Salmon in honey and ginger sauce

Ingredients

Trout or salmon 1 kg
Ginger 100 g
Honey 100 g
Soy sauce 50 ml.

Cooking method

  • For the sauce:
  • Put honey in a small saucepan and melt until mushy. Allow to cool.
  • Peel the ginger and finely grate (or chop in a chopper).
  • Mix ginger with honey, pour soy sauce and a little sunflower oil into the same mixture; sprinkle with pepper.
  • Stir to make a sweet and salty sauce.
  • Put fish in it and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
  • Pour a spoonful of sauce over each steak and place in a mold.
  • Place for 25 minutes in a preheated airfryer, temperature 250, at medium speed.
  • Rice or vegetables work well as a side dish.

Interesting .... The recipe is called "Salmon in sauce", but is it made from trout ?!

Racking my head, is this a typo or is there something in it? In my piggy bank there is a recipe for making salmon from pink salmon. Maybe there is some kind of trick here ?!
