Thank you very much for your congratulations.
In fact, everything happened with your help - I read your reviews and advice, and on your tip, I bought a comfy online store. By the way, I liked it very much - I made an order on the Internet, a day later I received an SMS with a message about the delivery of the goods, I went to the store, paid (by the way, with a bank card, and at the price of an online store) and now, I am a happy owner! Thank you everybody!!!!

Welcome! there is no separate branch, recipes (or rather, not even recipes, but some general principles, the experience of other users in relation to this particular pressure cooker) should be caught from the topic. In general, take recipes from other pressure cookers (the same Brand, Comfort, Liderty, etc.), the principle is the same. And in case of something not entirely clear, they will always prompt you here. Successful development and all sorts of goodies!

Today, as part of the development of the device, I stewed cabbage. It somehow happened that SV used it like an ordinary frying pan - she fried onions with carrots and meat on the Frying mode, time - by eye. I added cabbage, and on Frying and baking I brought it to readiness, again by eye. Can someone tell me which program and for how long can I put after adding cabbage, so as not to stand over it, but decide everything by pressing a button?
Yu l and @
By the way, why is there no separate temka? To catch recipes in more than 50 pages is not always time. Maybe you can open a topic?

Here everything depends on your taste preferences. When I stewed cabbage for the first time, I put it on stewing for 7 minutes, released the pressure, tried it, it turned out to be damp for me, set it for another 5 minutes and just everything I like) In general, as for me, so 12 minutes is enough with your head)

Today I cooked cabbage like this, chopped it + a spoonful of olive oil + raw onion + raw mushrooms + chicken fillet in cubes + tomatoes also in cubes. Salt, basil, paprika and a little water (I think it is not needed at all, I will not be next time).

The younger was dipping a plate with bread. Now I cooked a village chicken, such a classic laying hen. 25 minutes for a BIRD and a mongrel chicken turned into the most tender broiler

Girls, somewhere in the subject I read that you can put yogurt on the "defrost" program, that is, the temperature in this mode is not higher than 40? right?
Grypana
Defrost is a great temperature for this business.
Here and prepare yogurt.
And here...
During Warming up, the temperature is higher, about 70 degrees.
irysska
Not, Natalie, at defrost degrees 37-38-39C
So you can put yogurt and dough

Girls, cooked corn porridge today 1: 6, in water + milk in half, soaked it in water in the evening, added the rest in the morning and 25 minutes on porridge - and soft and milk did not turn into baked milk
And I also do yoghurts and other sour milk, as advised, in defrosting, sometimes I turn it on a couple of times, and sometimes I don’t need it, the SCV keeps the temperature well, at first I ran everything, measured the temperature, and now I turned on the timer for a couple of hours, and I went to sleep. rest

Hello girls, I have Saturn 9181 for 2 months. I'm very happy with it, I cook the first, second and compote in it. only a poser in a saucepan, the coating is rather weak. I called the Saturn service center in the city of Saki in the Crimea, I am from Evpatoria, they made an application waiting. Girls, please tell me where you ordered coated pots and stainless steel, and whether the dex40 saucepan is suitable for Saturn 9181 and where you can order. Thank you

dex 40 has a 5-liter bowl, and yours, if I'm not mistaken, is 6 liters.
Polina has / had pots for your pressure cooker

You have a larger pressure cooker, so a Dex-40 pan will not work. It fits Saturn ST-MC9184.

By the way, Grypana and irysska, while both of you are on the site, I will say a special thank you very much - Grypana shared her experience so "tasty" that I wanted to have exactly Saturn, and on irysska's tip I was able to buy a 5-liter model cheaply and simply. A 6-liter one may not be worse, but in my opinion it is 5 liters easier to pick up a saucepan, and it is more convenient to use your tips when the models are completely identical. Thank you girls !!!

Girls, help out!
Who cooked the pasta? This is my husband's favorite dish, but my first experience was unsuccessful.
For 400g of pasta, 2 multi-glasses of water, splashed with rust. butter (husband loves with vegetable), in the "Porridge" mode 4 min. When I opened it, the pasta was raw and almost dry. Topped up with water just above the level of pasta, set it on the same mode for another 5 minutes. When the pressure dropped, the pasta turned out to be boiled and too much liquid. Who had a successful experience, share, pliz!
irysska
Yul, unfortunately, I will not help - and I do not like pasta, and did not cook in Saturik. And if I cook, then on the stove.
Grypana
Julia, I didn't cook it in a pressure cooker, I cook it in a cartoon, I have a Pasta program there.
But this is how our girls cook in pressure cookers. Basically, you went the right way. Cook them on Kasha, 3-5 minutes. You only need to observe the proportions and train

Just pasta
Pasta horns
And a few more experiments

Grypana, thanks for the links. I want to tell the story of my pasta further. I poured a plate for my husband so as not to throw it away, then I was distracted, and the rest remained in the SV with the lid open. After some time, I decided to pour pasta, and poured a little small one. She, as always, after two spoons left to watch cartoons. And I, as always, began to finish her pasta and chop. And then I realized that the pasta is delicious! Not boiled, not raw, but delicious. Just in case, I don't like pasta at all. As I understand it, while I was distracted, the SV, which retains heat for a long time, evaporated all the liquid and cooked up my pasta. And after following the link, I saw in one of the recipes that after turning it off, it must be brought to condition in the same mode, but without the lid, for a couple of minutes. Apparently this was the secret. I have perked up, I will try again and again, because I cook pasta almost every day, but I really do not like to wash them. I'd rather experiment a few times, find a convenient option, and enjoy this process!

And I'm planning lentils for tomorrow. And then the pasta is already over. We'll replenish supplies on Monday and continue experimenting. By the way, yesterday there was pilaf - my husband said: "This is the kind of pilaf I have been trying to get from you all my life, not what you cooked for me." I want to say that I cooked deliciously, but I never got it so crumbly. And I also did not try buckwheat with meat, from baking I only baked curd casserole (very tasty, but very little). So I have everything ahead, I envy myself!

Katyusha, about the program everything is just "Rice", the time is by default. But I'll probably revise the recipe. I fried onions separately in a frying pan, then separately carrots, and separately chicken, put everything in SV together with washed rice, poured boiling water (2.5 cups per 0.5 kg of rice), spices to taste, and for the program. So, I do not like this separate frying, I want to try, as I did on the stove - fry the onions with carrots and chicken, maybe even in SV, and then - according to the script.

Yasnenko, I'm going to do it, so first, then on the Fried vegetables and meat, and then I'll finish on RICE.

I made all the pilaf in a pressure cooker, fried the meat, then onions, carrots in the frying, I covered rice with water 1: 1.5, seasoning garlic and on rice 12 minutes, everything is delicious

Rapporteur: yesterday I made lentils - program "Legumes", default time, liquid 1: 2. After completing the program, I added a large amount of roast. butter onion. Delicious and simple. No dirty stoves and burnt pans, while cooking with a small cartoon I watched - she was very happy.
Now about the essentials: I cook borscht and mashed potatoes for dinner in SV. Who can give advice? Especially for borscht: when toss cabbage, fried potatoes - along with meat (I have beef bones), or all in turn. If in turn, how long should each "turn" take, especially with cabbage? The program, as I understand it, is soup?
As for potatoes, I'm worried about the ratio with liquid. I plan to pour it so that it is a couple of fingers higher from the potatoes. Right?
Who has a successful experience, tell me.
lyudo4ka
Mashed potatoes can be prepared by pouring water over the potatoes, then drain, mash with a crush and add everything that you usually add - water-milk (boiled), butter. And you can immediately potatoes, milk (water) the required amount (so as not to add later), salt, butter and for 5-7 minutes.
Borscht - just for everyone, you can add everything at once, after boiling the broth (min. 20-30), you can take turns - potatoes min. 7, then fry and cabbage and bring to a boil, let it brew. In general, try it, as it is more convenient and familiar to you, and the main thing is that the resulting taste is what you expect.

Lyuda, and if I put on the bones, potatoes and frying (by the way, what program, and for how long), then forcibly release the pressure, put the cabbage and bring to a boil (again the question, to bring to a boil is to turn on the program, wait until it passes warming up, and off?) - will it be so normal?

Oh, I won't risk borscht .. I love that the cabbage crunched. I always throw it at the end, bring it to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes and that's it. And here, I think, there will be something soft and swollen

To be honest, I have repeatedly said that I am skeptical about the names of programs in pressure cookers and I think that on all programs, except for baking and frying, they work the same way, only the time changes. Therefore, in my second Liberty pressure cooker, I use only the manual mode, setting the required time.I think if you put bones, potatoes and frying at the same time, then min. 25-35 will be enough (for example, for the program "soup" or "beef" or any other suitable for the time). You can bring to a boil either with the lid open, or close it and do not turn it, this will not build up pressure, thereby you can adjust the softness of the cabbage for yourself and if you need it crispy, then as soon as you see that the borsch is about to boil, turn it off , since the teng does not cool instantly, then the borscht will boil and the cabbage will not be digested.
Grypana
I cooked borscht in a pressure cooker for 3 times. That is, the first stage: on Soup, first the broth, then forcibly bleed, threw the potatoes, frying, Soup, 5 minutes - the second stage, then forcibly bleed, added cabbage and greens, 1 minute - the third stage and do not bleed. I like it at home, but I still find fault - the potatoes are boiling. Maybe put for a shorter time, I haven't figured it out yet.
I came to the conclusion that my method is better. I cook the broth in a pressure cooker, and then I cook the whole borscht in a cartoon. Here's a borscht to my liking more.

And I made mashed potatoes according to Sandy's recipe, boil potatoes in milk. This is how Sandy makes mashed potatoes
