Girls, what does this pump look like? Will not work from Zepter. which is from Waxi?

And to what stage should the air be pumped out, how should the pump move - easily or tightly?

Tight enough. And if you open the valve, there should be a fairly sharp whistle. Also, after evacuating the air, wait 5-10 minutes and put your ear to the valve. When the valve can open during the pickling period, it is anticipated ... well, in short, at first there will be a barely audible whistle, and then it will open. There is always a whistle between evacuation and valve opening. Either loud and immediately, or quiet and long. If there is silence, the valve cannot open.
BabaTani
Thanks for experimenting.

Do you still have these pumps in your neighborhood store?
Will it fit VES?
NIZA
I will clarify. I have a VES marinator. Now I specially tried to pump out the air, with an empty flask, it is enough to make 30-40 strokes, in order to feel that the pump is working and a vacuum is created in the flask, then you need to apply some effort

With an empty flask, I rocked easily, without effort, 100 times, maybe more.

Nah ... I've already bought them all!

I have a complete set. I will not recommend it, because out of 5 containers in 2 the valve has already flown off. If they were on sale, I would have bought more, but I don't see. I will say that the price / quality ratio is optimal. For the money, tea is not a Zepter (like all capitalists) - for me it's okay. Yes, and cute. And the pump is often sold separately.
Boo Boo
My pump runs freely. The Mirinator does not open and nothing leaks.
Galinka-Malinka
For me, too, VES everything works fine. In order for the air to go, the pump must be pressed down.

My lid did not stick in any way, it turned out that under sealing gum (not to be confused with the valve) got the remnants of the marinade from the mushrooms. I had to pick out the gum and rinse everything.

And what kind of rubber band ... I don't have one.
Hairpin
Nope ... there is ... this is the butt area on the lid that hugs the flask. That is, the place where the flask and the lid are in contact.

And the truth is (until they poked my nose) ... I ran and looked ... but when they brought me in glasses I looked at everything

Girls, but for some reason it began to open up for me during work, no one has such a thing?

my identity opens ... I looked carefully and saw a crack on the lid, I think it's all because of her

thank you, today I will examine mine and at the same time activate my husband to find a malfunction and fix it
it will be a pity if you cannot fix it, I used it for the 3rd time in total

I (besides my family) work with a marinator in an alliance: a pump from German containers Gipfel, Italian Valira and vacuum bags for clothes - it is the longest, and only 3 - 4 pumps are enough with it. Household marinators
Hairpin
From my vacuum bags for clothes, the pump did not fit the marinator.

Do you have the same pump?
Hairpin
I do not remember how I had a pump for vacuum bags ... It seems that it was yellow-green ... I immediately tried it on to the marinator. Didn't fit ...

Well, I mean that not all pumps for vacuum bags fit the marinator ...

I bought UAH 325 in a nekhnika store before Easter. I use it very often. SATISFIED. Thank you very much. Picnics begin and such a quick pickling is very handy.

There is a Word file, but I'm not finished yet. Maybe wait until the end?
You can write to the Word.
if it is possible for me to send a Word file to my mail. address in PM.

And there are already two answers !!!
Natusichka
GalinkaMalinka! Please write me the recipe for how you marinated the fish, only in great detail, okay? And after how much it can be consumed ...
Galinka-Malinka
Natusichka took the frozen mackerel, cleaned it, put it in the marinator, added 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, 4 tsp. salt, about 3 tbsp. l. seasoning KAMIS for fish, cut the onion into rings. It included a marinator for 2 cycles (I think one is enough). Then I put the fish in a baking tray and bake in the oven. Also marina and tuna (we sell small peeled fish, but instead of onions I cut half a lemon into rings.
zalina74
Girls, I'm worried about the chemical smell from the marinator itself (well, at least the flask doesn't smell). Is that so for everyone? Or ... I've been using it for about a month, and the smell keeps on ...
Galinka-Malinka
zalina74 I almost had no smell, but the instructions indicated that there could be a smell during the first use.

Here I am about the same. The smell does not go away. I have already wiped and washed everything I can (and more than once). The smell comes from the device (especially when it is working) and from rubber parts.

Hello girls. I, too, with a marinator and sooooo happy. I never thought that such soft kebabs could be made even from chicken fillet. By the way, I found it here on the forums so that the meat (any) was softer, add 3 tbsp to the marinade (at the rate of 500 g of meat). tablespoons of water and 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda. Exactly soft !!!! Checked !!!!!

And yesterday I made freshly salted cucumbers. For 1 kg of cucumbers (trim off the ends) a tablespoon of salt, dill and garlic to taste (do not add water). 3 cycles of 9 minutes. Today I treated the employees, everyone liked it
alicef1
girls, I still do not have a marinator, but I use the vacuum system VAKS and vitesse. marinate in cylinders with VACS lids. but I'm thinking about purchasing a marinator.
Tell me, you are writing about cucumbers, and they remain crispy? or soft become? I tried to do it - for some reason they turned out soft for me ?!
nakapustina
And I'm crunching. maybe it depends on the variety, I take soil, for salad, for example, they are rough.
Galinka-Malinka
And I'm crunching

Do you use this recipe? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...=2805.0
if not, write your own, please
in the specified recipe, you need to cut them, but I did it entirely
zalina74
I did it according to the same recipe as in the booklet, like here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...=2805.0... There, cucumbers are cut in half lengthways, poured with hot marind from water, vinegar, salt. I put in dill and garlic. The book is not at hand, then I can write.

Hello everyone, accept me, I'm still quite a beginner. I just ordered it in an Internet store, after reading various reviews. I'm very afraid that I will come across a defective one. TTT, I hope everything works out. I want to ask the question right away, if you marinate a kebab in it, you have to pull out this thing (I don't remember its name), which the meat is beating against?
Leska
The plate is just intended for softening meat - it does not need to be removed.

Girls! My marinator does not rotate! What to do???
And if you don't put the jar, does the wheel rotate?
zalina74
The jar and wheel must be dry, otherwise it is slippery. Sometimes, at first, I help to twist my hand, then the contents are distributed more evenly and ... everything is like clockwork.
marina-132007
I have something sticking there. You turn the stand itself - the wheel begins to spin. And so nothing to spin. What do you think, if you take it to the repair - will they do it?
zalina74
In the repair, I think they will. How about a return?
marina-132007
Do you think they will change?
zalina74
When did they take it? And where?
Galinka-Malinka
alicef1 there are cucumbers you asked for a recipe ...

And I just looked into the topic to unsubscribe a recipe with cucumbers.
alicef1
Thanks for the recipe for cucumbers, I will do
I tried to do it according to other recipes - something I didn't really like
but in general I use a marinator often for the last time I dried cherries and, before putting them in the dryer, "marinated" them in syrup in a marinator. it turned out simple
but honestly I don't know yet if there is a difference: with or without a marinator
Natusichka
alicef1! You got me interested in cherries, can you tell me more ?!
