward, then it bakes faster and all the juice remains inside, I don't cut it off (tail) and don't peel it, then the skin peels off by itself. I like these salads more than boiled ones
Grypana
Here, Olga, thank you, explained. I remember that the peel is straight - zilch and separated.
I steamed in a cartoon, cooked in foil. I liked it.

Natal! Well, not so hard.
It's just that when it is full or there is not enough water, it starts to show off. And I told her so (slegontsa) - a slap on the head and everything is fine. For educational purposes, say so.
oriana
Albinochka, PLYUKH in the water so that she can quickly reach the conditioner. Now, if you cook it for 30 minutes on beans, and after opening it, it’s still a little bit hard, you SPLIT it into cold water and it will quickly reach it for a sweet soul and then clean it up in a second, just perfect. I always cook a beet like this, but the last time it didn't work for me for some reason ... bullshit ...
Now I put two large beets on a stand for 50 minutes on the beans and I'm waiting!
albina1966
Marish, understandably, I will do so too
Girls, the burial will soon end in the shops-markets, due to the increasing number of purchased pressure cookers. Today I also cooked it, darling, for boiled caviar with mayonnaise and garlic.
irysska
Exactly - exactly, the consumption of beets is sharply increasing By myself I can judge - I cooked less in six months earlier than since the purchase of the pressure cooker
Tetyanka-G
and again about beets)). I have never eaten so much of it as with the advent of the pressure cooker. But I haven't cooked it for more than 20 minutes yet .. or some kind of relatively young came across (average size, about 4 pieces were placed on a double boiler). And maybe it's a matter of taste, I don't like much "boiled". I flop into cold water too. I didn't steam the potatoes for more than 8 minutes either.
By the way, it's really cool to have a couple of aggregates. Yesterday, I made stuffed boats from eggplant, pepper and potatoes in a wonderful grill gas. Everything did not fit, so I threw the remaining boats, for the especially hungry (I will not poke a finger at myself), into Saturn. 4 minutes + a couple of minutes for a set-reset and dinner is ready. And the patient waited a long time)), but they ate blush from miracles.

Irinchik! I, as Makarenko the pressure cooker, declare that the consumption of beets is directly proportional to the purchase of the pressure cookers. I have already tortured my family with a beetle.
