Hello everyone! now take me to your company, after reading you, I decided that I also need it. Finally, it was delivered to me today, (somewhere above, someone wrote that Shteba loves to send used first.) I can assure you that in Germany the same problem, first they sent it used, though they took it back without any problems and sent a new one. the first flight is normal, I already managed to cook duck legs with potatoes. I haven't tried it myself yet, but my son said it was delicious.

Girls hello everyone! I looked at your pastries in a Teflon bowl, I ordered myself, today I received a bowl, I ordered it from Ozone, the bowl has a couple of scratches inside, I decided to leave it to me not critical. and a book with recipes came with a bowl. When I bought a saucepan, there were no recipes, now I will bake with you
Masinen
Lena, did the right thing) if superficial scratches, then nothing terrible. I, too, was worn, but this did not affect the baking in any way)

I also baked Mashunin bread in steel. Class! It will probably be even better in Teflon, I have not baked in it yet
Masinen
Len, thanks))
Yesterday I depicted bread with corn flour, though in KhP) it is necessary to bake in Shteba and lay out the recipe. So delicious and tender came out.
Here is the recipe, I put everything by eye)
Water 280 ml
1 egg
1 tbsp honey (buckwheat)
1 tsp salt
Wheat flour 350 gr
Corn flour 150 gr
30 gr butter warm
Fresh yeast 10 gr
And we look after the bun and in the process I added 2-3 tbsp of wheat flour)
I advise)

Great recipe! Masha, I have corn grits, if twisted in a coffee grinder will be like flour. Masha and I bought a harvester, maybe in it to knead dough for bread
Masinen
Try it, just finely grind it. Knead in a food processor, bake in a shteba and proof them in a shteba for 35 gr.
Yes, it's better to bake bread on Roasting)
And what kind of harvester did I buy, if not a secret)) curiosity))

Hello everyone! It's my turn to torment you with questions!
Quote: masinen

First experiments.
Boiled on Steam for 10 minutes with lemon. The valve is open. It boiled quickly, I didn't time the time, but it felt fast. After boiling, the countdown began.

That's how I did it! It boiled after 10 seconds (poured hot water), a stream of steam went through the valve, a little spray, and the countdown did not turn on - it boiled for 8 minutes, then turned it off.
The question is, what should the countdown have reacted to and how will pressure build up when the valve is open?
Larssevsk
Quote: masinen

I also have Boshik Mum 4 series))) I'm happy))

Masha, will you throw off the link to your Boshik?
Masinen
There will be no pressure when the valve is open. And the countdown, as I understand it, reacts to a certain temperature.
By the way, some users close the valve and they count down.
So you can not really freeze with Steam)

She clearly stands on the side of the bowl. Due to the silicone, it does not scratch or slide off. When you fry, the spray does not fly and you can see the truncated

The conclusion is this:
- for raw meat - the piece is not dry, as after ordinary cooking. Marinade gave flavor, such juicy fragrant boiled beef!
- grilled meat - it turned out to be juicier than just grilled meat

In general, everything is delicious, but the pieces should not be taken from the cuttings, but probably the neck parts! I will experiment!

In general, we have something calm ...
Quote: masinen

Yeah, weekend)) hostesses are resting)

Yes Yes Yes! I'm talking about trying to relax! First there was rice milk porridge - milk bubbles from the floating valve and steam from under the lid. I remember: I need to fix the ring, I'm trying to bleed off steam - Shteba pissed at me so hard that I turned it off out of fright. She straightened the lid and turned it on again, finished it to the end. It turned out to be a porridge of good density, cream color, with curdled milk (why roll up there in the "House in the Country"?)
Then there was the plum pie. In add. I laid out the dough bowl, beautifully poured plums, closed the lid obliquely and turned on the "Roasting". In my opinion, I turned on this mode 3 times - the pie kept rising and rising, the smell is amazing - but the top and middle are completely raw. I baked it in the oven, it turned out a delicious cake with a Negro bottom
And finally - oatmeal porridge, already without bubbles and steam from under the lid, and a very appetizing porridge turned out - I think we began to understand each other.
Thanks to everyone who helps to master this magic saucepan. I really want to make friends with it, well, I really like it!
Masinen
Olga, and now we bake pies on the Kasha mode, pressure 0.3. And nothing burns and everything is baked. Time for a pie with plums 1 hour 10 minutes))

Errors:
1. Made in a Teflon bowl, the heat was distributed and the alder did not give off a smell (the steel bowl was filled with soup)
2. The fish was not the same (I took the cod steaks, but it is rather dry for smoking)

I will practice further

It's a pity that it didn't work out!

It's a pity for the Teflon bowl, it's better not to use it, to keep it ...

I just tried roasting, but ... I used the wrong bowl. Alder did not give a smell because of this. Or maybe the alder was not very good. Come on, I'll try in a steel one and draw conclusions. And we'll wait for Marinochkin's chicken
Mar_k
Yes, I made a chicken! I will post the photo after the final photo session, it is put in the refrigerator until it cools completely! And the impressions are the best! The result is delicious, the alder aroma is felt. Yes, and I would not say that it turned out boiled, but boiled-smoked - yes! The only thing I have somewhere at the end leaked juice on the sawdust (when they become scared and burned the foil in the places where the grate was). And the pressure was created due to the released juice - this is in an hour! The crust turned slightly yellow.
I smoked fish on the Roasting!
Chicken Roasting 30 min + Meat 1 h 30 min. Plsle switching off the mode T = 110 gr.

Generally I liked it! So you can do it to the table or on a salad for a change.
ElenkaM
Oh, how interesting about the chicken! I won't say that I'm a fan of smoked food, but sometimes I really want to.
I don't want to buy a smokehouse, there is nowhere to put it, and I won't do it often.

And today I prepared another tasty treat from Serge Markovich. Serbian pleskovitsa. Very tasty!
The recipe is posted.

Chicken Roasting 30 min + Meat 1 h 30 min. Plsle switching off the mode T = 110 gr.
Marina, probably, after all, the chicken-meat should be done, too, all the time on frying. The bottom temperature is needed more than 110 * for a good release of the sawdust odor. And, probably, it is necessary to put the valve in the "open" position, so that humid air is slowly bleed out, and it looks more like not a boiled product.
And to put a steel bowl, not aluminum - definitely.
Mar_k
Well, here's the chicken. First, I kept it in a marinade (soy sauce + Provencal herbs + sugar) overnight. Roasting program 30 min + Meat +1 h 30 min.
After one hour of total time, the valve closed and the MV worked under pressure for 1 hour. After how the program completed its work T = 110 gr. (in photo 109 - while I was going to photograph the temperature dropped).
It turned out quite tasty, the alder aroma is present, but not very intense, I think due to the fact that my foil burned out and the juice flowed into the bowl to the sawdust, but that was almost at the very end. The chicken has acquired a light yellow tint (if you hold it in liquid smoke, it will be like in a store in color). The sawdust turned black.
