This is how the mail will work. It happened to me differently - it came in a week, then a month passed. The last time I received the parcel, and on the postal website for another week it was indicated that it was in the sorting shop in Moscow)) But, of course, it also depends on the distance to you
straus
Margit, and where did you order? I ordered at the office. Berner's website. They marked me on the screenshot that the declared value of my parcel is only 1000 rubles ..... And I paid almost 3000 rubles. That is, if my package is lost or something happens to it, then I will be given 1/3 of the cost ??? Or am I confusing something ??? For the first time

Thank you! If Kazan is 8 days, then it’s probably faster before me))) I live in Kamyshin, Volgograd region!
I would not like to upset you, but practice shows that most of the time the parcel goes through ... Moscow.
Leska
Across Moscow by registered letter! sometimes it takes 14 days. This is something in the age of mechanization and electronics. When I was trying to find the reason for such a long travel of the letter, they explained to me (I am writing literally from the answer) "the sorting center of all mailings was moved to Podolsk MO and visitors from the former republics are working on sorting." So it's too early to worry about the package.
Aprelevna
Girls who remember I wrote that in the Czech Republic very good. difficult with a terochka, and even about additions to it, in general, there is no talk.
So, I found an email on Berner's official website for Slovakia. I wrote to them, indicated the names, and they sent me, literally in 3 days,
Roko's pot and grater

Good evening!!!
Today I bought myself a Prima grater, a classic sudok (it also fits Prima), Carly, Baby and Waffle. There was no 10mm insert, and there was no Rocko for the Korean one, she also wanted to buy it all at once. Something I can't put the carrots on the fruit holder, it seems that the pins are somehow small in the fruit holders. Prompt eh, what am I doing wrong ??? And what pins do you have in your fruit holder? It seems to me short and not long enough to hook a vegetable, but what about cabbage then? I can't understand or am I doing something wrong?

Aprelevna with the purchase of you!
yeah ... I was glad in advance, received a parcel, I go home in anticipation that right now I’m making carrots in Korean
As it turned out, that grater, Roco, that should be, only small size of squares, carrot rubbed with straws, only very good. tiny.
Well, you still have to order a normal grater from Russia on occasion.
Of course, it was not without a tram .. damn it, now on the pad of my index finger I have 2 deep grooves from a grater ...
the fingerprint will be labeled, because the skins are cut off there mother Nigoryuy ...
but I sit and eat the carrots, I didn't even let her cool down, it's so tasty, I miss you.

And the sudoku ... what a healthy sudoku

I hold it with my hand and then push it onto the fruit holder. and I cut the cabbage into 4 parts along the stump and also hold it with my hands

It seems like I, too, first with my hand, but the carrot does not want something if it is planted along the length of the fruit holder.
Wiki
So I watched the "live" Roco grater and 1.6 mm - as a result, I did not buy the wrong one, not the other. I asked the seller to grate the carrots on both graters - very finely. I will rub 3.5 mm.
I bought it for 10 mm, today I cooked a roast, the potatoes on it are the very thing. I rubbed red cabbage on a salad on a seven - it turned out great. An apple in the same salad - 3.5, onions in half rings on a thin knifeless. So, I have all 4 inserts involved. As necessary (and possible) I will buy in addition.
It's good that I came across this Temko, thank you all for the advice

here it is tedious to apply force, as it were, to accelerate ..
Venta
I, too, have not yet succeeded in length) But today I cut the beef liver into sticks on a grater. Only it is necessary that the liver is no longer frozen, but not yet melted well, firm. I cut it with a knife so that it is good and beautiful, but Berner right at the moment

There it will not work along the entire length. Carrots must be planted on the holder slightly at an angle to the plane of the grater. How to put the carrot on a grater with the thin end away from you, and slightly lift the thick end. Then everything will work out. If I don't understand clearly, I'll take a picture tomorrow.
And further. For Korean carrots, 1.6 is very thin, 3.5 is thick, and Rocko is just right. Just be sure to buy the holder for Roco if there is no basic kit.
Venta
I know that it is at an angle, but it’s falling off for me so far)) We’ll practice nothing)))

And I disagree that 1.6 is thinner than Roco. Here I was photographing and comparing. And on Roko, carrots are even softer.

On a rock, the holder will not be able to chop, since you need to hold the carrots obliquely, and under the holder you cannot see which carrots are being shredded.
In general, how many people - so many opinions! Whoever is more comfortable doing this.

the same graters + different hands = different results. How do you choose?
mowgli
try 3.5 if you don't like it then order Roco. and rub the same obliquely so that the carrot is longer

Here, not only the hands are different, the graters are also different. I have a Classic (and very old), and Kubanochka has a Trend. It would seem that the company is one and the results should be similar ... but no. For comparison, I reviewed mine today. My Korean bottom has a plastic reinforcement and the grater is quite far from the metal, so it clogs up strongly. Only in the photo did I notice that even the teeth of my grater were bent. Kubanochka has a different design. That is why opinions are different. Now it remains to find out why there are different graters? Does it depend on the model range, or on the release time? One day I'll go to the store and take a look at the modern design of the Classic ...

The top two pictures are my Korean, and the bottom picture is for comparison, I put a Kuban grater.

By the way.I read that if it is advised to buy a Roco grater, then it is the Trend, not the Classic. Since the Trend was released later, it is improved and the carrots do not get stuck in it.

I just ordered a Trend, I'll check it empirically, it gets stuck or how. But it was not available, only yesterday my order was sent, it is still hanging out in Moscow)

Thanks for such an explanation and with the photos, I will definitely try the same as you showed one of these days.
Girls, do you advise Rocko for Korean carrots better Trend? I want to order on the site. What site do you order from?

Here's something interesting I noticed - I hold the fruit holder in a completely different way than cuban! I always have a button under my palm, and the pushing of the fruit happens automatically, I don't even notice it.

I also have a pusher under my palm, but not at the very beginning of rubbing, but when it becomes dangerous and you really need to press the button. On a very old (small) fruit holder, the button even broke recently, but now I don't come across such small ones ..
kubanochka
Although no, at first I hold it that way, and then the hand itself moves over the button of the holder, as it (the button) goes down.

Stop! Why would she suddenly go down on her own, if there is no pressure on her? This is the whole fruit holder, along with the carrot, goes down, but the down button does not! Only when the hand is on top!

Kubanochka, you wanted to say that the hand moves up when the carrot has shrunk, and it's time to push it down, right? Just put it a little wrong, right?

I only know that I start this way, and then automatically. I didn't think about when and how my hand is on the button. But she is there, I know that for sure!

Don’t worry! The button will not go down in the fruit holder by itself! It will go down relative to the rubbing plane, but together with it and with the carrot, by reducing the layer of carrot.
kubanochka
Natasha, but nothing gets stuck there, at least in the Trend. And for Korean carrots, 3.5 is thick. And for soups, 3.5 is certainly better.
lesik_l
And I cut 3.5 x 1.7 on the Example - that is, as into cubes, only in one direction, an excellent carrot is obtained. Neat and long.
mowgli
Here Koreans sell carrots, they are not so thin, it even seems to me that they are thicker than 3.5
julifera
So we have on sale about 3.5 carrots, as I bought a grater, this size immediately suited me

I see ... And we just sell exactly how it turns out on Roko. Therefore, I strove for this size.

AAAAA !!!! I came up with an argument for Roko! It is she who is called the Korean carrot grater! So this is the correct size! Here!
Convinced? Well, at least a little convinced?

In our market, Koreans sell this salad - the size is closer to 3.5 mm, store salads are much thinner chopped, such as 1.6 or Roco. And my old wooden Korean grater was rubbing the middle version, so to speak. I think the size was about 2.5 mm.
If Berner had 2.5 mm, it would just suit me. But alas ...
kubanochka
I have 2.5 on Mandolin (I say right away, Mandolin is rubbish compared to Berner), so this size did not suit mine. Like, why is she so fat?

So try to please

I don’t know ... Then someone wrote that they crumble cabbage for salad by 7mm, I don’t understand what happens ..

So this is probably crumbled into cubes, and not shredded in strips!

Stripes, stripes))) It turns out okay, small, juicy, you don't even need to jam the juice. For salads the most is in my opinion. Although who likes it - who is smaller, who is thin and long

And I like to chop cabbage on the Slicer (I have Krups). The thickness is easy to adjust.

I keep the cut perpendicular to the knives, but the shredder is always on a thin insert. This is when you need a little. And a lot - also a slicer.

and laughter and sin ... I so understood that they use an insert for the blocks ... or is it so ??? ... then I don't understand how the strips come out
Venta

No, I meant, an insert for cubes, but I don’t cut it into cubes (and I don’t think it’s worth turning the cabbage back and forth, as if from the same carrot from it, in my opinion, it’s not possible at all), along the length, as usual, the cabbage is finely shredded. I do not like long salads, as it turns out without a knife. One of these days I will try to take a picture, I will show
