For example, I darted between the two Pressure cookers, but Shteba is the third MV for me, it was probably easier for me to choose! Although Brand has its advantages, it has many different functions, etc. In addition to the bribing design, the following was important for me:
1. Stainless steel pot (although you can buy a bowl with a non-stick coating)
2. Easy for me to operate
3. The third assistant, a special role is intended for her in my kitchen (soups, meat and all kinds of preparations, where there are long-cooking products (peas, beans, etc.).
4. Baking is not critical for me, but sports interest makes me experiment
5. The ability to regulate the temperature from 35 gr.
6. And most importantly - the husband himself chose and expressed a desire to buy it!

Dear forum users!
I'm still struggling with the choice between your beloved Cube and Brand 6051, I'm already tired of myself.
I have such questions:
can the heating be switched off in advance?
how well, quickly, does not boil away, does not burn milk porridge is prepared immediately promptly and on a timer?
have you overcome baked goods? Are any casseroles interesting to me the most?
How do you like yoghurt in Stebe?
I am very interested in speed, I still realized that it is important for me: quickly and as much as possible without my participation. I would like to try soups, milk porridge, meat dishes, yogurt, but this is not the main thing, maybe no one will eat with us.
You cannot turn off the heating in advance, only after the Shteba enters the heating mode, turn it off with the on / off button.
Milk porridge cooks perfectly! And on languor (at night), and at a pressure of 0.3, when quickly needed. Nothing boils away, does not stick, does not burn.
Yogurt is perfectly prepared in the heating mode for 6-7-8 hours at a temperature of 40 degrees, homogeneous, thick, there are recipes in the recipes, take a look.
The girls overpowered the pastries completely, it turns out excellently, both the structure and the color. I bake a little, and I love baking from the oven, so I'm not speaking on my own behalf
Soups turn out great, your presence is only needed for frying, and then threw-on-left-came-opened-done!
I have it the third, all three work (well, not every day, of course), it is very convenient that there are two bowls: one has cooked the meat, change the bowl, cook the soup in the second, you don't need to pour anything anywhere!
In general, I did not regret for a minute that I also bought Shtebu

The heating does not turn off in advance, but I wrote an advice on how to solve this issue.
If there is no home, then in any household. the store sells a timer-socket (from 300 rubles). You connect your SV through it and set the off-end time of the main program. After the end of the program, the timer will turn off your CB.

Thank you so much in advance for your answers and attention.
Lena, cooked milk porridge in Shteba without pressure, by 0.3 and 0.7 - everything turns out differently, but everything is fine, does not burn and does not run away. I tried the pastries at 0.3 - also good, albeit for a long time. But here we must be aware that some things will not work well and quickly - at least the same yogurt.
In terms of comparison, I can only compare with my old pressure cooker. There was no pressure regulation, the timing was in a good range on only one program, and there was a horribly bad bowl. But such a comparison is unlikely to help you, because I compare it with a bad pressure cooker, and Brand and Steba are both good.
The only, perhaps, true advantage of Shteba is the steel saucepan. I know from experience that two saucepans are much more convenient than one. And steel is good in that you don't have to constantly worry about scratches and "tremble" over it. Just yesterday I was cooking pea soup with ribs, and when I released the pressure, those ribs jumped something like that. If the pan had been coated, I'd be worried by now. Plus another - the environmental friendliness of the steel saucepan.
Happy choice!

Girls, baked a cabbage charlotte, just took it out, it smells delicious, it looks good too, it will cool down, I'll show it in the cut.
Multi-cooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 Eco
Baked according to the Tanya method, on porridge, pressure 0.3, 1 hour 20 minutes.
Olya_
Svetik, lay out the recipe, probably. I also want to cook this. How long did you bake the pie?
taty327
Girls, I was thinking ... But what if to bake this charlotte in a Cube, pre-fry the cabbage? It will give away excess moisture when frying, and the pie will be drier, huh? What do you think?

It will be delicious! When the cabbage is pre-fried, stewed (preferably with pre-sautéed onion and bacon), until the liquid is removed (so that it can be fried a little in oil), then a delicious delicious filling for pies is obtained. This cabbage leaves the raw taste of fresh cabbage.
I love exactly these pie fillings
And you can make the cake in layers: dough-cabbage-dough - it will also work great!

Yes, Tan, for sure! Fry for the next pie. I always fry for standard pies, and for this and for cabbage pancakes I have never fried before. Need to try.

We ordered - and did the right thing, Shtebochka-Kubik is smart, and with two saucepans, as far as I know, no one was disappointed in her. And you will love it too!

Lerele, and then buy Shteba. And then something else)). Does 6050 also seem to bake gorgeous? So without baking in Shteba, you will not suffer much. As for the rest, she is an interesting device - 2 pressure levels, heating and languishing programs. I don't remember, it seems that there is no such thing in 6050?

I don't even know why I did it, but I ordered it (or her?). On the other hand, it’s not my fault that Ourson decided to break down (my poor Oursonichk, I feel so sorry for him as a family member), would work and would not have to order anything. I ordered in Ozone with a gift bowl and the price is attractive, I could not resist. Delivery will be on Friday (tomorrow I have only alcohol declarations, not before anything else). I will master it on Saturday.
And no one cooked peppers, I really liked peppers in Oursonchik, I would start with them in Shteba.
Did you right) Shteba is a good pressure cooker !!!
Everything in it comes out deliciously !!
Quote: Lerele

Not all of them have two, some have only one.So think here, you need it with one, or well, him. Also, there seems to be no baking, eh .. And I already want something, otherwise I haven't bought anything for a long time (like a couple of months)
lerele, Shtebik is very cool !! Doesn't take up much space. Knows how to do everything and even bake) and Teflon from Russia, somebody)
And so I remember I tried the oven in a steel bowl, but I put a silicone mold) of course not very convenient, but you can)

Masha, is this a casserole according to the recipe you already have?
Masinen
Yeah, the recipe is the same. I already do everything by sight.
Here I put the whole eggs, and according to the recipe it is necessary to separate the whites and yolks. And I was too lazy))

And I am mastering the book of recipes by Dianova Nuria. I made a pickle, not with giblets, but with duck backs. Delicious. I made Hungarian goulash 2 times, in the second I reduced the amount of water by half, if you want, you can also reduce it even further. Made by Osso-Buco. And every day now I cook compote, which would be more correct to call it juice before it is rich and tasty. I cook from my frozen black currant. I also cooked rice porridge according to the recipe from our topic in HP for 15 minutes and pressure 03B. I have never eaten such delicious porridge - stewed, silk. A seditious thought arose: what if instead of milk and water there would be a fake risotto to pour wine and chicken broth. Haven't tried baking and steam yet. I advise the staff to all relatives, friends and acquaintances. How happy I am that I immediately bought not just a cartoon, but with a pressure cooker function.

Did today Duet: ribs + potatoes baked in "Rice" mode (for multicooker Brand 37501). I adhered to the recipe, only the potatoes turned out to be boiled, not baked (I was the one who leaked the water from my heart)))), I put it on "Porridge" for 10 minutes, pressure 0.7. It turned out very tasty!

How much time did you bake? Did you bake on Kasha?
And ribs with katofan in general !!!
Well done!!!
Congratulations to all new arrivals !!!
And yesterday I stewed Cabbage.
At the beginning, I fried it on frying, and then turned on the Vegetables mode for 5 minutes, pressure 0.7.
It turned out super tasty !!!!
No photo, maybe everything flew away at the moment !!
I did not add liquid, so the cabbage turned out to be stewed fried, and the color is brown))
Robin bobin
Masha, cabbage by 0.7? Great. I was afraid of 0.7, did it at 0.3, I also really liked it. In general, I love stewed cabbage, and my old pressure cooker could not cope with this task. Shteba does great, for this
Masinen
Flax, I set it to 0.7 on the machine, and the cabbage is no longer young))
I love Shtebochka cabbage !!! It turns out sooo tasty, and the main thing is that she does not swim in juice, but just right. It turns out !!!
taty327
Masha, Lena, did you stew cabbage in a Teflon saucepan?
Masinen
I did it in a steel bowl))
Robin bobin
I stewed cabbage in Teflon, but in general I love steel, I drive both of them constantly.

And today I have a small incident, the other day I cooked pea soup, they ate it safely. Yesterday the youngest asked for pea porridge, it was already too late, let me, I think, I'll conduct an experiment ... I washed the peas, put them in a bowl, was going to pour water - and hung up - how much do I need? Before, I always soaked it, but it swells soooo much
I poured it by eye, then I thought and added more. I did not add anything else, I decided to add the fried onion later. I put Vegetables for 10 minutes, the pressure is low, put a delay for 2 hours and went to bed ...
In the morning, a wonderfully boiled pea soup was waiting for me, the youngest pea porridge broke off. I fried an onion with carrots and meat sausages, added some potatoes, cooked, the soup is wonderful! Mine laughed and grumbled why the second consecutive pea soup, but there is nothing to do - eat what they give
But for the first time I cooked with a delay! I took 5 glasses of water for 2 glasses of dry peas (even now I am writing and I understand that there were obviously a lot), I need 3 glasses, and it will be!

Girls, and I have never done anything in steel,
Well, I ordered, but we only have steel bowls, curtain or something now order ..
On the other hand, here, as luck would have it, I began to undercut the valve in Brand, I was scared and ordered, because I can't imagine how without a pressure cooker. And we have almost no others, I saw only some kind of French, but Russian stores began to import Redmond at wild prices.
Do you know who was initially to blame ?? That's right, husband. Why did they pull him by the tongue, that I hadn’t bought anything for a long time, that immediately the problems began.
You can do without Teflon?
Galin
The very first dish in Stadler is corn porridge for breakfast. The result pleased me, I cooked it in stainless steel, the pressure was 0.7 for 15 minutes (I was afraid that there would be a lot, not just right).
I didn't keep track of the total time, because I was simultaneously doing other things, but it seemed to me that everything was being prepared very quickly. After cooking, she turned off the Heating immediately, gradually released the pressure (I liked the procedure, lifted the valve, the steam went down), stirred it, closed the lid again and went to the shower, and then quickly ate it.
It seems to me that now you can skip the porridge for the night, in the morning there will be enough time to cook it, just rinse the cereal in the evening.

Of course you can do it, but still I recommend ordering for the future. Baking in steel I don't think it's good.

I get pea porridge if I take 700 ml of water for 500 grams of peas. - it is not thick in CF.
Perhaps we should try to do it in Shtebe! Just try it today! Only me without delay, and what program is better to put on! Maybe for Kasha by default?
Lerele
And somewhere you can read the instructions while I'm waiting ??
Masinen
On the steba website, you can download it in the section where the pressure cooker

Yes, even for Porridge, even for Vegetables, only pressure, I think, 0.3 will be better for 15 minutes. I would have done so without delay. It was interesting for me to try the postponement, but why do I still have a clock idle on my Cube?
Mar_k
So I made pea porridge, I'll post the photo later. I poured 600 ml of water into 500 gr - it turned out very thick, the spoon is very worth it !!! Cooked on Kasha for 25 minutes. Corrupted very very well, not burnt! Next time, pour 750 ml of water.
PrNeroli
I kept Steba for myself. At first I tried to just boil water with lemon - everything is fine. Then porridge friendship (12 min, pressure 0.3). The porridge is excellent. I decided that figs with them, with scratches. The main thing is that it works great!
PrNeroli
She stewed cabbage (like bigos, with sauerkraut and smoked meats) and made a cheesecake "Fair" from this forum.
Something sticks on my frying. How I did it. I pressed the frying, waited for the beep, put the smoked meats for frying. It is very fried. What secret is there?
Masinen
Mix often !! To steel, but it can stick. Need to get used to)
PrNeroli
Interfered, it still stuck. Here, someone generally wrote science fiction, how pancakes were fried in a steel bowl. You will definitely not interfere there
I read somewhere that steel dishes should also be calcined like cast iron, so as not to stick. Maybe I'll try next time.

Think not think, but you still can't do without the second cup! I cooked the soup - I had to pour it over .... So on Monday the head of the family is puzzled, let him buy it in Yulmart, next to him!
Slastena
Hello everybody! I fried cheesecakes in a steel bowl (y) just fine, chicken drumsticks, all sorts of meat stuff on the hodgepodge, at first the meat is glued "tightly" I don't touch it, after a minute or two (by the way, it’s time to accurately detect) it flies off
Pten4ik
I have a VSMPO steel frying pan, at first I was not friends with it either. Then I just noticed a few features for myself: after washing, be sure to dry the pan well before cooking, heat the pan well, then pour the oil and wait for it to heat up and only then start frying. The meat can really stick a little, but more often it happens if they start to cook it with not drained napkins, and in general then it turns out a puddle in which the meat starts to cook ... And cutlets, pancakes and so on seem to be fried without any problems at all.
In Shteba, the steel bowl looks like my frying pan))))), there have been no problems yet.

Girls, and no one will throw a manna recipe

Julia, 1 MC of semolina soak in 400 - 500 ml of kefir. Keep warm for at least an hour. If you have time, it's better to stay longer. Beat 3 eggs, 1 ms flour, 1 ms sugar, salt, vanillin, baking powder and stir in semolina. Pour the contents into a bowl and bake in porridge. Or 50 minutes for 0.7 or 1 hour 40 minutes for 0.3.
Larssevsk
Maybe the girls know some better recipe. When I have it, I add more whipped cottage cheese
Manna
I bake a similar manna, only vegetable oil instead of eggs, without salt, instead of baking soda. Mannikas can be baked with fruits and berries. You can add cocoa - there will be a chocolate manna. You can try different ones and choose the one that you like.

Girls, thanks a lot
The child is sick, maybe at least eat it a little. I'm going to screw it up.

I Laris also found this recipe on the forum. And I poured kefirchik about 20 minutes ago, but in time I really needed a hint. She didn't bake anything other than bread in a small barrel.

Julia, I only baked at 0.3 pressure. Error - opened the lid several times. It was necessary to put on 1 hour 40 minutes. and do not crawl so as not to fall. And at 0.7 pressure, we are already here on the forum with girls, we figured out 50 minutes Get well soon
