Beans are also different. One is cooked for 30 minutes, and the other for 60. However, both beans are very tasty.

warmed up so gradually, right?
I wonder what this is connected with? Certainly not with traditional cooking methods -
After 30 minutes, the temperature reached 90 degrees, then it became 80 and so far it keeps on. I think that this may be due to the fact that there is no temperature regulation in Ukrainian Shtebs, which means there is no 40 degrees and beyond. I wonder how this mode works in normal Stebs?

Press twice the Heating or Slow simmering button, after which you can change the temperature "
I will finish the experiment with languor and be sure to try to press twice on the Heating, what will I write.

Girls, how to understand your saucepan with a watch or not? ? Now in Ozone there is a promotion for 5990 along with a western saucepan. I don’t know to buy it or Brand 6051. I crashed my Moulinex this morning, and yesterday I turned on the stove under it (but after yesterday it was completely intact - I quickly removed it from the stove)
Rick
On the ozone with a watch. And the characteristics say "delayed start". A clock between two lines on the scoreboard.

Is there a thick or thin saucepan at Shtebe? She's so cool in Moulinex - plump

And I understood spare gum in almost all saucepans, the problem is that they are not

There are rings for Shteba. There are no relatives yet, but it comes from Brand 6050 or from Unit.
The bowl is good. Non-stick heavy.
Antonovka
Masinen,
Masha, thank you !! I am afraid that it will be difficult to adapt to Steba - she is somehow tricky. Now I'm going to the store alive to look at everything

I was now in 2 stores, there is neither Brand nor Shteba ((

Hello everybody!
Which bowl and gasket from other models fits this multicooker.
I have no way to change the original.
The gift bowl came with a scratch inside, the gasket is very odor-absorbing.
I want to order directly from Ozone by mail.
Thank you

They brought steb today, loaded it with buckwheat - the porridge program, 10 minutes, 0.7 bar ... started, after reaching the pressure, the countdown began, after 10 minutes, the temperature appeared on the upper screen, and the time was 4 minutes, steba started periodically squeak, the temperature dropped, the time was counted down somehow too slowly, after 15 minutes (I don't remember exactly) it showed 3 minutes with something ... the temperature dropped to 80-85 ... steba still squeaked periodically. Then I pressed the start / stop button, dashes appeared on the screen. He took out the cooked food, laid it out, washed it, put the bowl back, then loaded the millet into it ...
Then something incomprehensible surfaced, it does not react to the program buttons in any way, when I click on "start / stop" it beeps, it no longer gives any signs of life. I took it out of the socket, zero sense. Is she kirdyk or am I doing something wrong? I read the instructions, there is nothing like that.
ElenkaM
Let's go in order.
After the end of 10 minutes, Shteba switched to the Heating mode and showed not 4 minutes, but 4 hours (the default Heating time). At this time, the temperature drops and the pressure is released. Pressing the Start / Stop button you turned off the mode.
After the millet was loaded, it was necessary to select the Porridge mode, set the time and only then press the Start button.
So there is no kerdyk. Everything is fine. Try again.
Sprig @
Perhaps I should have let her rest. She's all hot. Any technique, if used immediately, must cool down before switching on again.
Vei
I don't think it charges in a row without rest and whims.
krzhemelek
Yes, probably 4 hours, I was wrong .... I tried it, now it is cold, but when you press the program buttons, nothing happens, there are also dashes on the screen. reaction only to "start" - squeaks.
Natalishka
krzhemelek, Do you try with the lid closed?
ElenkaM
You just don't have to press the start, Shteba doesn't understand what they want from her.
Do you click on the program picture itself or on the red dot next to the picture?
The picture shouldn't react. Please try again.
Robin bobin
krzhemelek, try to give her a rest. I also had this a couple of times that she did not want to work for the second time in a row. Otherwise, it works like a clock (mmm).
krzhemelek
Robin bobin, having stood the night, in the morning it did not work ... still apparently faulty. the store said: "call the complaints department tomorrow" ...
Masinen
krzhemelek, if your buttons do not respond, then this 100 percent needs to be changed and there is nothing to discuss.
Good luck !!
krzhemelek
Masinen, I already figured it out. Thank you

Ninelle! So I'm talking about that and that the forum will always help. Imagine how much time Masha or someone else needs to spend to make a list of products. Some need one thing, others another.
I didn't bother with the same eggs. I steamed vegetables for salad and put eggs on them. Well done.
I don't ship on other products either. I know how much to cook on the stove, divide by 3 and set the time. Not ready. You can always add, but in the next. I already know.

"Attempt at writing": Pickle in Steba DD1
notglass
Oh, girls! And laughter and sin. I put the stuffed pepper. I took the peppers from the freezer, did not defrost them absolutely, stuffed them in Stepushka, poured the sauce and the meat on for 30 minutes. Stepych didn't get the pressure as needed and started counting down, then 0.7 periodically blinked. Turns on, turns off. Result: pepper, of course, stewed, but I ruffled my nerves. Conclusion: you need to defrost at least a little so that the temperature is evenly set and pressure builds up. Yes, and I made the sauce thick. It should have been more liquid. But it's still very tasty.
Antonovka
notglass,
Anh, why defrost everything? It's just that in Mulka I often cooked meat straight from the freezer
notglass
Antonovka, no need to defrost at all. Just keep it at room temperature for a while. It turned out that there were small pieces of ice on the pepper, I put everything in a saucepan, the sauce was thick and everything was heated very unevenly. The sauce quickly became hot, and the peppers had just begun to defrost and the temperature sensor reacted inconsistently to the temperature drop. If everything were filled with liquid such as water or tomato juice, the heating would be more uniform and my problem would not arise. Now I cooked peach compote, which was also heavily frozen. Everything was great. There were no drops and failures.

Awesome recommendation! my brain would not have thought of such a thing, even if it had attracted the spinal cord .... Here, and you say there is nothing to discuss and talk about. Now one clever thought will slip through, then another! Divide by three is so easy. I will share ... I hope I can do it without a calculator
Thank you!
Ninelle! So I didn't think of it myself. I read it on some forum, tried it, it works. Not always, of course. It is necessary to correct, but it is convenient to use as a starting point. And after a short time you already know your saucepan and how much it is
what is cooking. You get used to it quickly.

I always have pepper out of the freezer. I immediately put it in a bowl, fill it with sauce (sour cream + ketchup) and add about 100 ml of water! Time 30 minutes for Meat! Everything works well! So you can do absolutely without defrosting!

And the bowls ?! Either they write they do not fit at all, then they write that some are suitable. Maybe just on this issue and make a sign?! With my scratched bowl, I went to MVideo at the Gorod-Lefortovo shopping center, with a consultant we measured everything that was available: both Polarisov's bowls and Redmond's and Filips's. They seem to be almost the same, but either the bottom is more (5 millimeters) convex, then the edge is bent differently
Ninelle, you live in Moscow. Why don’t you want to buy Stebowskaya non-stick? Order, it will come with scratches, refuse. In a day another will be brought
ElenkaM
Ninelle! But the question of the interchangeability of bowls is sooo controversial and without EXTREME necessity, in my opinion, you should not use non-native bowls. You live in Moscow, we have these cups. Look at online stores, order. I don't think it's worth the risk. They didn't bring me a good cup the first time either, but they did bring it ...

Marina, I re-thickened the sauce and it turned out that during the cooking process the sauce did not drip under the ice peppers. And the temperature jumped. Then, 10 minutes before the end of cooking, everything settled down. This is the first time. I used to do it and everything was fine, but then I thought that the unit flew.

Sometimes I put chopped cabbage under the pepper, then everything works out well!

I have a non-stick from Brand, baked in it in Shtebe. Steel no.

Ninelle, I already wrote 2 times, but somehow my message got lost. I have been using a steel bowl for about a month now. ordered on tao bao, absolutely identical in size to the native one, there is only a difference in height of 1 mm and the thickness of the steel in the native bowl is a bit larger, but this does not affect the preparation at all. Now I have no shortage of cups.

Hello, did you manage to change the multicooker? It looks like I have the same option (((
Do you have a problem with the bowl?
GTI Tatiana
No, I have a problem with the multicooker, It looks like it was in operation. On the lid there is a scratch on the inside of the stainless steel, the pipette at the bottom is scratched (on which the pot should be placed), and the bowl with traces of dried water or something else, But it was washed off once, with a stainless steel cleaner.
The truth is, everything works fine.

I read a recommendation for cooking vegetables in that Temka: I did it this way today, I got a chippie.IMHO, it turned out too overcooked for me during this time, we like it to be a bit tough, but I couldn't even get it, it was in the water and fell apart right there. For myself, I made a note of no more than 2 minutes to cook, and if for subsequent baking, then 1 minute is enough for the eyes.

GTI Tatiana, Tatyana, well, if everything works, then use it to your health.
There may be scratches on the lid, maybe glossy plastic and a little something, then a scratch remains.
GTI Tatiana
Masinen,
Thank you for your kind words) I think it's more expensive to venture with the exchange. And the scratch on the inside of the cover is made of stainless steel. Not striking.
I really wanted this particular model, read the forum, picked up a store for a long time, chose and chose ... So I chose)))))))
And yet, with its technical capabilities and aesthetic appearance, it makes me very happy. Thank you very much to all members of the forum for the advice and tips on operation.
Girls, a lot of reviews and recommendations for baking bread. Thank you. My question is about baking bread without yeast, using homemade sourdough. Who has tried the oven at Stebe? The dough is baked, what mode?
I only bake it in the oven according to the 230 g scheme. From 10 min. with steam, release steam, and reduce t to 200, etc. according to the usual scheme for the oven.
Maybe someone has already adapted Steba for this?

Mash, for some reason I didn't see this recipe of yours, but I also cooked it in order to bake it later in the oven under an egg and cheese. I just put the pump in the bowl and half filled it with water. Later I thought that it would be better to steam it on a wire rack.
Masinen
Playful, Oksan, I think you poured a lot of water and that's why it got boiled.
And I fried it and then I closed it with a little water. I had it intact.
Or, yes, it was necessary for a couple.
Matanya
Masinen, girls and boys, and what is the highest temperature you have while languishing?
Alexsa gives a recipe for stewed millet porridge and indicates the temperature while languishing at 86 degrees, I do not exhibit more than 80 degrees .... Or have I misunderstood something? In general, the porridge was half-baked in the morning, although an additional 10 minutes on the mode porridge corrected the situation, the porridge turned out super! But there was a question with the temperature ...
Masinen
Matanya, the temperature changes during simmering up to 88 gr.
It is necessary to press the languish button 2 times and when the temperature flashes, then we change the buttons + \ -.
And 80 grams is the minimum))
I always set the max temperature to Slow.

Len, have you seen my recipe? I made cauliflower and nothing boiled)
The result is a whole cabbage with inflorescences!
GTI Tatiana
Girls, yesterday I put the Milk Corn Porridge on the "languishing". The temperature was set at 85 * C for 6 hours. The degrees in this mode changed from and to 2-3 degrees, (i.e. + -)
In general, how is Steba DD 1 friendly with an accuracy in degrees?
Masinen
Tatyana, the staff keeps the exact temperature. These are the degrees of the temperature sensor changing, because it heats up.
