Liana, I also remember, it was like that for someone, but I don’t remember how it ended. Maybe not in the subject, but it seems that someone opened the lid after turning the valve from closed to "open" and back. But it seems, if it is not cooled down after cooking. And you can also push the curtain that is on the small valve. If you can see it, then it just interferes with the opening.

amargar, recipe in the studio! Night outside the window, and here you are with your roll, well, how can you show appetizing beauty at night?
So there is no recipe as such, everything is arbitrary. Piece of pork ham kg. by 1.5, salt and pepper on both sides, I often soak the meat in kefir, this time there was no kefir, so I just smeared it with yogurt, rolled it up and tied it with silicone cords. Inside the roll I put a chopped clove of garlic, some pumpkin, a few lingonberries and coarsely chopped onions (as for me, the onions were superfluous), put everything in a bag and vacuumized. I left it in the refrigerator overnight. I cooked in a staff at 68 gr. 4 hours. At the end, I changed the shock therapy and for the last 2 hours in the refrigerator

There was a problem with closing the lid. But with the opening has not yet been. Is your float low? It happens that the silicone ring is strongly adhered to the bowl.

Su-Vid and all the subtleties of technology

Good day!
Help please, this problem:
one.Yesterday I was preparing an incomparable pea soup, after cooking I washed the bowl, removed the O-ring, washed it and dried it. This morning I cooked porridge, but the smell of the soup has not disappeared. What to do next? Maybe there are subtleties when washing or you can buy an additional sealant to cook milk porridge and pastries with it?
2. Put the steam omelet on for 10 minutes (steam program), the valve is open. She poured a liter of water. After a couple of minutes, water began to spray from the valve, steam came out but not much. After another couple of minutes, Shteba began to emit a sound signal. I had to turn it off. What's my mistake? I read the manual in which it is indicated that the seal was not correctly installed ... yes, it seemed to me that it seemed to hang out, turned it around, installed it again.
Hope for your answers !!!
Thank you in advance!!!
Masinen
Good day)
I turn the lid over at night so that it airs. I put those with the handle down. I do this if I cooked something aromatic)
Regarding steam, in general, the sound signal goes when the valve is closed. And on your turn.
What happened when you straightened the ring? It is still new, it can hang out, and then sits down as it should.
Aileenmcv
Maria, thanks for the answer! Yes, I also turned the lid over and left it overnight. The smell, alas, remained on the ring.
The ring really dangles a little. The valve was definitely open, splashing out of it, but the lid was blocked. The beep confused me ((I didn't experiment with steam anymore, I'll try again.
Mar_k
Or maybe the bowl with the omelet was high, and the omelet rose too high and hit the valve and hammered it, too much pressure was created and therefore splattered from the valve! Steam still escapes quietly through the closed valve, it regulates the internal pressure.
Aileenmcv
Omelet pan low, prepared small portion for baby. Unfortunately, he did not even have time to rise. Later I cooked and decided at the end of the program to forcibly release the pressure by turning the valve, and it began to spray out of it along with steam. Maybe this is the way it should be, but when I cooked the soup it was not. I'm upset so far. I read on the forum how to disassemble the valve, I'll try to see what happens.
Mar_k
In general, I have the same! Condensation accumulates on the lid, and the water itself begins to boil even more and, under strong pressure, is thrown onto the gun, if the pressure is suddenly and forcibly released! Usually after the program, it is recommended to wait a little to equalize the pressure, and then slowly start to lower it, then there will be no such fountain!
Aileenmcv
Thank you, Marin! I will understand further. So far, the cooked soup and pilaf impressed me very much, only the steam program upset me.

Alexandra, do not worry about the Steam program, I have never used it at all, although I often cook for steam, and I cook fish, and mashed potatoes, and I also steam beets, only I put them on a different mode. I cooked with Meat, Vegetables, and Fish, just changing the pressure and cooking time, everything turns out great! Most often I use the program Meat, I cook potatoes on it for 6-7 minutes, pressure 0.7, water for creating steam 1 multi-glass, beets in the same way, only 15 minutes, fish for 10 minutes, pressure 0.3. I like to cook porridge on languishing in the night, although, if necessary quickly, I cook porridge for 6-7 minutes, pressure 0.3, and then wait until it subsides itself. You play with pressure and time and find the best options for you.
Everyone adjusts Stebik for themselves, and everyone cooks in their own way, but I think it's worth sharing your methods and best practices
Aileenmcv

Also, I'm not going to make noodles, and even for the first time. There is a Mercato machine, a bunch of recipes, I bought solid semolina, it’s just a little start to master all this. And then such a wonderful recipe arrived in time, and even with mushrooms. Mikhail, so we told you that it was necessary to bring it to a boil, and then to languish) and the potatoes are generally capricious, they turn out oak even in slow cookers. It is necessary to choose the right variety of potatoes for languishing)
So everything worked out for you)
For languishing, you need not white potatoes, but yellow ones, they are soft)

I think so, it was necessary to first select the program Meat, at least for 5-10 minutes, and then transfer to Simmering. Potatoes are very starchy, you need a high temperature first!

Of course, I don't have such a unit, but I'll assume that in the Slow Cooker the program algorithm is slightly different from the MB! For example, I mainly make soups on the Stew in MV program, and there the main temperature is 90 g, but it boils slightly, this suggests that it is initially brought to a boil and then decreases to 90 g! Of course, it may not be up to 100 grams, but close to that!

I really wanted to buy a pressure cooker with a stainless steel bowl. She turned her attention to Shteba. I asked my questions here in the topic, got answers and decided to buy it. I ordered it in Ozone and cooked pea soup on the very first day. Imagine my surprise when, after washing the pan, I found several chips at the bottom of the stainless steel bowl. I have been friends with stainless steel in the kitchen for a long time, I know how to take care of it: I remove salt stains and boiling water with specials. funds and lemon. But these were just chips.
Maybe there is nothing wrong with these chips, but thoughts immediately appeared in my head: what the Chinese had mixed into this alloy; what if something is released into food when cooking; what I feed my family.
Without thinking twice, I took it back to Ozone and handed it over. Ozone returned the money immediately, without examination.
I know that at one time Brand had a similar situation with stainless steel bowls, but they recalled these products from sale.
Although I liked the overall functionality of the Shteba, the bowl in the pressure cooker is everything.
Nobody complained about the Shteba bowl here on the forum, but I was not so lucky with it.

Tatyana, wow ... I sympathize with you. My family is shuffling around this bowl with all sorts of iron, there are a few traces on the bottom, but chips. Did you cook pea soup with bones? Did they split it there? I've cooked bones many times - nothing.
It's a shame you didn't take a picture of these chips for us to look at.
But Brand, by the way, had a completely different situation. At that time I followed their topic - there were all bad bowls. And in Shtebe - you are the first case.

Do you have any idea what a chip is? How can it form on a stainless steel? Steel can DENT from impact. You can see the surface is covered with invisible enamel ...
This is another fantasy (from another person), whose cutlets fit more in another cartoon on approximately the same area of bowls and cutlets were obtained by others with the same recipe and minced meat composition ...
Something is suspicious ...
Precisely mixed. Here I will cut off a piece of the bowl and hand it over for examination

Igor, yes you are right, most of all there were not chips, but like dents or the production process went wrong and there were notches. But there can be no chips on the steel.
It's just that the person explained this, and called it a chip)

I answer all in order.
Masinen, the bowl was perfect when buying, there were no defects.
Robin Bobin, I made the soup with bones.
igorechek, I can imagine what a chip is and there can be no chips on a stainless steel, but in my copy there is such a defect.
What suspicions do you have, and for what? I didn't even compare Steba with other pressure cookers that I have.
If you hand over your cup for examination, you will do great good for everyone.
Admin, I couldn't take a photo, the stainless steel glares and the bowl defects are not visible in the photo.
