Breaded Brussels sprouts

Ingredients:
Brussels Caputa 400-500 gr
Egg 1 pc
Sweet pepper
Salt, spices
Cooking method

I like to cook healthy dishes, but everything that is useful is, alas, rarely tasty.

Experiment with Brussels sprouts was successful!

1. Defrost the cabbage in a convenient way for you. If there is water, drain it.

2. Salt, pepper, sprinkle cabbage with spices right in the bowl where it lies.

3. Take 1 egg, add a couple of st. tablespoons of boiled water, 1 tsp. vegetable oil and beat with a fork in a cup.

4. We put the upper grill in the AG

5. We take each cabbage, throw it into a cup with a beaten egg, then into a plate with bread crumbs (preferably homemade, not purchased ones) and put it directly on the AG wire rack

6. Turn on the AG for 20 minutes. by 190-200 degrees. - look at the size of the cabbage.
The yummy is incredible - even the children ate !!!
