And I shoved the knuckle there according to Chuchelka's recipe. Why should the unit stand idle!

I also like moderator Anastasia, no vacuum containers. And I bought a marinator for a joint purchase. Nice, cute, useful toy, but it is not worth the money for which they sell in online stores. In Eldorado I saw for 1900 rubles. - and that's expensive. And you can do without it, but ... Sometimes you really want pickled cabbage today, and not tomorrow. And the legs after the marinator are even tastier in the airfryer. And what a salty mackerel! That's it, I can't list any more, I ran home to make cabbage.

Today I marinated the duck in cognac .... And where is it written about mackerel?

And yesterday we marinated a kebab
On the occasion of the electric BBQ we bought a cheap, but decent one. Now with a kebab

Girls, how does your marinator spin slowly or quickly? I have something very slowly, the other day I marinated champignons 500g, so it was spinning so slowly that the mushrooms just floated in the brine and everything, you can say, is in one place

nut, wipe the outside of the container and its edge dry, as well as the roller on the engine - this happens when the surfaces are wet and the wheel slips.

And in more detail you can, though I want to marinate a turkey. How many times have they been launched?
SchuMakher
Harmony I ran 3 cycles (so it seemed to me it would be good, and Hairpin advised), pumping up vacuum every time, otherwise there is not enough for all 3 cycles ... The main thing is not to exceed the weight

Hello! welcome to the forum! And the recipes are already in the topic, if you wait a couple of days, I will try to quickly make a table of contents in the first message of the topic with links to them, and if you don’t want to wait for a glimpse, just skim through the topic, you will definitely find them. You can also use those recipes that you yourself are already using without a marinator, just with a marinator the process will go faster. In principle, there are no special secrets in this matter!

There are but few. Maybe someone else pickled something?

Request to the owners of marinators and dishwashers.
I bought a marinator - they forgot to put the instructions in Russian. I'm waiting, I should bring it. In the meantime, help out, please.
Is the marinator dishwasher safe? I mean the cup.

Thanks in advance for responding
Hairpin
You can have a bowl, but I don't recommend the lid. Like all vacuum caps.
Boo Boo
Better not to wash. Things made from such materials gradually become dull. If the appearance does not bother you, then you can wash, but at a low temperature. I washed at 60 degrees, my whole bowl was covered with small cracks.
dopleta
Apparently it depends on the manufacturer. I wash it every time, and the cup is like new.

Mine is from the joint venture, but every time I wash on the longest program. There temperature 60

Greetings, amateur cooks! Less than a couple of days later, I found this Temka, and even then, thanks to the kind people: -, poked my nose where necessary, otherwise I, out of my naivety, almost refused such a gift, In general, judging by the forum, this I will not have a piece of dust on the shelf, especially meat, fish, grilled vegetables, everyone, without exception, respects here. The only thing that confuses me is that, as one owner of the marinator put it, the air must be evacuated within 12 minutes. Is this really so, or just the little man turned out to be weak?
marinal
nonsense full air is pumped out about 20-30 times and that's it. if something does not come out, or the valve is faulty or the pumping process is wrong
Hairpin
If the pump is broken! If the pump is broken, then you have to vacuum it for a couple of seconds. And if the pump is normal ... then a 60-70% filled marinator takes about a minute. Well, if it's completely empty ... probably a couple of minutes.
NIZA
Well, I rolled out my lip, but it turns out that there are no marinators on free sale, then: (only you need to order through the Internet or in the TOP SHOP, or am I wrong? Help, good people, tell me where you can buy this wonderful marinator in the shortest possible time.
eva10
NIZA, I saw a marinator in Eldorado, but about a month and a half ago. Then she didn't pay attention. It cost about 2 thousand rubles.
dopleta
NIZA, do you have a Telemax network? Maxid? Etc.? They are also sold there.

Hello MARINATOR USERS !!!!! I also really want to and therefore I will ask: if you buy in a store, is it possible to somehow check it about the pump's operation? And then I've read a lot ... and now I'm afraid! How to check it correctly ?! Thank you!

Well, just quickly pump out the air with a pump and create the actual vacuum in the marinator - then the lid cannot be opened with your hands if the air is not admitted with a valve! If everything is in order, then it is done very quickly! Moreover, you can ask the seller in the store to do it - it's his duty!
Hairpin
Easier. You put it on the palm and if the stem does not move almost immediately, then everything is fine.

This is the only way to check the pump. What if it's not just the pump? No, I believe that if you check, then since Tillotama is all completely, so that later you can be sure that everything is absolutely correct. After all, it will take a little time!
Hairpin
I just don't remember having complaints about the valves, only the pump.
And, of course, it is safer!
dopleta
I had a sealing ring off the valve somewhere. The valve is now not held in place. Only by vacuum.

My marinator did not close. First I changed the valve, it still opened. Then I changed the lid, they were crooked. The result is the same. It turned out that I and the bank still had a curve. In general, when I changed everything, it worked.

Hello! Today I also became the proud owner of the marinator. Only I am sure that no one else had such a first turn on. It was a concert, the whole family was holding their bellies in hysterical laughter. In short: I bought it, read the instructions, read what they say on the forums and started turning it on. Everything went well with the base. But with the rest ... I closed the can as expected and began to pump out the air with a pump. This is where it all started. As I did not turn the lid, valve, can, but the vacuum was not created. I suffered for an hour. I put food in the jar so that there was less space for air - it's useless. Then I remembered what people said about the vacuum cleaner. Again, the vacuum cleaner has a miss with a different diameter - it does not work. I ask relatives - the same song. I try the pump on my hand - everything is in order. But how to check the cover ??? Twisted it twisted so what to do? I close the jar with a lid again, remove the gum from the pump and start pumping out the air with my mouth - I see the process has started ... but this prospect - every time I am not satisfied with sucking ... I take the pump again with all my strength, I squeeze it to the lid and start pumping only now it is not fast to drive the air back and forth, but smoothly and listening. Everything worked out. Then I realized my mistake - the pump should be pressed very tightly against the lid, and not held, as I did at the beginning. This is my first acquaintance with the marinator.

Well, if the vacuum cleaner is old, then you can justify the purchase of a new one !!!

Believe it or not. It was enough 3 breaths and the lid could not be removed.

Greetings, dear MARINATOR USERS, I have finally joined you. Yesterday my husband and I went 7 km, thanks to shuska, she suggested where to look for this miracle of technology. I will tell you honestly, the product is so new that the sellers do not even know which side to approach it, let alone advise something. At this point, many thanks to our forum, thanks to you, I at least knew how to check it. In general, out of the 3 marinators offered to us, we chose one, and even then we were not completely sure that there would be any good from it. The pumps worked in all 3, in one of them the valve literally whistled (did not hold air), in 2 the tightness in the flask itself was not preserved. In general, we arrived home with complete confidence that we had just thrown our money down the drain. With a detailed study of this unit, we came to the conclusion that the gasket on the lid is to blame, it was inserted quite tightly, but not evenly, I was afraid to completely remove it, only slightly corrected it. When pumping out air from the flask (literally at the very beginning of the process), we had to press the lid tightly enough and it went like clockwork.
In general, having analyzed everything, we came to the conclusion that all 3 marinators were working, we simply did not have enough intelligence and experience to cope with them. The only thing that is embarrassing when grinding is that it rotates little by little, sometimes slipping slightly, I don't know, maybe this is how it should be? But in the extreme case, you can walk along the edge of the side with sandpaper, so that there is more resistance, but this is already I think of little things.
In general, I am satisfied with the purchase.
Marinated cabbage according to Elena Bo's recipe, it turned out just fabulous.
Sorry if I tired you with my narration, but maybe my little experience will help someone.
By the way, the owner of the store left me the coordinates and assured me that he could bring any equipment to order, the marinator was delivered to me literally in 30 minutes.

NIZA, check if the can and the wheel on the base are dry. This happens if moisture gets there.
marinal
It often happens with me, basically, if I strongly pump air out of the container and the sealing gum strongly pressed by the lid begins to protrude slightly beyond the limits of this very container ... these are mere millimeters, but the design is such that the container when rotating is just these millimeters and is removed from base, and as a result, where the flattened gum (seal) slightly touches the base and this braking is created. This is not a breakdown (I decided so for myself). The easiest way is to remove the cover and pump air.

Hurrah!!! Hello! Take me to your team. Yesterday I bought a marinator! NIZA! It's on your way, at Yura, 7 km! So he gave me the marinator, I contacted him by phone! Thank you very much for your advice! So, yesterday, as soon as I received it, I could not resist right away and cooked a carrot in Korean! Lovely !!!! Now I want to make mushrooms, cabbage, and ..... and the rest - after the end of the post !!!!
fugaska
NIZA how much money does the marinator cost? birthdays ahead, can I give it to someone ...
NIZA
I bought for 400gr, but yesterday I saw it for 350g on the same 7th km.
Natusichka!
I was very glad to help!

I will not take the marinator in this online store (I’m happy that I didn’t have time to pay for the money), because I accidentally came in and saw it, but I couldn’t leave without it and bought 325 UAH from us at TSUM. They checked it for me and now I calmly bastard.
My husband and I did TTTTTunets.
I put fresh tuna in a marinator (I could hardly fit) 3 lemon wedges, 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, herbs (kamis) for fish 1.5 tbsp. l. salt 1 tbsp. l. And start. Then put this fish in the oven for 40 minutes to the bottom of the Thomas onion rings. Fish oboldennnaa. Yum.
They also made our favorite salad, but it's difficult to interfere with it. And in the CLASSSS marinator.
Vitamin salad.
1 raw carrot, grate Korean
1 raw beetroot, grate Korean
1 onion, raw, medium size. Chop finely
half raw medium cabbage, finely chopped
Cut 4-5 potatoes into strips and deep-fry beforehand.
Salt, pepper, mayonnaise dressing to taste. Fold everything into the maritator forward. We had everything ready for 1 cycle. Om-Nom-nom.
Aunt Besya
Girls, can anyone explain to me: Ves marinator, LandLife marinator and 9-minute marinator, which everyone bought under the joint venture, are they different devices? And what marinators had complaints about pumping air, otherwise you don't write brands !!
Boo Boo
I bought it in the joint venture. There were problems with a crooked can.
BabaTani
They gave me VES, but somehow I can't make friends with him.
It seems like the air is pumping out, the lid is pulled, but by the end of the cycle (9 minutes) the marinade begins to leak.
Quote: Valentine

Believe it or not. It was enough 3 breaths and the lid could not be removed.
I can't do that. It is necessary to pump up 50 times or more.
I'm upset.
Hairpin
If the air was pumped out in 1-2 minutes, then the problems are no longer very standard.
Option 1.
Thoroughly wash the lid and the flask so that not a drop of fat remains, there is a glass of water and look. If everything is top type, then this fat got on the edge of the flask, and the lid could hold.

Something I do not remember complaints about Ves. I'm not saying that they are not, I just don't remember ...
BabaTani
And to what stage should the air be pumped out, how should the pump move - easily or tightly?

Quote: Hairpin

I pumped for more than 2 minutes for sure.
