Our Shtebochka prepares such a tender and airy chocolate curd casserole with raisins!
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco

Moreover, first she prepared sour cream for the casserole, then she cooked the most delicate creamy curd, and then the whole casserole!

I'm also for! but as you start to cook cereals, you think how much liquid and time ...
For example, the other day I cooked barley for a side dish, well, I guessed - for 1 mst of washed cereal 1.4 mst of water (+ liquid remaining in the cereal after washing), 1/2 tsp. salt, porridge 0.7 12 minutes and heating for at least 20 minutes. I cooked in a steel bowl.
Omela
By the way, about porridge. Today for the first time I cooked Hercules ordinary in a steel bowl for 10 minutes 0.3. The ratio is 1: 2.5. It turned out gorgeous !! Almost the same as in a slow cooker. But in Kukushka, under the same conditions, it turns out beee, the oatmeal does not boil over. Oh how.
shl. and the ratio of cereals and water is an individual matter .. someone loves drier, someone thinner.
Masinen
I completely agree with Ksyusha. It's a matter of taste, who likes it. But approximately !! Approximately, you can write)

And I put home chicken, the one that just ran and ate the grains !! Generally oak!
Soup and time 40 minutes, now I'm thinking, is it enough?
lungwort
And I haven't quite figured it out with the bowls yet. I find it better to cook everything in a non-stick bowl. I bought one in Yulmart and only then read the reviews about it on the forum. Two small scratches still make themselves felt.

I cooked such a chicken in Soup for 1 hour, it turned out well (well, for such a product it is quite chewable) I did not release the pressure, after half an hour it stabilized itself, I still made it on Meat for 40 minutes 0.7, it was not cooked ... l 1.5 hours, I had to put the meat for another 20 minutes ...
Masinen
Larissa, Thank you! I want broth first, and then add vegetables and put it for another 10 minutes so that the soup is.
I think I will leave 40 minutes.
Lerele
The day before yesterday I cooked such a chicken, 40 minutes was not enough for me, I added 15. Then I left, and how much it was on the heating, I did not look.
The broth is super, and the chicken lagged behind the bones.

Virgo, where do you get such meat? For 2 years of using pressure cookers, I have never cooked meat for more than 30 minutes. And the meat was different - chickens, and quails, and a rabbit, and a bunny, and a duck, and a turkey and veal (we are such meat eaters). I thought that meat that cannot be cooked in 40 minutes at Shtebe simply does not exist a priori
RybkA
Girls, I have no strength to reread two parts. I'm going to change my Elby, I thought at first to Redmond, but the option that I like is the most expensive one. And then I saw your Shteba, I really liked the style, well, the price is not space. Tell me, is the pan in the set made of stainless steel? Am I getting it right? How is it used? does not stick to it?
Masinen
RybkA, yes that's right, made of stainless steel.
RybkA
Oh, so quickly, thanks))) while editing, already answered))) And nothing sticks to it?
Masinen
Get used to it and will not stick)
Or you can buy a teflon-coated bowl. Suitable from Dex 40 in Ukraine
RybkA
I already realized that basically everyone buys bowls, I will have to look)))
Masinen
You need it for baking. It is impossible to oven in a steel)
RybkA
Can you specify which model of the Dex 40 is, is it from a pressure cooker or a multicooker? Is he alone 40?
Masinen
RybkA, but this I cannot say)
We need Irina, she will tell everything)
Girls, the chicken was cooked in 40 minutes)
RybkA
Irina? Which one? I would appreciate that)
ElenaMart
I'm not Irina, but I will answer. From Dex 40, this is a pressure cooker. Lika_n sells such saucepans on our forum.

Your chicken has definitely been running for more than one year. For the first time I put a homemade chicken for 40 minutes, the meat separated from the bone. Now every time I reduce the time a little and reduced it to 25 minutes. I cooked such a chicken on the stove for 2.5 hours to chew it somehow.

This is from a pressure cooker, the bowl is called DEX Bowl DIP-4, is now available on Fotos.

In my opinion, these are all questions to the manufacturer.
Marina, the manufacturer indicated all his recommendations in the instructions. The rest is a matter of users and the goodwill of the moderator .. after all, it's a lot of work to put everything together. I suggest that everyone write on their own what they want to see in the table. and Masha, if she doesn't mind, will copy this information into the first post as far as possible. I'll start with myself:

Boiled potatoes (in pieces, 6-7 medium pieces) Soup program 10 minutes, 07
Herculean porridge from traditional flakes (1: 2.5) Porridge program 10 minutes, 03
Tanyulya
Buckwheat porridge on water 1/2 Porridge from 7-9 minutes
Rice porridge, millet with milk 1/5 12-15 minutes Porridge 0.3
Roasted Potatoes 25 minutes, 600-700g, cover obliquely, stir once during cooking.
Dumplings, dumplings, 12-15 pieces, 0.5-1 (not full) m.st. water, a little salt, Porridge 3-4 minutes (I cook myself for lunch)
Maybe I forgot
Linadoc

Hello everyone! I went to work, today I was affixed. : drinks_milk: I made boiled pork in Shtebe. It turned out awesome, the only thing I was afraid to oversalt and seasoned more modestly, but it turned out very decently. Then I cooked potatoes in it. I also cooked eggs for salad in it. Eggs are generally beyond praise, in a saucepan they no matter how you catch the moment, for some reason they turn blue (where the yolk is). And in the cartoon it turned out gorgeous in general, for Mimosa just right, the yolk is yellow. Before, I always perverted so that the top was straight yellowish-yellowish. Stebik did everything himself. This T. Fuuuuh. Boasted

Linadoc, And you may ask, how do you lay down the silicone mat when baking bread? To the bottom before proofing the bread? And when you turn it over the same way? Is the rug round at the bottom?

I lay the rug immediately before proofing, after turning over, I return it to the bowl and put the bread on top again. The silicone mat was originally rectangular, I cut it along the bottom of the bowl. The leftovers went into small baking dishes.
Natalishka
Linadoc, Thank you. I'll try to do this. Painfully I liked the bread from Shteba. But the top-bottom is very fried. Do you need to increase the time a little?

Linadoc, Thank you. I'll try to do this. I really liked the bread from Shteba. But the top-bottom is very fried. Do you need to increase the time a little?
I increase by 2-4 minutes, by eye: large volume for 4 minutes, small for 2 minutes.

Approximate cooking time for vegetables on Vegetables 0.7 mode:
carrots -4-5 minutes
cauliflower 4-5 min
turnip 8-10 min
pepper 6-7 minutes
whole young beets 10-12 min
old large beets whole 15-20 min
small young potatoes 5-7 min
half-half potatoes 8-10 min
middle-aged potatoes, whole 10-12 min
jacket potatoes, medium 13-15 min.
frozen vegetables 1-2 minutes
corn on the cob 8-10 min

On the "Meat" mode 0.7:
beef liver 4-5 min
chicken liver 3-4 min
chicken, pre-fried 15-20 min
medium chicken 20-30 min
duck 20-25 min

Sorry. Boiled pork (beef flesh, a long piece, ripped in half to fit in a bowl), stuffed with carrots, garlic, rubbed with Adyghe salt and Ulyapa seasoning, a little pepper, set it to marinate for an hour and a half. Then I fried on all sides in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown (I had an olive mix), Roasting mode - 15 minutes. Turned off the frying. I poured boiling water over it, salted it, added bay leaves, the remnants of carrots, garlic (and forgot the onion), set the meat mode, changed nothing in the program. It was possible to cook less in time, but my beef was rather dry by itself, therefore I cooked it a little longer. At the end of the program, she opened the valve herself. She poured the broth, set the meat to cool.
I cooked eggs and potatoes according to Masha's recipes.

Good evening ! For a long time, I helped a lot with you, I always came to you for a tip, for which THANK YOU VERY MUCH! But I can't find an answer to one question, I ask you for help, tell me please, can anyone believed or have thoughts about this, or maybe intuition? :) HOW TO BOOK RICE FOR SUSHI? GOING TO BOOK 3 m. Art. I did it in a shtebik not very well, I got fried! put for 10 minutes on a pressure of 0.7 rice water in a ratio of 1: 1, I really hope for you
Natalishka
I didn't cook on sushi. And I cooked rice in water 1: 1-8 minutes. I like it. The rice was long grain.
Marina Yar
Linadoc
rice for sushi (preferably round) - rinse several times, cook in a ratio of 1 mstc of rice to 1.25 mstc of water + 1 tsp of salt + 1 tsp of sugar + 1 tsp of apple (wine, rice ...) vinegar - Porridge mode 0.3 12- 15 minutes,
rice, millet, pearl barley on a delay - the ratio with liquid 1: 6-7 Porridge mode 0.3 10 minutes + leave on Heating for 1.5-2 hours.
Porridge on simmering - ratio 1: 5-6, first mode Porridge 0.7 3-5 minutes, then Simmering 88 * 7-8 hours.

I don’t have Shteba, but I can tell you how my cuckoo 1055 works on the "Sushi-rice" program.
Rice: water ratio 1: 1.25.
The first 13 minutes brings to a boil (I suspect that he does it on purpose smoothly and slowly)
then cook for 14 minutes at low pressure,
letting off steam,
and another 16 minutes before the end of the program, the rice is simply infused with low heat.
zoomgsm
Thank you all for participating! I cooked it several times, but in other models and I really want it to be the shtebik who did it! he is omnipotent! I always add the dressing after I have released the pressure, but the water is rice 1: 2, after all, there will be a lot, I always do 1: 1. I was interested in the pressure and time mode! Thanks again ! I decided to test tomorrow!

Not soaked chickpeas - for a side dish 1 hour 40 (weight 450 g); for soup - 1 hour 10 minutes. Meat program.

Oh. And I have potatoes, though usually average, in 10 minutes on the program the vegetables almost crumble in mashed potatoes).

And I have 8 minutes and it's done. I was even surprised myself.

Girls, I'm for advice. Put the compote to cook for 3 minutes in the soup, pressure 0.3. When I arrived, the shteba was already on heating for 5 minutes, the temperature showed only 75 *, the compote was warm, the sugar did not dissolve, I tried it - just the berries filled with water. I.e. original condition. Translated to 0.7 - cooked.
And for others it cooked without problems, it turns out with the Ukrainian staff and then something is wrong with a pressure of 0.3. Honestly, even a biscuit is scary to try to bake.
Masinen
Irina, and in your Stebs 0.3 works differently. We discussed this point.

Irina, did you try to cook compote for 0.7? When I cook something for 0.3, I take the time according to recipes for ordinary multicooker without pressure. And in them the compote is cooked much longer

And for 0.7 I cook cranberry juice. It turns out great. At 0.3, I would probably cook for at least 30 minutes. Well 20 at least
Roza_Irina
At 0.7, the compote boiled perfectly. Simply Alexa cooked compote for 0.3 in only 3 minutes. And so I decided to try. But to see the stem here is different.
I did not bake a biscuit here, there is something to bake in, it was just curious to try. Only bread, which I am insanely happy with.

Maybe Alexa got it wrong? Tomorrow I will try to put the fruit drink at 0.3 for 3 minutes. But, in my opinion, it doesn't work very well for me at 0.3 either (judging by the baked goods). That is why this mode was created - for a longer and more gentle cooking. And for speeds the mode is 0.7. Otherwise, what's the point in the two modes? Although I may be wrong
natalia27
Girls, I decided to try the Vexation mode. While languishing in DEH-60, I often prepare a dairy dessert based on sour cream milk and eggs, a recipe from a slow cooker. But the fact that within 5 minutes the temperature rose from 22 degrees to 82 and only then the countdown began, to put it mildly, is surprising. In DEH-60 and slow cookers, the temperature rises gradually: 1st hour to 45 degrees; 2nd hour to 65 degrees; 3rd hour to 85 and the last 2 hours to 95-98 degrees. In Shteba, in 5 minutes, the temperature rose to 85 degrees and will probably keep it for 5 hours. And what is this longing? In general, the dessert will most likely be spoiled, but I decided to wait until the end of the program, in order to understand whether it is worth using this mode in this unit.

Whoa! And I'm 0.7 for at least 5 minutes. I practically don't use 0.3 at all, somehow this temperature did not take root. Continuous transfer of electricity.)))

I don't cook so many dishes in Shtebe, but only mashed potatoes in it. I put potatoes in a stainless steel bowl, cut them into 2-4-6 pieces depending on the size, pour some milk and water, put butter and salt. Usually the Kasha mode, pressure 0.7, time 10 min. I do not forcibly let off steam, I make mashed potatoes in the same bowl. Very simple, easy and delicious.
How much milk to pour is a matter of taste. I like, not very liquid mashed potatoes, so I pour somewhere to the middle of the potatoes.
And if you do not make mashed potatoes, then the same regimen and time and amount of liquid.
I am wondering if you cook rice so that you can make meatballs from it, in what proportion is it better to take rice-liquid (you should get viscous rice, you don't want to cook in a saucepan on the stove anymore).

Do not cook beans in Shteba in 30 minutes. Raw. I put it on for another hour.
Whoa! And bean puree will not work?)) I already went to look at my notes - no, Porridge / 0.7 small beans 25-30 minutes.
Roza_Irina
I am not at all upset about the compote, it is perfectly prepared for me at 0.7. I just wanted to try the tried and tested recipe they were cooking.
So, girls, you don't need to cook compote on purpose for the sake of my doubts.
