Ingredients

DOUGH

water 1.5 tbsp.
butter 50 gr.
egg 1-3 pcs.
sugar 2 tbsp. l
salt 0.5 tsp
FILLING
cottage cheese 200 gr.
lemon 0.3 pcs.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
vanillin 5 gr.

Cooking method

  • Melt butter. Add warm water. Boil. Add sugar and salt to boiling water. While stirring, add the sifted flour. Remove from heat. Cool down. Add egg (s). The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream. Put dough circles on a greased sheet (with spoons or a pastry syringe). Bake for 20 minutes at t = 180 ° C at low fan speed.
  • While the dough is baking, prepare the filling. Grind 0.3 lemon together with the peel into pulp. Add chopped lemon to the curd. Add sugar, vanillin. Beat with a blender until smooth.
  • Fill the baked custard cakes with the filling using a pastry syringe.
