The cake is very tender, take it out of the bucket carefully, not right away - let it cool in the bucket of HP.

Marina, I will definitely make a cake tomorrow according to your recipe (or rather, I want to put the dough in a bread machine, and bake it in the oven). I will definitely report back!
MariS
Evgeshka, I wish you good luck - may everything work out for you!

So, I hasten to report! As promised, I made Easter cakes today according to your recipe. What can I say, I counted the recipe for 300 ml of milk (since I did not bake in a bread maker, but in the oven, and I only wanted dough from the bread maker, which turned out excellent!) And I put 150 g of sugar (my homemade sweet tooth, I wanted to add even more, but I was afraid to spoil the dough, since I just master the bread maker). The dough was made on "mainly with additives", in my HP it is 2 hours 20 minutes. The dough turned out to be almost a full bucket, and before that it was "alive", tender, in general, excellent! I put it in the forms (which I smeared with a non-stick mixture, for the invention of which I bow to its author !!!) and put it on for proofing for 1 hour. She baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Well, here everyone knows his oven and you need to navigate yourself, in the next. since I will shorten the baking time, it turned out a little darkish. The Easter cakes turned out to be weightless, filling the forms by 1/3. A photo report and a tasting report (the first piece of my beloved sister-in-law, I'm waiting for her now) I will definitely provide at the weekend (with a computer for YOU, my daughter will come and help insert a photo). If there are typos, sorry, I got wet all over while typing.
Yes, I forgot to add it, as I increased the sugar rate, watched the bun in the process of mixing, and considered it necessary to add 1 ordinary tablespoon of flour.
MariS
Eugene! : rose: I'm so glad that you liked the recipe and everything worked out for you! You sent me such a detailed report, and if you filmed everything step by step, then you just get a master class!
I hope to see good pictures, otherwise all the beauty is not very visible on mine (I took it almost at night, the photo was old).
You look, in the process of all recounts - mine from "Bork", yours - from mine, you will get some kind of masterpiece as a result of joint creativity!
I don’t know if you got my message about nuts that it is better not to cut them?
Now I want to bake this cake in the oven!
Evgeniya, tell me what kind of non-stick mixture and what size are your molds? Thank you!
eugeshka
From the norm of 510 grams of flour (that is, you increased the given proportions by half), I got 2 cakes in a form for muffins measuring 20.5 cm at the top in diameter (bottom 10 cm), height 10 cm, and 2 Easter cakes measuring at the top diameter 15cm, bottom 7cm, height 6cm.
Non-stick mixture (I found it here, on the site, I don't remember where exactly)
1 glass of lard (fat), 1 glass of vegetable oil (I took odorless), 1 glass of flour (I measured everything in 250g glasses, well, that's as convenient for you, the main thing is to measure with one glass, at least take 300 gr). She mixed everything with a spoon in a saucepan until more or less homogeneous, and beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. I put it in a liter jar. The owner of the recipe wrote that such a mixture is stored for 1 year at room temperature. temp., or in the refrigerator (I put it in the refrigerator). Lubricate the molds with a thin layer of brush. Easter cakes come out beautifully, although before these forms were only lined with paper, there was no other way.
Now about the taste of Easter cake. The sister-in-law really liked the Easter cake, however, for me, it lacks so much gravity, it turned out very airy, but delicious! Thanks again! For Easter I will do it according to your recipe, because for health reasons I cannot walk or stand for a long time, and your recipe is a lifesaver for me !!!
I will expose the cake cut with my daughters at the weekend.
MariS
Thank you, Evgenia, for a detailed answer, a recipe for a non-stick mixture, and I am glad that your sister-in-law liked everything! I will also make such a mixture. And today, without waiting for the recipe for this mixture, I baked a Shrimati cake (from Omela). The mold was smeared with a mixture of lard and rasse. oils. Also not burnt. And I recommend the pie - it's Indian, it grows. butter without eggs and with apples!
All the best!
Grrrr
I brought thanks for a test cake recipe ... The dough when kneading turned out like a charlotte ... I don't know, is it right? ... so I began to add flour ... in general, I added about 7 measuring spoons to a soft kolobok. .. I liked everything about the recipe ... especially the cupola of the cake ... it just feels silky to the touch .... the flesh is good ... the crust is soft ... Great quick recipe ... Thank you!
Sorr for the quality of the photos, they are from the phone ((
MariS
Grrrr, very happy about you! A good cake, porous - and most importantly, what you like!
And the dough is really very tender, but kolobok rule you must always observe and correct the kolobok during kneading, as the local gurus teach. Thanks for the report!

I’ll be responsible for Marina, I put in exactly the baking powder, which is sold in bags, and on which it says "baking powder".
Girls, my remainder of the cake is 2 days old today, but it is soft, and it tastes, I think, even tastier !!! Marinochka, thanks again !!!

and I put baking powder, but if you don't have it, you can replace it with a mixture of soda and citric acid

Gr-r-r - Natasha, as promised, I report that after adding flour (7 tbsp. l) baked cake in the oven. Dough - cooked in KhP. The cake turned out to be very tasty, even better than before. I have already noticed that the old-timers of the site have already switched to the oven from HP - in it the bread is somehow livelier ...

eugeshka, cute Easter cake))

brand new, In the oven, it is definitely better ... yes, with fresh yeast or sourdough ... eh ... I have such an oven that it's easier to hang myself ... I'm not friends with her at all ... but it's a pity ((I just dream of a good ... by the way, I'm glad that the addition of flour improved your cake ... And now the continuation of the "cake epic")

attempt # 2
slightly changed the recipe

  • dry yeast saf-moment 2h. l.
  • wheat flour "Sokolnicheskaya" 470 gr
  • salt 0.75 tsp
  • granulated sugar 100 gr
  • vanillin 2 gr
  • baking powder Dr. Otcher 1.5 tsp.
  • egg 2s 2 pcs
  • butter 60 gr
  • milk 3.2% 200 ml
  • cognac 1 tbsp. l.
  • finely cut lemon zest 1 tbsp. l.
  • raisins full dispenser

size L, light crust, program 3 (basic with raisins) - for x / p Panasonic-2501

1st batch on the "pelmeni" program - mixing products and finishing the dough:
"The gingerbread man should be a cross between the usual wheat and rye, soft,
curls into a boa constrictor and tries to get out of the stove, leaves a damp bedding at the bottom. "
(c) A highlight in the Pokhlebkin cake recipe in x / p.

In 20 minutes of the program, the dough is kneaded well ... then I switched to the main program and did not interfere anymore ...

sl. I didn't melt the butter, just cut it into small pieces
heated milk in the microwave (30 sec at maximum power)
other products at room temperature

the dough rises well, soft, smooth, silky ... with an amazing ridge-like dough smell ...

A flock of hungry households circled around the freshly baked kulich, stretched out their hands to it and moaned, moaning:
"Well, when it cools down, let me break off a piece!"
I steadfastly thrashed their hands with a towel, saying:
"Photos first! Get your hands off!"
... It didn’t help ... they didn’t let it cool down ... his fate was a foregone conclusion long before evening came ...

It is so soft to the touch, with such a delicate crust, with such an indescribable smell ... mmmmmm ... Pulp b yellowish, with an unobtrusive aftertaste of lemon and cognac ...

But the roof was blown up a little again ((((probably it would be worthwhile to intervene and give more proofing ... but nothing ... still ahead)
You can take more eggs (yolks) and butter ...

The verdict was unequivocal - delicious cake!)))

MariS
Natasha, Thank you for creating a new recipe based on my "Borok". Everything worked out great for you and practically a master class! I want to try to bake your way too. But to be honest, I'm so tired - I baked 2-3 recipes a day for 3 days according to several recipes. The rest of the household chores has not been canceled. I would like to take a time-out, but ... you go to our site and ... you bake something again!
It's great, Natasha, that we now have two based on one recipe. But this is correct, because everyone adjusts the recipe for himself and his family and gets his own!
Thanks again and Happy Holidays!
Grrrr
and you, Marish, thank you) If it were not for your "Bork", I would be looking for something else, but as they say, simple and tasteful) there is a basis, God will give the rest): girl_haha: we will rest and again into battle) and you with the holidays, suns)
MariS
Natasha, tell me, pzhl, do you use a food processor or a car? I want to buy Kenwood KM266. There is a meat grinder and enough power. But, suddenly, there is something cheaper with the same power ...

But on Easter cakes, the rule of kolobok and does not apply!! Look at the recipes for cakes from the "guru", where the dough turns out to be watery !!!!!!!! Don't run over people.

: yes: honestly, and this was not in my thoughts ... especially since the second sample turned out according to cake rules)

Easter cake (based on the recipe for the Bork bread maker)
Today I tried my recipe from "Bork" from "Nordic" flour. This flour does not need to be added - everything is strictly according to the recipe. The dough turned out to be not as airy as with our premium flour. So choose - who loves which dough. Baked in the oven at 180C for 50 minutes. We got such cakes. Molds with a diameter of 12 cm, height 8. It turned out two Easter cakes.
Tasha
Marish, does baking powder get in the way of this recipe? As far as I know, soda has a depressing effect on yeast ...
Is it really the ingredient in the standard recipes?
Now I will put into practice your recipe in HP ... your turn has come: 0) I am preparing for the Easter holidays, so to speak ...
MypaIIIuk
ME is also interested in the question of baking powder. Lay it along with all the spices?
MariS
Natasha, Anastasia! Thanks for your interest in the recipe!
What good fellows you are - prepare in advance for Easter!
I indicated everything according to the recipe from the instructions, everything turned out great both in the HP and in the oven.
I baked a lot - I made two visits (I treated everyone I could). The taste pleased everyone.
There was no time to experiment on the last holiday ... If you do it and share it, I will be very grateful!
Baking powder is added along with the rest of the ingredients.
Sonadora
Marish, exactly! Here they are, in multi-colored shells!
MariS
Man, unfortunately, they are not very clearly visible ... For a treat - very original.
Sonadora
Marish, then we need to repeat and describe the process in detail!

Marina, since we will not buy scales, can you tell me 340g of flour is how many measuring cups for the BORK X500 stove or maybe an ordinary faceted glass?
deer30
And another question, because I'm just learning, tell me what kind of glaze can be made on sandpipers?
MariS
deer30,a measuring glass from "Borka500", as far as I remember 130-135 g (depending on the quality of flour). I have not been using a glass for a long time, because all the ingredients in the recipes are given in grams and I bought the scales. There is a topic here on the website about measuring containers - enter the search engine, you will find there, while there are no scales, use it. But the scales will eventually be needed.

I made different glaze.
Just a syrup of sugar and juice (water), then you can sprinkle coconut on top of the syrup. Classic protein glaze with sugar. On this topic, you can also use the search engine - at the top is the "find" button.
Good luck to you!

Marina thank you very much for your advice. Yesterday I baked a cake, put 2.5 cups of flour + a couple of st. L., turned out with a bang, very tasty, so tender. I decided to treat everyone for Easter. THANK YOU
MariS
olenka30, very happy for you!
Bake for good health and for the joy of loved ones! Good luck to you!
Zlatovlaska
Hurrah! I also got a cake, I decided to bake trial ones, otherwise I never got Easter cakes. though I probably added 120 grams of flour to the main recipe and replaced some of the butter with lard. HP kneaded everything, but I just put it into molds and into the oven, which is so quick and simple and very tasty! I didn't even try hard, but everything worked out.
Thank you very much for the recipe!

Anastasia, Thank you. I am glad that I liked the cake!
I also liked this recipe precisely for its simplicity.
And most importantly - the cakes are also delicious!
And I will bake my Easter cakes on Maundy Thursday and also according to this recipe - it has been checked many times, moreover, the costs are minimal.
Kapriz
Thanks for the recipe !!! I decided to try it in advance today))) The cake turned out to be excellent: airy, beautiful. The only thing was that I didn't add spices, I baked it purely with raisins.Weighed sugar and flour on a scale, Pacmaya yeast. Now I will definitely bake it for Easter! I'll post the photos later. Yes, Scarlett bread machine, 750 gr., Light crust, "Sweet" setting and 10 min. baked on "Pastry", otherwise the top crust was quite pale)))

I am very happy, Yuliathat I liked the cake! Bake for good health!
I also baked mine today: I made the dough in KhP, and baked it in the oven. I've baked Easter lambs - tomorrow I'll take everyone some presents. The main thing remains - to paint the eggs, but this is in the evening ...
MariV
Marina, how to bake a cake - the eternal question, which one to choose again, so that it is tasty and unspoiled? I have my own collection - a large one, but everything is so difficult ... And I will bake this year according to your recipe! I think it will be the most!

Indeed, Ol, take a swing or something - a simple one after all! I was just thinking about it myself ... Telepathy, however. I also want it again !!!
Dosa
Good evening! Please tell me which mode should be set on HP, I don’t understand something
MariS
Dosa, the recipe says "Basic" mode. You can also bake in the oven, just knead the dough in the KhP using the "Dough" program. Today I did just that. Happy baking!
