I read exactly that here many ordered from this store.

Great!
I wonder which model comes with or without a watch and with which steamer?
And were those who ordered in this store satisfied?
I am gradually mastering this Temko and I want to say THANK YOU to everyone! You can feel a very kind and positive energy from the participants of this forum, it smells right here of delicious food and homemade pies !, here everyone is welcome and ready to help everyone!

Masha, you have such delights)))
And today I have a super quick dinner - pasta and vegetables. I had to leave for the whole day, and while I was away, the guys grinded buckwheat with meat and casserole, arrived - they are already hungry, and there was almost nothing at home. Here, I took out a package of vegetables from the freezer, ready, fried it, added a little sour cream, tomato, oregano, fried it more, added pasta, water, 7 minutes with a closed valve on frying. I'm just shocked - from such nonsense, such a yummy turned out
I even took a picture, if I like the pictures, maybe I'll make a recipe.

Masha, I read your topic from the first page, I liked the shortcut so much in terms of functionality, it stops only the inability to put it somewhere, or to give something to someone ....., tell me this in 20 minutes on frying it turns out? Sooo impressed, and judging by the photo, it was baked completely, but did you do it under pressure?
Masinen
I always bake roasted bread in it. This mode is without pressure, but very active)) therefore it is baked in such a short time)
Yes, 20 minutes is enough. But the top comes out not tanned, then you need to turn it over and turn it on for another 10 minutes.
And this bread, I browned in the oven, it was a pity to lose the fluffy top))
And most importantly, the bread always turns out excellent)
By the way, Shteba does not take up much space, due to its cubic shape, you can stick it into any corner))

My sweet couple! What would I do without them?
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
taty327
Aha! I still think, how did we do without all these our assistants and assistants before? I wanted to buy my mom, so she doesn't need to - and everything here, he says, is easier for me the way I'm used to ... And she is not one of those to whom you can just bring and hand, you need to feel and want ... So I tell her from time to time about the miracles of technology, I already heard interest in her voice, maybe it will mature. On the other hand, does she need it alone? There are three of us, sometimes the fourth resorts to something tasty ... And who is there for mom to eat? We rarely visit her ...
Masinen
My mother is also very conservative)) She used the staff at one time, and then stopped.
But I seduced her into a slow cooker). Here she drives her into the tail and into the mane)
Apparently everyone needs to find their own device)
Mar_k
My mother appreciated the device right away, she made her work much easier !!! But the mother-in-law is still that conservative! I came to her from the multicooker to walk and not waste time cooking - I offered her, but she refused !!! And she herself does not have enough time, they live in two, but still the old fashioned way!
And our Shtebochki are great!
Today I cooked meat for pancakes in it - in 1 hour a large piece of beef was well cooked, you can make it out with your hands! And the meat is delicious and water at least !!!

Yes, Marina, almost the same, only weighed the salt here for 1.3 kg of turkey 25 g. In the previous one there was more, my husband asked to reduce the amount of salt, it turned out great, not to subtract, not to add ...

Sveta, we have a similar story with our mother-in-law. At first, they almost twisted my finger at my temple with my s-mania, and now I am also interested. Only I am not telling, but I am treating - now a casserole, now a charlotte, now just soup. Her praise pleases me - it means that I really began to cook better with Shteba. And easier, faster

Hello! I keep my eye on the second saucepan. Would you advise, would you take Shteba, having 54yu Cook, and why? Thanks everyone for the help.
Masinen
I can't compare with a cookie, because I don't have it.
But the only thing I can say for sure is that these are two different pressure cookers.
So it is possible that they will complement each other))
Pilgrim73
I have Cook 1054 and in addition to it I took Shteba:
- one pressure cooker is not enough for me, I use two daily
- some dishes can be cooked faster in it (the cuckoo takes off steam longer)
- simple to the point of impossibility (when Shteba is busy, but you need to cook porridge in milk, you have to remember how many degrees and minutes to set for cooking various cereals so that the milk does not run away, in Shteba you poke the porridge mode, the default is 15 minutes and that's it)
- the presence of a metal bowl (although I also have a stainless steel bowl in the Cuckoo)
In general, these are of course completely different pressure cookers; it is not correct to compare induction with ten. Something is better in one, something in the other. As an addition to Cook's work, I would highly recommend Stebu. When I ordered Stebu in September, I didn't quite understand why I needed a third pressure cooker, I just wanted to buy one. And recently I told my husband how I used to live without Shteba, I don't know! I am very happy with her!
V-Vera-61
Hallo, girls and little chicks !!!
I have been cooking in marfush for 6 years, but in September 2 flew at once - Morphis and the Chef,
not upset ", bought Shinbo. Not bad, but I want something better, because yesterday I dropped my fork
in a ceramic cup and honey agarics "...
liked "Staba, phoned the manufacturer in Germany.
Answer: In Germany, they do not sell coated cups for Steba,
and they produce "only" for Russia.
Whoa ...
the question is, who eats "ideas, how can I get an extra cup to Banquet.
goldenmedium
I also want to clarify about the bowls. At Shteba, only native bowls can be used or someone else is suitable. I don't like teflon. I would like ceramics. Are there stainless steel bowls for sale anywhere?
Masinen
I will answer you) only if you order it from Russia or ask your friends to send you a cup)
No other way))

Bowls from other multicooker do not fit the shte, because her bowl is wide but low.
And the steel ones are not on sale, only Teflon bowls are Very Good)

Girls, hello everyone !!!! They just brought my Shtebochka and a Teflon bowl with a lid to it, the courier opened everything in front of me, checked the coating, he also said that the first batch is almost all defective, I'm also sooooo glad that the saucepans from the pressure cooker fit it and naturally the sealing ring so that the interchangeability is complete ........

Beautiful dumplings, and made a mold? Girls now put a cupcake, tell me, the lid is oblique, and the valve is open at the same time? And if it is open, then why put the lid obliquely?

And yet, the countdown will start after heating, right? And the pressure on the scoreboard is not displayed?
Oh, here the pressure is highlighted, the countdown has started and the lamp on the "porridge" program is blinking, is everything correct? And it smells like plastic, I had to boil water with lemon ...
Masinen
We make baking on Kasha pressure 0.3. The valve is all the same, because there is no pressure. Close the lid)

That is, there is no pressure on porridge, or on all programs, if we set the pressure to 0.3? Or on other programs 0.3 can not be set manually?

You know, this was the first batch of bowls so unfortunate. But the company fixed everything and now the bowls from the new batch are normal without damage.
Those bad bowls remained in the yulmart, they did not write them off, and they circle around the shops. Others have excellent bowls, such as ozon, or nome-helpers, ozonto.

Maria, thanks for the information, otherwise I won't order it. I thought in Yulmart, and immediately for my Panasenki, now I'll take it in Ozone. At last!
I want to try to bake bread in it

p. from. I made cottage cheese several times and noticed that, firstly, it is better not to interfere with different products.
For the first time I mixed milk with kefir. It turned out well, but for some reason, when I make only milk or only kefir, cottage cheese is tastier. The most delicious one turned out from pasteurized milk, which stood for an extra month and a half, poured it into a bottle of kefir, covered it with a lid, for a day or a day on the table (I looked at the consistency), then in a cartoon, then everything is like in the recipe. Delicious
Maria, thanks for the recipe!

Elena, not at all)
I am always ready to share information))
Yes, the bread in Shtebochka is gorgeous, and it is convenient to prove it)

I wonder why there are no nonstick bowls in Germany. Are they only released for Russia?
Masinen
I think because the Germans don't need them)) Give us the Russians, we want to bake pies))

Girls, hello !!!! I suffered for a long time with the choice and bought Shtebochka. Today, to celebrate, I cooked oatmeal porridge. She's burnt. I put a stainless steel bowl to sour with water. There was a trace of porridge, and I scrabbled with a teaspoon. Now here are the scratches !!!!! What to do??? This is the end??? Now I just realized that I had to cook in Teflon. I bought it right away in Yulmart along with the cartoon. Waiting for your answers !!!!

Almost every day I cook rice porridge in Shteba in stainless steel, I have never used Teflon. Nothing burns. I cook according to a recipe from the forum from our section pressure 03 and 15 minutes 1 MC of cereal and water and 0.5 liters of milk. On frying, other dishes, if they burned a little, soaked with soda and a soft iron washcloth, everything goes well. You wouldn't need a spoon ...

Why is it the end? What is the end for? For a stainless steel bowl? And what will she get from these scratches? This is not a coating on a dubious aluminum alloy composition. It is stainless steel throughout the entire depth of the bowl. Nothing will happen to her. It's just ugly. And FSE

Girls from Ukraine! Today I ordered a Steba sandwich maker from an internet store and asked a consultant about this slow cooker. He made me very happy, said that she was entering our territory for the first time and would be on sale next week. He promised to call me back. He does not know the complete set with bowls, it will cost within 1500 UAH. So it doesn't take long to wait. I would like to join you with this slow cooker.
Oh, will they understand me at home with such a multi-cooker park.

Strange, today I also cooked rolled oats for my son in Shteba: half a multi-glass of cereal per glass of water + a glass of milk, and most importantly: pressure 0.3. Nothing burnt, did not run away, the porridge is just super. In general, porridge at a pressure of 0.3 turns out to be wonderful
I also received Beloboka that week. So I waited for her, now I walk around her in circles, but it's scary to do something, I'm afraid to do garbage
And today I made lagman in Shteba, cooked for the first time in my life. True, I was too lazy to make the noodles myself, because I'm waiting for the noodle cutter when it comes, I bought a lagman one. In general, there is nothing left, I think this is the best indicator of deliciousness

Burnt most likely due to a small amount of liquid.
The pressure should be set to 0.3 and the time is 10 minutes, no more)
Yes, the proportions of 1 tbsp of long-boiled oatmeal and 3 tbsp of water.
If you took quick-boiled flakes, then they burn in any bowl and multicore and pressure cooker $
And the fact that the bowl was squeezed, then it's okay $
Ewangelina
Thank you girls, thank you suns !!!! Yes, I cooked according to the recipe in the book attached to the Shteba. 1 glass of rolled oats, 1 m glass of water and 1 m glass of milk. The pressure was 0.7 and 1 min, then it took 3 minutes to heat up, and I held it for 15 minutes. Now I will cook only according to your recipes. Thank you very much again, calmed down !!!!

Hello everybody . I bought myself such a slow cooker quite by accident, did not even bother to look in the internet, and when I wanted to cook something, I began to look for help on the internet. I came across this stronichka and how glad I was just not to describe it. : girl_claping: How clear and beautiful everything is here. I've been cooking for the third day according to your recipes. Girls, hello everyone! Thanks to Maria's efforts, my Shtebochka Mashenka came to me, thank you very much! I will not tire of thanking

Today I decided to start with the main thing. I am making dough for biscuit, I will bake in Shteba. In this regard, the question is, for how long to put? I know that the pressure should be set to 0.3, the valve is open.

And off topic, I bought a Bosch Mum mixer, I will make the dough in it. Which whisk to whisk, round or flatter? Or at first round and then when the eggs are beaten well, rearrange the flat whisk, stir it by adding flour? I will make the dough in a simplified version, I do not divide the eggs into whites and yolks, but beat together. I apologize for writing about the mixer here

Whisk with a round whisk, and stir in the flour with your hands or at sooooo low speed, but I would recommend adding it with your hands for the first time.
I put the biscuit for 1h10 or 1h20 minutes, pressure 0.3 for 5-6 eggs. The valve is not important: open or closed.

Baking in the Kasha mode, we set the pressure to 0.3 for at least 50 minutes and further)
There is no pressure release button. Or we are waiting for the temperature to drop to 95 grams and there should be no pressure. Or we lower it by forcibly turning the valve to the open position, those in the direction of the holes on the cover.
